Rooms are well maintained. Food was good. Champa Bhai and his brother were very friendly. Champa bhai is the one person who will be available 24*7 and will arrange everything beyond ones expectations.

Room and staff and also hotel view are toral nice.we came here on 28th September.we never seen before.

Excellent hospitality, delicious food & nice clean rooms.had a wonderful stay with my family.will highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent house keeping service, given a location as remote as kaza, all the staff were very attentive to cater the needs of the customers, especially Mr. Rupesh who always went out of his way to comfort us in our 3 days of stay in the hotel. Great location, ample parking space. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Rooms are spacious with proper cleanliness maintained and the view from the rooms are breathtaking? One problem that I faced is that the entrance to the washroom is a little short heighten so for a person above 5 5 can have his head struck at the entrance.

Talking about food, apart from being tasty they also make Jain food and extra items on pre informing them.

Service is absolutely fantastic the staff as well as the owner are so polite and you can actually ask for anything at anytime they will do it without any hassle.

Talking about location the river is located just about less than half a km so you can also have an evening spent there. The river is also really beautiful if it has water.

We booked this hotel through make my trip and the description provided at the website was completely mismatching from what we actually got. The owner alloyed our room to some other group and placed our accommodation in nearby under construction building. The experience was horrible.

The hotel is on a great place. At an offbeat location in Kaza. There's no traffic nearby it no vehicle noise. The staff got a smile on their smile. They are very charming. The food is great. Overall it was the perfect stay you want with your family.

Totally Non Coopetative Staff and Management as well as worst services. Even no water bottle provided you in room eathier complimantry or on order. Surprised that how can serving of Noddles takes more than 40 minutes?

We reached Kaza late in the evening and were following maps to reach this place. We got lost and we made to take the small bylanes and streets. But, an easier way to reach here is through the New monastery and IOC petrol pump.

They have a huge parking plot opposite to the hotel where you can park your vehicles.

The check in process at the reception was smooth. There's dining hall on the ground floor where the serve the freshly cooked meals - no buffet, a la carte only. The food was really tasty, but the staff mixed up / got confused with the orders a few times.

We got allotted a room on the 2nd floor (no elevator here) with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. The size of the rooms is adequate and bathrooms are large and clean.

The rooms are named after various mountains and places in Spiti Valley, apart from being numbered.

They can also arrange for a bonfire at a reasonable extra cost.

The staff was always available to help, with a smile on their faces.

Awesome location, right on the banks of spiti river and following that lies the snow capped mountains with a beautiful art of Indian flag and a Buddha face with a Buddhist chant written beside it. The food was good and service by the staff was very nice. Some rooms are quite small and had plumbing issues with very weak water flow due to some glitch in the water pressure from the main tank. And some rooms had geyser issues like not working properly. Apart from that overall experience was pretty nice.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Kaza. All thanks to the warm hospitality at Hotel Spiti Heritage Himalayan Brothers.

We booked 5 rooms and all of us had a great time.

Rooms - well-furnished rooms equipped with all modern conveniences and comforts. The view from the rooms is breathtaking with snow capped peaks in all directions. The bathrooms are super clean, well-maintained and a huge geyser (water heater) which is a life saver in the cold weather of Kaza.
Restaurant - Sheru ensured that we were well-fed and took care of all our shenanigans. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. Do try the Thukpa!

Bonfire - They arrange a bonfire on request (charged but totally worth it). Do go for this. It is a memorable experience.

Bodh Ji - The owner is a friendly host who gave us the best advice about planning our time around Kaza. He knows someone or the other in almost all the must visit places in and around Kaza.

We would love to visit Kaza again in Winters and there is no other place we would want to stay. Juley!

Stayed at The Spiti Heritage for 3 nights. The owner of the property Mr. Bodh is a gem of a person and you feel at home instantly.me and wife had arrived at Kaza in the late evening and wandered into the property thinking of crashing there for the night but needed up spending an extra night at Kaza. Rooms are super clean and the staff courteous and helpful. It’s also situated in a very accessible locality in terms of local sight seeing. Never think twice before booking a stay at Spiti Heritage.

I stayed in Spiti Heritage for 3N in June'2021.
Everything at this place gives you a homely feel.
We met C. Bodh sir, the owner, on arrival and he welcomed us with a warm heart.
He told us lot about spiti, how spiti terrain changes in different months and seasons.
Stay here was cozy. The kitchen staff tried to serve us as per our needs. It was good to get what uou want especially at this height. Hotel has a dedicated parking. Overall, i would anytime wish to stay again at this property if i make ut to Spiti again.

