HOTEL WOODPARK

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 days during our shimla tour. Very scenic beauty from our room. Room was very clean and they have maintained hyeigine very well. Me and my friends have stayed very comfortably.staffs behavior also very polite and their service was very prompt. Addition to that restaurant at the hotel provided nice food to us specally complimentary breakfast. We have taken Dinner twice and chicken items were top quality. The chef was Mr. Ravi as I have asked before leaving this hotel. Also Mr. Pritam who was coordinated everything very well. So every staff was very good at their work.
So very good stay overall. We haven't face any issues at all. So Hugely recommended.
Would love to stay at this hotel next time with my family.

It's a scam. They don't offer you anything inside room not even water. Very rude staff. I would have blacklisted this hotel if it is in my jurisdiction.

Worst hotel i stayed ever.language of hotel staff is very unprofessional. They are not behaved properly even with government officials i cant imagine how they have been treating common people. Not even good to spend a minute over there. Room was smelling so bad, bedshits not washed properly, blankets are dirty, water from wash basin direclty falling on the foot. Overall the room was pathetic.i kindly request hotel owner to fix the behaviour of hotel staff.

Today I was at the woodpark hotel the hotel has a nice view and the services and the workers of hotel are excellent. They all are well educated and very helpful.
Food was very tasty and delicious

Things that ruined our stay was poor drainage in bathroom, also hot water was not available when needed.

Staff and services r good. Clean and nice place with beautiful balcony view. But it is on top of hill. Jha bus jese large vehicle nhi ja sakte. U should hire texi or take walk for 2 km.

Room are ok, but not well maintained. And not cleaned properly. I got a cockroach at the bed. And wardrobe is very dirty. I asked them for cleaning, but they had not responded.

We stayed for 2 nights hear awesome place, best food ever, taste is high level the view from balcony is also superb must try and beware of monkey the will come near ur balcony

I booked room here for 2 nights and all staff was really nice and polite but food was Ok that's why giving 4 star.

Sachin Kumar ji is guide us in hotel wood park shimla. He is very good and polite person and we will also enjoyed in hotel wood park. All rooms was very neet and clean. All member of hotel is very polite.

One of the best hotel to stay at Shimla, if you love to admire the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The chilly weather and noiseless atmosphere feels heavenly.

Management is also very friendly and humble. Sachin ji is amazing and took very good care of the customers.
We hope and pray for them to be likewise forever.

Rooms are so nice and view friendly.
Family delux rooms are having good space. Blankets are cozy and warm. Staff is very humble, helping and also of good nature. Location is scenic. Enjoyed the stay in woodpark, Shimla.

Best for the price. Service provided by Sachin is awesome. Breakfast and dinner are good. Honeymoon decoration and Candle light dinner are superb.

No power backup. Hotel is 14 km away from mail shimla city. U will not get anything nearby to hotel. Reception guy is waste on earth. Dont know how to speak. Always confused. Do not go for this property.

The management is pathetic and just want to charge you a lot. Geyser need to be switch on 30mins before if you need hot water. Room heaters are provided costly as comparison to other hotels. Giving 1star coz the rooms are in pathetic conditions, no hygiene no cleanings of the room! Bedsheets are dryty. Blankets stinky. And the very view you get is nice pool of garbage down your window! The rooms are 500m away from main reception, for food you need to walk down to reception area to have food. Room service is pathetic. No intercom in room.

Excellent hotel in shimla and view is very nice

If you're a snow lover you'll enjoy it however during snowfall season, you will stuck under the Hotel as it is far from the City.

Breakfast and Dinner is average, Hotel services is poor. No wifi, If you're an Airtel customer, no chance of getting any network.

We book it for 3nights however we stayed only 2 nights due to poor Management. Water shortage is the most problem. There are lots of Monkey around where they can enter the room easily.

We contact and book our tours through Amazing Bharat Yatra Or Himachal Yatra tours. Customer services is pathetic, there will be always an extra charges. Never book with them as we lost huge amount of money and times. Complaint will never get solved.
If you come across the so called Driver Naveen Chauhan (6719) Vehicle no.from Amazing Bharat team, never travelled with him, his ego and will always makes an excuse not to travel but will always charge and extra. We book for 3 Night 4Days for Shimla, we manage to visit only 1 place and he dropped off at Border delhi where we book cab by ourselves and calling his manager makes more stupid excuse.

If there is option for zero star, I will give the same. Most disgusting hotel I have seen in my life. Small room, broken wall, dirty blanket.room service pathetic. I will not recommend this hotel at all. Just a low class hotel. I have given keys in the morning but when I returned no room cleaning is there. Staff are not educated enough.just ridiculous.no variety in food.they are looting customer. Even a lodge is better than this hotel.

Rooms are not well maintained, cleanliness is not present. Cool wind keeps on coming from the closed doors which is very irritating. Room services are delayed.

Absolutely worse experience ever. I cannot think one good thing about the hotel stay. The staff is extremely unprofessional, the rooms are tiny, and the ability to manage guests is severely compromised. Unfortunately during our stay, there was a group of students in the hotel as well, and they were nothing but irritating and obnoxious. Shouting in the hallways late at night and even upon request to the staff, nothing could be done about the chaos. They need to step up or shut down because it's just plain poor service. Stay anywhere like really anywhere else except here. Sorry not sorry.

The services of wood park hotel are very disappointing and unsatisfying. Had the worst experience. Very bad hotel. The food they provide is disgusting. Bathrooms are very bad. Even the staff's approach towards guest is not at all welcoming. Will never recommend this hotel not even to enemies.

The most Peaceful location and beautiful views from balcony made our stay more enjoyable.reception staff mr. Ratan and all other boys were polite and well behaved.overall good service. I loved it.

Worst place ever seen. Food was inedible, staffs were rude to the extent of arrogant. Were forced to sleep over untidy bedsheet. Seriously disappointing situation. We were forced to pay the full bill just on arrival. We had to take buffet as they refused to make anything from ala carte.

My exeperience with Hotel woodpark was Amezing. Hotel staff and there Hospitaly was Awesome. Totally Organized very comfortable stay.if i Talk About food i Had from Buffet was Really Tasty well presented and Hot. With Dessert, great Team Effort.
For food and Hospitality i will Recommend Hotel wood park to all i know and families.closer to shopping place Too.

The rooms were neet and clean and room are large in size.all the staff are good.the mangarer (Mr. Robin sharma) was very nice.

In 2009 apr I was here for honeymoon for which I got the tourism package from idiscoverindia.com and they gave me water in a used tea glass, which had the cream still stuck from inside and I had asked for water and ater I did not have dinner or breakfast here and neither did the staff even asked once.

If u want a perfect woodstay, this is d place u r looking for. Friendly staff n good rooms are add-on. Overall very good experience.special thanks to Sharma uncle ji for warm welcome

The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination.awesome balcony view the staff was very friendly and polite.i will definitely recommend this hotel to others having trip. The worst stay i have ever experienced ii n myblife. Rooms were still bearable, but the food served is undescribable, the breakfast served was poori curry, which was floating in oil and the curry is unthinkable

Worst hotel.no basic amenities.no room service.unclean rooms.no heater in room.it was very cold.flush was not working properly.very small rooms.food was not good too.

Not much to talk about. Far away from the city, but offers cheap accommodation with breakfast. Have to climb a lot to get to this place. No parking.

We went there for our company's annual function and entire arrangement was done superbly by hotel staff. Everybody was so supportive there, rooms were clean & spacious. Food was also good. Over all it was an amazing experience. Thank you team! Will recommend to everyone.
