Pathetic hotel, please dont stay even if the tarrif is cheap:

Rooms and bedsheets are not all clean.
Nothing like room service because the phone itself wont work.
No lifts so you have to go all the way down 3-4 floor for anything you need.
No power back up.
Very rude behavior from whole staff, you can not complain, if you do be prepared for abusive language.

We booked it for 6 hours as we had an evening bus. There was no electricity for 4+ hours, no power backup. This was still manageable but the staff was extremely rude. When we told the staff ki saare guest pareshaan ho rhe h apke bcz there is no electricity or backup, he said "apke alawa aur koi nhi ho rha " also, he said "chup chap room pe ja k baitho aap"
There was no room amenities too. Very poor experience.

Ambience was nice, everything was clean and comfy. The staff is also very much cooperative. Overall experience is very good.

Hotel Sunbeam is a great destination for all families (spl -bengalis) & friends. We are just visited there, to spend holidays. The hotel is near the mall road. The cost was around 1200 rupees for one night. Checkout is before 12p.m. Outside food is not allowed. The foods they serve are delicious. Quantity and quality both are good. (Aloor Dum and tawa roti is a must try). The rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water is available 24hrs.

Hotel sumbeam is a perfect hotel for family, cpl.
We stayed here for 5 days and our overall experience include room, food, service, management is excellent

I reached Manali from Shimla in the morning and a lot of hotel agents were catching passengers towards their hotels. But we decided to find our hotel by ourselves.

After 3-4 hotels we found this one, a guy showed inside views of the rooms. In the first visit, we just confirmed the room because of much cleanliness and budget friendly.

Hotel owner and other staffs behaviour is also good, which is rare in Manali and Shimla.

I will definitely plan again to stay here.

Awesome experience. Manager is a true gentleman from all aspects. He prepared nice tour plan for us. Clean, big rooms. Cordial stuffs. Situated in the vicinity of mall road.

It's one of the best hotel of Manali. Also available wifi ; Gizar ; Neet and clean bathroom

We visited Manali in November 2017. Our tour was a Educational tour, so our total member was 55 & We rent all room. Every room r different style & Different decorations. But all are best frim another.
All rooms rare super clean.
Bathroom r diamond clean. Guiser facilities also available.
