My family and I had used their services way back in 2019 to plan and execute the Pin Bhabha Pass Trek across Kinnaur and Spiti and were very impressed with the way all of it was planned and organised to suit our group of 4 people.

That led us to once gain use their services, only this time to plan a 10 day trip across Meghalaya in December 2023. Unlike any run of the mill travel companies with rigid itineraries, I had the opportunity to discuss what we were looking for out of this trip and customise our tour and activities accordingly. Vishesh is very resourceful in this regard and one can rely on him to plan such holidays in the lesser visited regions of India like Spiti, Ladakh and the North East

Arunachal Pradesh including Nameri trip was my fourth trip with Incredible Spiti and as always it was a wonderfully organized trip. I have been travelling in Himalayan region through Incredible Spiti since 2017 including Ladakh, North East and Himachal. From then till now, the team remains consistent and exceptional. Their key and unique competencies make them apart and in turn a traveler gets value for its money.

I was little bit apprehensive and confused when I started looking a travel agency who can help me for my dream trip to Lahaul-Spiti. I have approached many people in a month time, however not found any satisfactory response I am looking for. And finally in my said quest I found a link to the site of Incredible Spiti. From my first communication with Vishesh Shourie to the numerous correspondences thereafter, I was pretty sure that I have chosen a right team. Though my destiny had some other plan and we ended up in switching our travel locations to Leh Ladakh instead of Spiti. Thanks to Vishesh, who agreed and designed our Ladakh trip starting from Srinangar and ending at Manali. He had always been candid and supportive from the planning stage till the final day of our journey.

This trip has given us a unique experience, joy and satisfaction. It was a wonderful tour in Nature’s lap with clean & colourful lakes, flowing water streams, extensive rivers, beautiful mountains, clear skies, floating clouds, wide & serene landscapes and awesome weather. In addition, a chance to meet devoted Buddhist monks, to connect with the locals and their peaceful contented lives, to enjoy the journey with skilled and jovial drivers who droves you on a difficult curvy roads on such high altitudes.

The team of Incredible Spiti had ensured that we travel through all these experiences and feel the beauty of each place we visited rather than touching, counting and completing destinations. The trip was indeed well designed and thought out by providing us beautiful stays and access to all wonderful sights which were unusual and unique. It actually cut off us from the virtual world and transferred us to a real world in a marvelous backdrops with a divine connection to our own selves. A wholehearted thanks to the Team of Incredible Spiti for giving us a wonderful journey which we will going to cherish for our lifetime.

And yes, I am gearing up myself for visiting a pristine land of Spiti soon:)

We booked Leh Ladakh through them and the experience has been extremely delightful. The entire arrangement has been absolutely perfect and the best part it they customize what you want as per your budget. We booked with them very late still they managed to give the best possible options within 5 days of our trip.

Subham Thakur is an accomplished driver and is quite moderate and calm in handling any situation. Best driver in Himachal

Spiti is a difficult terrain and we needed someone reliable to plan our trip so we went to incredible spiti. We took one of their existing itineraries and tweaked a bit for us. I was a little sceptical before we started the trip as they did not provide any confirmation from hotels in terms of booking vouchers etc, also the messages from them were not too commital but I am glad I chose them as the trip was absolutely flawless. There were no issues with any hotel/ camp bookings. The cab was neat and the driver, Lakshya ji was always ready before time. I totally recommend incredible spiti. Don't get discouraged by their non-commital messages, these guys are more reliable than they sound.

