Terrible Service at ICICI Bank
Introduction:
Recently, I had a truly exasperating encounter at ICICI Bank, where I needed to make a simple cash deposit. Despite there being only one customer ahead of me, I was made to wait for an excruciating hour due to the bank's lack of adequate staff and poor management. This review aims to highlight the shortcomings of my experience and draw attention to the need for improvement in their services.
Customer Service:
ICICI Bank's customer service during my visit was nothing short of abysmal. Despite the visibly low foot traffic, only one teller was available for bulk deposit transactions, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. The lack of consideration for customers' time and the failure to deploy more tellers in such situations reflects poorly on the bank's commitment to providing efficient services.
