Very worst experience at Hp world bcs, I was having windows issue with my cpu & they told me to replace hard drive with 512 sata SSD. They charged me very high price of Rs 4800 with discount by requesting them but else everywhere i confirmed price is around Rs3000-3500 with installation & without even discount aswell.
Hp world bcs giving very fraud services, kindly confirm price in other stores before visiting this place. Not recommended at all for repair & spare.

Never ever prefer this place for any technical support, maintenance or repairing of your PC. I am from kinnaur. I went to this shop in emergency to extend RAM as I had no other options and had to come back home next morning. The mechanic was taking to a lot of time to install RAM. When I enquired, I was told that "time required will be taken". Ok, that's fine. After taking a lot time, after installation of 4gb RAM I came back home. Everything was well and good until I noticed after 8 days that speakers weren't working.when I called and asked, they said it can't be the hardware issues. I tried my level best to fix the software issues if any (troubleshooting, drivers installation) but was unable to find any. I was managing with headphones for more than one month. And I had to travel again to Shimla for the same. I gave my laptop there for 4hrs and they rectified the issue which was "the connection was broken during the installation of RAM". Now I came back home and notice that the headphones aren't supporting. I am fed up with this now. My laptop is just one year old and these problems started arising only after visiting there. I got RAM only for 2k but this visitation has costed me more than triple of the cost of RAM. So don't take risk and visit the dealer on whom you trust.
