Great place to stay. Rooms were nice and big. Staff was really good. Iam not sure about all the negative reviews about the staff, but i had a great experience. Really helpful staff.

Worst worst worst experience ever.
No tea kettles, no slippers, T. V was not working, no heater in the room, no soap, shampoo and dental kit, no power backup, no hand towels, dirty bedsheet full of spots, just wooden rooms with low maintenance and outspoken staff.who don't know how to talk. They will make excuses for everything. Even a small guest house offer better service as compared to them. Total waste of money. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

Really pathetic experience. Very poor services and unprofessional behaviour. We checked in there on Thursday with our kids and booked two rooms at 5000 per room excluding food for three nights. Very next morning I received a call from front desk and told that your room prices has been revised to 6000 per room for the remaining nights, I asked but they didn’t listen and after 30 minutes we were asked to pay 6500 instead of 6000 for rest of the days. I tried to convince them like how we will find another hotel (because most of the places were occupied) with two kids but they were very rude. It was humiliating for us, felt like we have been thrown away from hotel. Important highlights about the place must consider before staying at Malabar Kasol.
1. No soap and shampoos in washrooms.
2. They will ask you to pay only cash and it’s your headache to arrange huge cash as there is only one ATM in kasol. Theee or four ATMs in manikaran.
3. Breakfast they served was very unhygienic, a piece of hair was exactly on the top of bread with butter.
4. Tea they served was not in flask but in cups, uncovered.when the delivery person entered in the room tea turned into cold water.
5. Most important, mosquitoes in the rooms, made a call in night and complained but they didn’t bother.
If you want to make your stay comfortable then please read and think before booking.

Why we will write fake reviews? We are wise and have this much of wisdom to write honest reviews.
First of all if they had already told us about the prices before booking then why next morning they called us and intimated about the revised rates.
Secondary sir, ask from your catering department about the tea they served into rooms was uncovered and in cups instead of in flask.
If you say we can send you the picture of that piece of bread having a piece of hair on that, immediately called room service then they took back that piece of bread.
Regarding mosquitoes in rooms, check your call details to confirm our call Regarding mosquitoes repellent.
Our motive is to provide you a real picture of your property so that you can improve it and make guests stay comfortable and memorable.

We had a very pleasant stay at malabar hotel. We had good sized nice room with a clean bathroom as well. We were very well taken care of by the staff. Provided us a room with good wifi connectivity as that was our priority. Hotel is at a walkable distance to Kasol market and very close to the bus stand

Hospitality and Interior was awesome, staff behaviour is too good, location and food is perfect.

We had french fries, rice and chicken masala before boarding the bus back to Delhi.

Very bad experience Abt this hotel maine super deluxe room liya but some problem in the room so I request to change my room they change it with deluxe room nd charged charges of super deluxe room. Jab reciption walo ko bola ki delux room mai stay or changes of super ke kaise they said aapne super deluxe liya tha charges bhi super deluxe ke lenge chahe aap delux shift kyu na hue ho, Maine kafi request ki don't do this but wo nhi mane so that's why I m not recommended this hotel to anyone, it's really a very bad experience

The room was okay but the attitude of Mr Shubham Dharwal is not fine. The arrogance shown towards the guest is not acceptable. He was mocking us like he was letting us stay their for free.

We had a different hotel initially and then we shifted here because this hotel has cozy rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and very hygienic conditions. Do consider this hotel if you're visiting Kasol because they provide value for your money.

A nice place to stay in Kasol. Hotel itself is located just where the volvo bus drops. The tariff for the room was reasonably low. Food they serve is also nice and it was a nice experience overall.

Courteous Hospitality and the best hotel in Kasol given everything at even basic cafes is costly. I would better pay hangout and enjoy world class hospitality.

The stuff is super friendly! And the ambience very nice! They have a big restaurant room where we spend a good time. I can recommend the place and the food.

The worst service and incorporative hotel owner. It was our first experience in the hotel but the owner didn’t allow do to any activity in the room and in the lawn area. Worst food service and food is very overpriced.

The place comes with a breathtaking view.
Clean, well maintained, sanitised and well organised.
They offer laundry services which is highly required.
The food provided by the restaurant is excellent.
Staff is well organised and the reception is well handled by well trained personnel.
There is only one drawback which the management should look into by providing a lift (elevator)

This is the best property to stay in in Kasol. Lovely ambient spacious rooms, great service, and amazing view.
We stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The hotel staff was extremely good and helpful, especially Shubham. Always smiling and ready to help.
The rooms were spic and span, very spacious, and at very good reasonable prices.
Food menu can be looked into for improvement.
Definitely look forward to coming back here for my next stay!

I've been to kasol numerous times but I must say this is the finest hotel in kasol for no.of reasons.
Top notch customer service, food was awesome and their staff is so polite and courteous that will make your stay more pleasant.

I would like to rate this resort 5 star basically for two people. One is Shubham, who arranged the last minute booking for us and second is Mukesh who is a super awesome person working almost 24*7 for the customers. Mukesh is such a Happy Fellow. Overall the Property is good. Nicely built. They started a few days before.hence, Working effectively for the customers. It will be one of the most preferred resort in Future. Keep up good work.

One thing more, don't forget to eat here. One of the best food to have.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days had a wonderful stay with my pets and wife. The hotel staff is very helpful and will help you in every way possible.
Mukesh is an excellent help the guy is always smiling and will go ahead and will help you.
Pankaj at the reception is very helpful and will give valuable advice to you.
The rooms are clean and hygienic with wonderful views and balcony. The place is suitable for large family and is pet friendly.
The hotel is centrally located and has car parking available.
Everything is at walking distance from the hotel.

A hidden gem in the hills! It was a great hotel to stay in and one of the best in the area. We had a bonfire and dinner setup for a whole evening and was a great experience overall.

It’s been a great pleasure to stay in this place fr 4 nights and 5 days rooms and the staff is been very helpful, the rooms are cleaned everyday. Management was very helpful as well geeta and ravi.

Quite comfortable for stay, bestest one in this particular area, cool and musical evening always there with your dinner, mountain view from your bed also. Quite professional staff specially Sahil. You can stay with friends and family both.
