Stayed for 1 day. Good property with good and big rooms.
But staff is uneducated and unprofessional.
Still good in terms of price you pay

One of the finest hotel near by temple.

Pros-
1. Easy to navigate property on main road
2. Free and ample Parking available
3. Rooms size are big
4. They offer double bed room.
4. Service is fast but due to lack of people you might face delay.

Cons-
1. Food quality is average.
2. Rooms are not clean enough but once you raise an issue they will address.

3rd class hotel. Characterless uneducated unprofessional staff. Our stuff got stolen as well. Tv not working ac not working fans not working. Very dirty bedsheets.pillows full of dust. Toilets are like public toilets. Worst hotel in whole chintpurni. If u want to book hotel in chintpurni then only president hotel is good. But here the receptionist is criminal he is characterless

The service was poor. The rooms were unhygienic. There were ants in the room under the mattress. The staff was very rude. They literally have no manners and basic etiquette to talk to the customer. The staff was abusive to the us and even other customers. They had no appropriate record for the booking and even faked a signature on the register. The owner of the hotel was even brutal. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

The location of hotel is Okay and room is also fine. Price quoted was alos in budget and food seems alos average. However, major problem was service.

We could not sleep till very late due to noises in the adjoining rooms booked by family members and around 1 PM they all were just shouting and making weird noises. I complained 3 times to reception but to no avail. I went out to ask them also but nobody listened. I felt like leaving the room right there but obviously situation was not such at that time. One of the worst nights spent in hotels. I was with family and my 6 yrs old daughter got annoyed too much due to disturbances. Poor management.

Very bad service, also u just check-in or after 5 min u don't like room u check out so u give full payment this rule is owner. Owner behaviour is very bad

Comfortable place to stay. Room size is nice. Twin double bed room s are good for families with kids

This is one of the best hotel i stayed during my trip to Himachal Pradesh.

Stayed overnight.heaters provided.staff tried their best to make us comfortable.average place.

Rooms are very good and staff too but the food we ordered was brought from a dhaba and that was very bad.

Worst experience of my life. Cockroaches all over the bed and table. On asking, they provided a room freshener saying it will help you avoid cockroaches. It's a super deluxe room (101 & 102) and charging around 1900 per room. Foul smell in room. Their management is so perfect that we had to call plumber twice to fix water issues. Don't get misguided by the pics.

Rooms are good rest everything is bad. Pathetic service pathetic food gysers do not work and you really want to finish your stay
