Towell was not clean. Room was ok. Perfect view from room. Food was simple but quality was too good. Overall good experience. You can stay if you want view of valley

It is a damn good hotel at this price. 5 stars for cleanliness both room and washroom. We took 2 rooms to spend a night. The Shimla view from the hotel is breathtaking.

5 stars for the hotel staff. Very cooperative and helpful. A good place with car parking if you wish to spend nights only and don’t want to spend much time at hotel.

Rooms were very small and service was not good.
The food was not worthy of the price and the options were very few.

Rooms window was facing towards dining area. Piller in the middle of room.

Hotel is average. Lift is not available, so if you checkout at 7: 00 am you need to shift your language by your self. Food is good.

The hotel's staff, food, and service were outstanding. I am giving 2 stars on the service part specifically for cleaning as the room never gets cleaned properly and there is no clean towel, so this is an area they can try to improve, but apart from that, the entire experience was great. The staff was very proactive and listened to the customer, and the food was damn tasty.

If, in the future, I am planning to visit Shimla, I am definitely going to stay in this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Valley View Shimla, and I cannot praise it enough. The hotel's incredible view of the surrounding mountains and valley took my breath away. It was truly mesmerizing.

The hospitality at Hotel Valley View especially of amar and desraj wqas outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and cozy. The comfortable beds and the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a restful sleep. I particularly enjoyed the balcony that offered panoramic vistas of the picturesque surroundings.

The hotel's amenities were impressive. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and the attentive staff provided impeccable service. The spa and wellness center offered a range of relaxing treatments, and the fitness center was well-equipped.

The resort is AMAZING, the service, the food, the sitting area, the game section, the pool, the balcony view, everything is AMAZING. Be it a family trip, a solo or a trip with soulmate, trust me you'll enjoy it there.

Room is very small with the price you will be paying. Also the room is not well maintained. Doesn't even have a balcony room. The price is just because it's on the side of the cliff.

Pathetic room conditions and arrangements. Geysers of some room don't work and you will keep waiting for someone to do something about it, or even respond. Breakfast was good. Cook is rude, manager is and another guys were understanding but helpless.feel bad for them to be listen to guest coz of owners lack of management.

Very very bad arrangement, water closet flush was leaking, door lock was not working properly, dirty bed sheets and towels, meal quality very very poor, hotel staff and receptionist behaviour very bad, Intercom not working

Nice hotel to stay. Rooms are excelent. It is on the peak of hills and it is significantly named (Valley View) according to its location. Its service is outstanding and promptly attended by staff. The restaurant run by it, is outstanding as well.

It sounds amazing to stay here, especially once you stay on the right side where the valley can be seen. The stay is worthy

Very bad hotel. Room is very small no proper bedding staff is very very rude. Food is unhygienic no restaurant. Food quality and taste is so unhealthy bad experiance

Overall ambience is very good along with food and specially entire staff is very supportive. So overall experience was good.

I stayed there for almost 3 days during the peak time of new year 2020, I reached the hotel at 7 early in the morning during the temperature -3 despite the check-in time of 12 pm and rushy days, they provided me a room with heater and morning tea. We were 11 (including 2 kids) so this humble behavior of the staff really touched all of us. I have seen people struggling for early check-in so for me this was the best part apart from this everyone was helpful food was very good. Everybody needs small improvements but thats not a problem. Thumbs up guys.

Rooms were fine, without proper amenities such as bath towels, hand towels, welcome drink, no adequate staff, and also staff were not cooperative.although the view was good.

It is nice budget hotel in shimla. Hotel is just at the starting point of shimla. You can have great view of hills and shimla from the window. They served us good breakfast as well as dinner. Rooms are good and staff is good. Must prefer front view rooms for nice view.

The great experience in hotel. The room service was very fast and the same was fullfilled as requested by us. Hotel chefs were good whenever asked for anything was given to us. Stayed in hotel for 2 nights. Food quality and breakfast quality was very good. Whenever i will visit shimla will give priority to this hotel first. Only want to suggest that towels to be provided in rooms.

Our stay was really comfortable. Food was too good and specially the hotel staffs were very friendly and cordial. Only the bed sheets and blankets could be more clean. Later on they have arrranged clean bedsheets for us. Thanks to the staffs.

Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot.
