The staff is not cooperative they treat us like we e are not paying them the hospitality is very bad the service is not good and very disappointed with their services
I stayed here for 3 days since I have booked it in advance. The rooms are too cold. It’s colder inside the room when compare to outside. I also felt as if walls were seeping. The bed sheet and blankets were not clean and also toiletries were not provided. If this is a 3 start hotel then the standards have really gone down. I would recommend to stay at other place and also check the rooms before booking.
Hotels room was quite good. Reception uncle was also good. Food provided by them was also good.perfectly located with parking space. One should must stay there.

Please don't Pay and Don't book online because online booking number is Wrong i am alaready pay a big amount and take a big Loss.

Second stay at hotel Arthur, and same great experience. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Working aircon and blackout curtains. Good breakfast and a location that's really hard to beat in Helsinki! The only niggle I have is that my room was at the end of a looooooong corridor which meant a long walk to go back to get anything I forgot on the way out daily
Place was good, near to mall road. Staff was very cooperative. It was very cheap but all good facilities. 24 hours hot water, clean bathrooms. They provide good and fresh food.
Just hate the place the take ur money & tell u ur booking is been cancelled just hate the hotel I came by 2 am in mrng shivering in cold & hotel staff told us ur booking is been cancelled as u didn't came when I have already paid how can my booking been cancelled " sir zada na bolo room to nahi hai ab jaha dekhna ho dekhlo "
If there's a option that u don't wanna give star, I'll definitely choose that. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone the manager is not serving properly rather interested in making money.the rooms are not good, serving is not good.the manager is not good in talking or serving Plz avoid this
Poor facilities. No proper amentities. Specially the recptionist need to improve himself a lot. Washroom are not at all proper. No proper cleaning s done after checkout of one guest. Overall not worth.
It's one of the best moderate price hotel in Manali. The hotel is not so big yet it maintains it's charm and quality. The service is good and also from the rooms the view is great. We were so lucky that we saw snow directly from the hotel. There are two Buddhist monastery near the hotel. They look so beautiful and their beauty increases with the winter and the snow. Overall a very good experience. Yes we do face some minor issues but they at once shot it out. So I am very happy.
I am not ready to give even 1 star if I consider my overall experience about this hotel everything worst either it is service, hygienic and food. The staff treat us as actual customer and they think customer are really stupid at their local area because of which they tries to rob us more and more.totally rubbish experience for me and for my friends which we got from there we would not recomend ever to anyone for this hotel.
Good hotel for spending your night. The markets are also near. The hotel is very clean and hygiene. The hotel service is good. The location is very quiet. I refer to stay in this hotel.
