Perfect place to relax unwind and enjoy … a good food space.nice restaurants in side of the property.eighteen 71 was my favourite. Best Chinese food in shimla.the beer is excellent. The hotel is quite large with a lot of interesting activities.the best part was great service and sweet staff.we were entertained very well.

Willow banks is undoubtedly the best hotel on the Mall Road. I researched slot before booking as we were a group of friends we wanted some place very central - right on the Mall Road so that we can be in the midst of the fun. We came across this hotel and loved it as they have some fantastic eateries too. Their cafe seemed very cute and I read hotel had beer brewing too. Our visit was lovely. The four days we stayed here was enjoyable. Property is very well maintained and also retains its classic charm. The food servicing is good. The in-house microbrewery was my favourite. Totally loved the vibe! From food to ambience. Everything amazing. The stay was very comfortable. I loved the spa too.

Premium property with gorgeous view.well designed and maintained well. I really liked their interiors.so calming and the rooms are pretty spacious. Ideal honeymoon destination and also great for friends.they have everything in-house.fantastic bar. Good luxury spa.and a cafe. I loved their roof top sheesha bar! So good.one of the best places in Mall Road. Price wise too it makes complete sense. It’s just rightly priced. Hospitality was great.staff looked after us well

I visited hotel willow banks on Mall Road shimla recently. I read a lot about their eateries so I had put it on my places to stay. I was pleasantly surprised at this property.it’s pretty much quite central. Right on Mall Road. And easy to locate… we stayed in their family suite.very nice spacious.as we had a child with us. It was a good experience. Property is having the classic charm and modern amenities. I really liked their food. The restaurants are one better than the other. Their microbrewery bar is my favourite. Super decor and food … beer especially is great.

Blissful stay at this lovely property. I had booked for our whole family a family room and 2 balcony rooms. I have to say this is undoubtedly amazing view. So serene. The starry town of Shimla at night looks magical. The food too at the property was a hit. The best part was there was a lot of options we could choose from. An in-house cafe, bar, brewing beer place. Everything to keep us entertained. The hotel had a lovely spa too. Very clean and hygienic. Got foot and Swedish massage done. The restaurant is well located and best of all is an ideal place for family.

Beautifully located.looks at the gorgeous hills. This place is a travellers dream. Someone who loves food and hills is going to have a dream vacation here. I checked in and was greeted by good staff. Decent service. My luggage was taken up to a room that was quite spacious and had its charm with big balcony’s and woody interiors. We tried two of the in-house restaurants.one was a bar and one a cafe. Both had food very different from each other. And food quality was good. Taste amazing.must visit property on Mall Road that’s decently priced and offers a good comfortable stay

Location of the hotel is very precious near to Mall road. Clean and hygiene Rooms and food.for memories everything here like restaurant bar and nice view location of shimla

Food quality and quantity both great. Morning buffet spread very satisfying. A-la-carte food prices are reasonable. Room service pretty quick. Premium Room spacious, however the booked Club room is too small in size and needs to be enlarged keeping in mind that it is the highest category room just before suites.
Overall a wonderful stay.

The best view of shimla. We stayed 2 nights before heading to Sarahan. Great location at The Mall Road. Clean n comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staffs. Nice and delicious breakfast buffet. Great view of shimla from bedroom. Keep it up ur great services to foreign and local tourists.

It was a pleasant stay at Willow Banks. I stayed in premium room. The view from balcony was awesome. I liked the room size, bathroom and all. But I think the interior of the room can be improved.
It is located on mall road. You just need to walk 2 minutes and you are on the main mall road.
Food was amazing. I loved the options in breakfast.

This is the best luxury hotel in shimla. Nice spacious rooms. The view is fantastic. You can see whole of shimla. We took a family suite. It also had a good area to lounge around. The in room jucuzzi was very cool. The hotel has best food in shimla. So many restaurants inside the property, we really enjoyed.

After TWO MONTHS of my visit and a complain. The managerial staff finally gets time to respond. Sir, kindly keep communication skills intact, and do try to decode my complaint.

This is by far the best luxury hotel in shimla on Mall Road …. So well located… right next to the tourism lift. Good staff and the food is amazing. Such good service. The spa is quite a luxurious place. I would definitely rate this 5/5.

