Very nice hotel and had a fantastic stay staff was very friendly overall service is very good rooms are also clean I will highly recommend this hotel

The hotel service is excellent, delicious food and good ambience but the rooms are comparatively smaller

Very experienced of room as well as food quality and room service also.
As per my family experience after one or two may be totally shut down.

Rooms are spacious, window views is good, there is frequent power cut overall Great stay.great Staff.helped a lot.for minor issues likes Television, room heater etc.breakfast i ordered aalo Puri which came in some old oil, which when asked to replace for dinner preparation was well executed.recommend.

Lax and laid back staff. Breakfast buffet was served late and was insufficient. There was a power outage in a room which took over 4 hours to fix with the temperature being 3°C outside.

Despite Worst quality of room and food quality also bad, prices of rooms are too much.
My room price was around 5500/- per day, but room service was quality was like 550/-.
Food was also low-average.
In winter time, heater facilities was also bad.
I gave Zero Star.

Location: Bhagsu. 3-4* service amenity hotel. Best comfort, friendly staff, clean and hygiene is maintained.

We used to come with group of kids and staying other triund hotel of same property. We always enjoys our stay and food as well. Owner himself pay attention. Now I get chance to come by myself and hosted by them to this property. Humble staff, Nice room, Amazing hot shower and very tasty food they manage to offer even it was very late. I am really thankful.

The worst experience anyone can have, poor sorry worst service, sorry phatetic service, in temperature of 3 degrees you don’t get hot water, food phatetic, the entire hotel has only 1 staff on a call, I think this would be worst experience paying so much and expecting a good holiday stay,
My recommendation honestly stay away from this property even if you get 4 days free for one day pay

With 5 kids along booking 4 rooms
Money went down the drain

Worst hotel I have been. Pathetic kitchen with unprofessional kitchen staff. Kitchen is so small and ugly, where we saw the cooking staff eating from one hand and with other trying to prepare food. Our stay is a nightmare at Triund Heights. Despite our booking we went to other place for dinner. They dont even have extra blanket. Towels and napkins provided were used once. Never recommend this place to anyone.

This shouldn't be called luxury hotel at all. Most of the staff is humble but they don't know what to do. Most of the hotel facilities and equipment are busted. Food is average. They need huge improvements and professional staff but seems like they don't care about it.
