It really justified the name, a really good and peaceful environment. Rooms are simple, clean and budget friendly.
Staff is super friendly, I've never heard NO to any of our requests.
View from the room is mesmerizing

Staying here was a great experience.rooms were neat and clean, food was excellent so was the service, staff members were very polite and helpful.

Room was nice and we were 3 adults so extra mattress was provided. The view from balcony was really nice. Washeroom was not upto the mark, water use to take time to release from washbasin. The food was also very nice. My mother do not eat garlic so they cooked jain food specially for my mother and the staffs were also very nice and courteous.

I choose this hotel on our relative’s recommendation and we were happy that I opt to stay in this hotel in Manali. The hotel is located at a decent location, near to the city area. Coming to the rooms, the rooms are quite decent, we got a valley view room, the view was really nice and the room is spacious and decent. I stayed here for 2 days and on both days I was served with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was really tasty. Coming to their service, I would rate them 5 on 5 because it is the best part of their hotel. We use to get call whenever breakfast and dinner was ready even after we were informed about that earlier. They use to call and inform, which was really a sweet gesture. On day 1 we wanted breakfast a bit early due to our visit to Salong Valley they prepared the breakfast absolutely on time. No delays. Dinner was good both the days. They try to maintain hygiene also.
In the rooms, towels, bedsheets, blankets are were clean. Hot water was available in the bathrooms I didn't face any issue in that. Overall the service was prompt whenever I asked for anything they got that immediately. They also provided cab facility for sightseeing (chargeable) and that made our trip more smooth. I didn’t have to wait for any taxi or go to city area and then take cab or taxi.
So I am really satisfied with this place! If you are looking for a budgetary stay in Manali then you can happily choose this Hotel.

Room is neat and clean. Food is tasty. I strongly recommend this hotel it is family friendly.

You can opt for 100 other hotels in the price bracket, the rooms were the only plus.food was bad and staff was so unhygenic

Clean rooms, quick room service, and very comfortable stay. On vacation, you just need peace which I got. No extra stress on pockets and money and simple and easy process. Very well done! Great experience

The rooms were really good. We were 3 adults so there was need for an extra mattress, which was not so great. The chef prepared really delicious food during the entire state even though it was off season. There were minor hiccups like a spider and an ear worm on the last night we were there, maybe the cleaning was not up to mark due to I'd being off season, but the staff was friendly and courteous.

I was here at the peak time and had booked the most premium room here, still i got a sub standard room without intimation or compensation.also the staff behaves as if any request from the guest is a burden on them and they are doing a favor rather than their jobs.the staff easily says you can choose to cancel your booking if the guest raises any concern.absurd reasons to charge the customer, like a water bottle on the day of check out is payable, even the complementary creamer is like chargeable after 2 units.the food is good, at least i liked it

The location was very good. We loved the rooms nd it's whole Embience. Site scene from its widow was vry eye soothing. We loved staying in this hotel. We would definitely love to come here again. Staff behavior was also very good. Overall experience was vry nice.

I was come with my family.much good hotel clean & hygiene room and bathroom. Also food was very teasty.location also good

‌Not good experience. We are go for outing at that time all are okay and in the evening when we checkin at hotel they said us that blanket was damaged so u need to pay extra charges for that, we don't know how it happen but we not argue on that & accept it. At the time of checkout they take the charges of it for 1500/- (its not a new its used by many guests) & we wants to carry that blanket with us at that time they ask us to pay another 500/- if we want it with us. They said us that they had not able to use this blanket. Its fine but this is the one type of blackmailing. Otherwise room outside view is good, food quality is average, hot water is not 24x7. Extra charges for heater.

I wish to leave this hotel happily but It doesn't happen. I didn't recommend this hotel because of this worst experience.its totally horrible.

Don't EVER TRY THIS HOTEL, IT'S PATHETIC. Just waste of Money (in terms of food). ANY DARMSHALA is MUCH BETTER THEN THIS.

Further down the line I would also like to thank my Travel Agency - Sky High Manali Holidays for suggesting the best hotels through out my 12 days plan. The rooms were great with some of the best views of the valley. The food was lip smacking:). Food was awesome taste is delicious. Staff was very kind nature and friendly.
But some minor mistakes wifi and landline not working properly. Overall good

Food And Menu Was Great. It was yummy. Staff Was very humble and nice. Rooms are also good but lacked some basic amenities. Rooms were not properly cleaned and bedsheets and pillows also. There was problem electric board it was not working properly. It requires maintenance with furniture also. All other things were great. Overall it was nice stay.

Definitely I will give 5 points, really nice, clean excellent balcony view and finally food taste also excellent.

We had to pay extra 1000rs for the rooms with mountain view. Which was a scam nd nothing else.

Wild Rose Hotel, Manali is little bit away from main market, which offers peace and keeps you away from the hustle bustle of the city traffic and offers amazing view. The rooms & bathrooms are spacious with 24*7 Hot water facility because they have solar pannels installed.
They have balconies. The food is good, but it can definitely be excellent. The staff is courteous too.
I stayed here for 4 days, and I had a 2 year kid with me. So, they took good care of her food preparations, and they catered all my food requests.
They have room heater facility too at a nominal prices.
In short, if you want anything, let them know & they will get it for you, if it is possible for them.

Raj Sir, he is the owner and a very wise man. I am really thankful to him that I could find a home like stay at his property.

We would like to thanks manager and whole staff for amazing services. Room & washroom was clean and hygiene. Room service was absolutely fast.we had breakfast & dinner in hotel which was good and tasty along with varieties of menu (veg only) (we choose breakfast and dinner along the package).

Hotel also have inhouse resturant with choice of veg & non veg menu with average price range.view from balcony was just awsome specially when first rays of sun hits the snow covered mountain.

It’s a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious.
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool.

Mr Owner, i think the reply was not from your end but handled by your employees/manager. Rather accepting the reviews by the customers, you are countering the reply, look At the service provided by you. The room i stayed was very clumsy, (cleaned only upon saying) later altered, even after altering the room Switches were not working properly, even while checking out your employee did not even carry the bags to the car.
Mr ask to provide proper service to your employee.

Its a good hotel for family & honeymoon couple, its also away from the manali crowed, here you can sleep properly, eat properly realex properly, view is amazing from the balcony side, if the room is available, cos all the time its full, Mr prashant is amazing host he will help you if you have any question for manali or leh! I stayed here last to last year with my family & this year too, i definitely recommended for this hotel to you guys better to call them first for your booking.

Waste of money
The quality of food is worst in whole manali.
We had a package for 4 days and we couldn't even stay for 2 days here.
They charge you for every single item even after you have booked a package. Worst experience ever.

Mr Prashant is probably the best host I came across in all of my hotel experiences, the Location is great. Food is very nice paradise style, would love to visit again in future.

Not to forget the ever smiling staff of hotel, will recommend it to anyone.

Hotel management is v poor foods is not good at all. There is only 2 staff in hotel.
View is good from back side rooms only.
Overall experience is v bad with glacial adventures also.