The hotel was very clean. We took two rooms, one was two sharing and the other one was three sharing, both were spacious. Rooms have mesmerizing view. Stay was very cozy. Staff was courteous and humble. Food was delicious and they provided many options for food at such a high altitude. The overall experience was amazing.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was really courteous and homely. They are very young people and their hospitality is something I will never forget. The reason being one day while having our dinner one of our roti became cold and their server took it saying will serve you another hot one! This kind of service you won't get in metropolitan cities. After our stay while giving tip theu denied saying its out duty. They are constructing one more place in front which will open next year. If you're staying in Kaza this is the must place to stay than places like Deyzor whose owner we found it to be rude.

I recently visited Spiti Valley (2021) and stayed in Kaza at Hotel Spiti Heritage Himalayan Brothers. Dr. Tharchin was personally present to host our group of 18 members. From a very pleasant view, the humble staff, the well equipped rooms and the hotels location was impeccable. The food was amazing, well presented & catered to everyone's palate. The decor represented the colourful sights of Thanka paintings done by a renowned artist. The overall stay and feel of this hotel was out of this world. Dr Tharchin's personal presence to see to our comfort was something that touched our heart. Thank you so much! Wishing & hoping we would stay with them again as soon as another plan brews up very soon. All the best:)

One of the best property of spiti.in our whole trip right from shimla this was the most amazing place with great ambience n peacefull location. The food was really so amazing n we were amazed to eat a continental buffet here. The host n staff were great.keep it up.highly recommended Spiti Heritage Hiamlayan brothers!

Located near the Spiti riverfront, it is a beautiful hotel with amazing mountain views all around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The owner is a wonderful man, willing to help with a smile.

The market is walking distance, and the rooms have amenities like TV and geyser. I would absolutely recommend this stay and they're also coming up with a new building to expand capacity. Highly recommended in Kaza.

We booked 7 rooms for 2 days of October in well in advance in July with advance payment, when we reached there we found out that they gave those room to another tourist party. In night hours with so many ladies co-traveller we were feeling helpless. They tried to convince us to manage in poor quality rooms in other hotel. Then we cancelled our booking and they refunded our payment. After that in night hours we searched proper rooms for our staying.

Our attendant abhishek was very supportive. We got the room at very good price as compared to other properties.

Room is well equipped with everything. After 2 days of continuous drive one can not ask more than that. Breakfast was amazing ad so the hospitality. Highly recommended as parking space is very good and kaza market is on a 10 minutes walk.

Worst place to stay. Dirty rooms, washroom did'nt have lights, no lights on dressing table.basic things in the menu were also not available.my partner was not well and they did'nt even have lemon with them in the kitchen! The staff was totally reluctant to serve.we had paid for the MAP plan and had to go out for dinner and breakfast because of the food quality and taste.no hygiene.

Hotel Spiti Heritage an ideal place to stay in kaza. Located very near to kaza police station, a hotel with excellent veiws of mountains. The hotel manager Mr. D. P. Bodh and his team is very courtaueous, never seen such an awesome hospitality in any other place in the country. Rooms are very clean & spacious, bathrooms are also very neat & clean. The hotel have a restaurant of its own & as a result there is no issue of availability of food. Moreover if u request any other food except what's written in the menu, they will arrange for U graciously. Staying here for 2 nights is an awesome experience & I feel I have found a home in kaza in hotel Spiti heritage.

We stayed at Hotel Spiti Heritage in Kaza during our trip to Spiti in Oct 2018. We stayed there for 4 nights. After an extensive research for a good hotel in Kaza we zeroed down to Spiti Heritage. The owner Bodh ji was extremely helpful. He assisted & guided us on sightseeing around Kaza. His very cordial & effecient staff was always on call & would have hot ginger honey tea ready for us on our return to the hotel in the evening. We had a huge thermos with hot drinking water by our bedside. Heating in the rooms was excellent. The unobstructed view of the mountain from our bedroom windows was out of the World! Not only did Bodhji give us a warm welcome. But he also welcomed our fur baby (our dog) Walter with equal warmth to his hotel. His excellent staff Sunny, Goldie & Sandeep prepared hot chicken soup for Walter every night. A special thanks to them for looking after us so well. We will definitely be back very soon! Have made lifelong friendship with dear Bodh ji. Will recommend Spiti Heritage to all who r planning a trip to Kaza. A total safe, cozy & clean family hotel.