बहुत ही महंगा होटल रहा सुविधाएं भी जो लिखी थी वो जाकर नहीं मिली डीलक्स रूम जो मैंने बुक कराया वो बहुत ही बेकार था जिसकी छत बहुत ही नीचे थी और उसमे दम घुट रहा था, 43000 तीन रातों के लिए बुक कराया था और बाद में जब मैने कमरा चेंज करने को कहा तो 1500 और लिए जिसमे ब्रेकफास्ट भी फ्री नहीं था, सब कुछ मांगा था यहां मेरा तो यही कहना है आपसे की कभी भी ये होटल न बुक कराएं

Worst staff, very rude, yes hotel has in heart of mall but the staff is very rude, be like a king i recommend taj, raddison, and other 5 star branch to please come take there onwership to be best, they are worst and worst of all. Very bad experience

Fabulous hotel with amazing amenities like club, hookah bar, coffee shop, salon etc. Rooms are big and well maintained. Hotel staff is very courteous and prompt. Check in and check out process also was a breeze. Would love to stay here again.

It has a fantastic location. It opens on the mall road and yet opens the valley view on the other side. Though valley view is majorly shimla city itself, it compensates it by really tasty food. The two restaurants are really top notch. Rooms are spacy.

Good hotel, staff is very helpful. Room is a bit outdated, but not bad at all. Was here during New year eve, hotel hosted a grand NYE party. The hotel has its own lift going up actual hotel from the main road. FYI, cars are not allowed into mall street as per HP tourism. Expect porter charges INR 150-200 to carry your luggages to the lift.

Great location and very cozy room by a hill station hotel standards. Staff is absolutely courteous catering to even small requests for additional heater. Cafe has live performance and you could even enjoy that from you room balcony. Buffet Breakfast is sumptous and can make you skip lunch as you tend to eat a lot. Location near to tourism lift is advantage for elderlys and kids after a long travel on winding roads. Wish i could stay more but definitely another day.

The place is good.and you will able to hear some live music very often.but they don't allow to get your own bottle of wine.still the environment is good

It's one of the best hotel on mall road in Shimla. Situated at a walkable distance from tourism lift. The room are big and comfortable. U can get a beautiful view of the entire hill station from there rooms. The staff is very well behaved and courteous. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. It's location is excellent. They will get 10/10 for there location only.

Great location, amazing cafeteria n bar and it's right on the Mall road. However, we found it a little overpriced when compared to other 3-4 star hotels we rented on our trip.

Yet another wish to stay here. I could not get accommodation here as all was sold out due to heavy rush in shimla.

We booked a 3 night stay after seeing the reviews, and I must say it was worth it. I had requested them for room decoration and cake for my wife's birthday, and they made it happen flawlessly. The reception and treatment was very warm, the room was great - the view was excellent. The only concern was reaching the hotel - it is a bit of a workout but that is the case if you stay in any hotel on the Mall Road. Overall, will definitely recommend staying here.

A nice hotel with good staff. Location is perfect just near the wax museum on Mall road. Cars are not allowed upto the main entry and you need to climb a bit from car park if lift of state tourism is not working (case during our stay). Restaurant and cafe are both very good, food quality is good and the portion. Room was spacious and clean, central heating works fine. Porter service and travel desk is available. Few things on negative side may include, inflated price of some items like 1LR bottled water in room service cost you Rs. 95+5 (tax) ; There are no tourists map available in the reception;

Location of hotel is very beautiful & as well near to main church & connected to the mall. Very os good but expensive. They have music nights. Quality pf hotel is just wow

Very pleasant stay in this Hotel. One of my best experience I can say. Room service is very very good. Bed is too very cozy. Also I would like to say that I am very sensitive to bed bugs. Even 3-4 star hotels sometimes are not free from bed bugs. But Hotel Willow Bank is free from bed bugs. A very much recommended hotel situated in Mall road next to tourist lift, Shimla.

The location is convenient near mall road their are many facilities like gym, saloon etc. There is amazing live music on Friday and saturdays.

It is just beside the mall road. Has good quality and quantity of food according to price. Rooms are good and they have tried to give the rooms an antique look. Just one disappointment, Breakfast is not complementary even in the most expensive room of the hotel. Mineral water worth 20 rupees is sold at 100 rupees. Room view is good.
