The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers.very unprofessional

I have travelled a lot, but never seen a more welcoming and warm host ever. Stayed at this place for 40 days and was the best experience of my life. The house is huge and has an amazing fire place, The cook here makes amazing punjabi and north indian dishes.

Visited this Place in June, still has a special place in my heart. Had a blasting stay with them and enjoyed a lot

Worst experience ever. Rude staff. Always thought about there profit not customer service.when you will praise them till then fine.but if you said something that customer service is not good or this are the problem.they never listen.for location in will give 4 star

If you want quality time in Manali this is best place to stay in. Beautiful cottage with scenrotic view to the snow covered mountains all around. Mr. Darshan Thakur ji is best person here. Must visit property.

One of the worst experience I ever had,
I have already booked 4 room for 3 nights. After 5days of my booking Host (Owner) contacted me and informed me that property is not available and already booked,

I have send him my everydetail and booking confirmation on whatsapp.

Despite of my booking he has given entire property to another person offline.

That clearly show an unprofessional behaviour.

If someone pay you hire then you will give already booked property to others? This is how you guys can lost trust of people,

This is not business suppose yo done,

Because of money you may be happy today.but as you have ruined someone planned trip which will 100% affect your future.because this type of unprofessional thing and zero trust behaviour will not acceptable in life or after life too.

Must stay cottage in manali. One of the best experience in manali and very good staff behaviour and hospitality specially the owner darshan thakur sir. I will strongly recommend to stay there if you are visiting manali. Thank you for the awesome service darshan thakur sir and team.

Hotel is very nice. Hospitality is very good. Kitchen is also neat and tidy. Mr. Darshan was very helpful. I recommend this place who would like to visit Manali

Nice hotel and stuff.food is also delicious.there is good view of hills from the hotel.rooms and clothes they provide are clean and hygenic.

We have stayed here for five days.
The cottage is absolutely beautiful with garden in front and a great view of the mountains.
The owner darshan is very polite, humble and see your needs himself.
The staff is also very polite.
Rooms are very spacious and are very well furnished.
And finally the RAMBO (American pitbull) I'm basically afraid of dogs but this Rambo is so friendly he plays with you entertain you.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff here is well trained. The food was tasty. Clean, comfortable place just like home away from home. Darshanji himself takes pride in saying for number of happy customers stayed here and had a great time.

If described in a word, it will be said "Best in its category". There is a bar, lounge, comfortable and clean rooms, superb room service, and panoramic views of Manali. There is no reason to says no to Snow Bliss as a place to your stay. And of course, all its credit goes to owner Shri Darshan Thakur ji who do his job perfectly.
