We were passing by, I had my 2 year old daughter with me who wanted to pee.they clearly suggested to use the petrol pump for the washrooms and the petrol pump was under construction, I was taken aback on seeing their lack of empathy. We offered to pay, but they denied stating they do not have a common washroom. I wonder are there no kids at their home? These kind of businesses are bound to doom! To the lady in specs who spoke to me I appreciate the way you politely declined but I lambast your uncharitableness. Just to let the owner know, According to the Indian Sarais Act of 1867, anyone can request free water and can use the washroom at any hotel, even a five-star hotel. The right to access water and washroom facilities for free can be exercised only in hotels and lodges, according to the Act. You can not do so in restaurants or eateries, and I believe yours was a Hotel! I was genuinely in hurry and worried for my daughter else I could have taken this matter much seriously.
Really atrocious. They denied entry to an 80 year old lady to use a washroom, which is illegal. The owner doesn't have the manners to talk to potential clients and also do not know how to deal with customers, especially being in the service industry. Pathetic people, pathetic service. This establishment should be shut down, especially after reading many many reviews.
Worst experience. No knowledge is being provided to the customer before check in. About the check out time. At mrng 9 am it is being told that check out is 10 am. Staff including the owner is not aware of Basic hospitality manners. Doesn't know how to talk to the clients. Doesn't even know how they have 4 star. As i can read a lot of reviews and it too says the similar things. And sadly still the hotel doesn't want to work upon the same lines. That basic knowledge to the customer is their right. Either you give water in jug and if you are not then intimate the customer that bottle is chargeable. Hell pathetic experience. Never will recommend this hotel. Hotel industry is about hospitality and if that is not being provided importantly then it's of no use. And i can see how they are responding back to the reviews of people and are wholesome defensive in their approach rather than being apologetic!
Pathetic experience ever i had in any hotel. Services worst. Dal makhani provided was rotten. Masala chicken had no gravy. Seemed like an act of just sum up quickly. The food was hell pathetic. The tone of the people was so rude. They had no knowledge of what hospitality means. Check out time is being initimated in mrng at 9 am that it is 10 am. Charge of mineral bottle was taken. Which again was not initimated by the hotel that it is not complimentary. When asked they said that u cud have asked for jug water. When had a word with owner, instead of listening, she said, " madam aap 1.5 km peeche jaiye, 10,000 ka rent pay krke room lijiye, aur waha aapko complimentary chai aur paani sab milega". The tone of her voice and the way she talked, again seemed hotel khda kr lia but basic hospitality to padhi nahi hai aapne. Customer ko gumrah krte hai aap. Knowledge provide kriye costomer ko, charge chahe 1500 lijiye ya 150000! Learn some etiquettes. Never ever i will recommend this hotel.
Worst experience.even they don't give you room keys to carry out.the check out for next day is 10am. Hotel service is also very bad.don't ever check-in here.come here with your own risk.
Worst experience ever. We stopped there and wanted to stay while on our trip to Simla. We were having a discussion among ourselves and I asked the rude reception guy for the washroom and he said they don’t have washroom and suggested to go to nearby petrol pump. We decided not to stay there.
Worst experience it was. No cleanliness. No standard. Rude owner. Tv was not working. It was a random check in as we were on kalka shimla highway going back to delhi and the highway was closed for 3 hours due to construction activities going on. So we thought it's better to stay nearby. Called the owner waited for the guy to show up. The room was actually not worth living. The blanket was so dirty. The balcony view was good. We checked in at around 3 am nothing was mentioned about the checkout time and guess what.we gota call at 9 am asking when are you checking out. Atleast 3 -4times they called when are you checking out. Checkout time is11 and yes they told it at 11.15 and we packed our stuff in 5 minutes and we had a word with the staff that you should have told it earlier na. To which the owner said ek to humne apko kamra dia like it was ehsaan.are we paid for it tab apne dia na. If you are working in such industry you should expect guests atany hour or just mention your timings when guests are allowed and when they are not. The owner argued that we need to sanitize the room we need 2 hours for that. Wow the check out time is 11 the check-in is 12. He just wanted to argue. Thats it. Worst experience ever I would say. The staff was really soft spoken but a big no for future stays here.