Kudos to Rutika and team for stitching together a package which would cover all the places we were interested in visiting, however they missed out an important element by providing a sub standard driver cum guide. I would suggest the team to stop calling him a guide as he doesnt communicate well with his passengers.
Instead of making the passengers experience memorable, by planning the day with the passengers, so that passengers are well aware where they are taken what is the significance of the place, he focussed only on taking us from one point to another. We offered him to have food alongside us (although as part of the package, driver expenses were already paid) but he refused and would take breaks for his own breakfast and lunch. Taking separate breaks is definitely acceptable as we all are humans, but not informing the passengers why has he stopped is plain rude. On day 1 itself, he took a sutta break at a petrol station amidst traffic, when we asked him to get going, he replied kya fayda traffic mein he fasna hai. Fun fact, there was no traffic as such and vehicular movement was slow due to construction work.
We had planned to visit Atal tunnel, sissu and solang for snow, he took us to Sissu (as part of the plan), but there was no snow, so we requested to take us to Koksar, some people at the hotel had informed us that you may find snow at Koksar. On hearing this request, we were given a speech on how we should have informed him earlier. (we thought, having this basic local information is supposed to be part of the guide's job). Also we requested, in case we did not get Snow at Koksar, to take us back to Sissu, to which he completely declined (we were lucky to have got Snow at Koksar). We had informed Rutika about his unruly behaviour on day 2 itself, where he gave us a hard time, to get him to unload our luggage at the hotel. (Hotel was in a crowded market), but we were being told he is their oldest driver and she had not got such complaints from other psssengers (i am shocked at this).

The list may go on, like not switching on AC when requested in Punjab, asking us to take auto rikshaws just coz he doesnot want to drive to the point. For Dharmkot, we had to request traffic constable to convince our driver to take us there.

So a good trip, special mention to Rutika for choosing the Himaal at Bir, as that was the highlight, but it could have been memorable if we had got a better driver cum guide.

A month back, my wife and I decided to visit Ladakh to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We searched the internet for travel planners and stumbled upon Incredible Spiti. Vishesh and team at Incredible Spiti were super prompt and proactive right from our first enquiry.
They meticulously planned our seven day trip end to end with the best hotels and itinerary. Despite being an off season in Ladakh the choice of places were commendable. The star of the entire trip was our driver STANZIN (Chomo) who was with us from day 1 and gave us company with his Humor and friendly outlook. Ladakh is a traveller’s paradise and we are glad we chose Incredible Spiti to plan the trip for us. We cannot wait to travel with them again.

The experience with Incredible Spiti was amazing. The whole package was plan so thoughtfully. The stay rooms were so clean and hygienic. The unlimited food menu had all the possible local food and food was so yummy and delicious. Hospitalities of all the people at the hotel was amazing. You can also customise the itinerary. The transportation cab was clean and hygienic and the driver was knowledgeable about the tourist places. Vishesh helps you all the time along the way if you need any assistance. Incredible Spiti had arranged the Spiti Circuit (Chandigarh-Narkanda-Sangla-Chitkul-Kalpa-Tabo-Kaza-Chandrataal-Manali-Chandigarh) for us in October 2022. The entire trip went 'incredibly' well without any problems. All the stay options arranged were at great places. In spite of the limited resources at such remote places, the food options at all the hotels were very good. Special mention for the food at Sakya Abode in Kaza. The buffet spread (especially the dinner) was delicious with different cuisine options each night that we stayed. The team at Sakya Abode was very hardworking. Vishesh was available at all times (before and after booking the tour) to answer all our queries / change the options / hotels selected etc.and make suggestions. The driver arranged for the entire trip - Mr. Raj was an excellent driver and punctual. He was very experienced and was well aware of all the local customs and things to do.

Best option for exploring Spiti valley and around is to get in touch with these guys at Incredible Spiti. They knew exactly what to offer based on my choice and preferences. Great suggestions, accurate and prompt communication and personal touch, when needed, made my trip one of the most memorable one. All properties were exactly as shown or described and vehicle and driver provided were top class. One extra star for suggesting couple of fantastic hikes. Incredible Spiti, incredible tour.

Spiti and Lahaul with Incredible Spiti:

Recently completed 9 day tour of Spiti and Lahaul. I suggested an itinerary over mail to Vishesh and Rutika, who are the prime movers of Incredible Spiti. Their responses were prompt, to the the point and we finalized the package within a couple of days.
Hotel list was sent to me beforehand. Vehicle and driver details were sent one day in advance. Rutika always kept in touch with us. It was an overwhelming gesture from Vishesh when he personally met us at Kaza. We stayed in hotels at Shimla, Kalpa, Tabo, Kaza, Losar, Sissu, Keylong and Mandi. All the hotels were very good in terms of infrastructure, food and hospitality. Considering the remoteness of some of the locations, the service levels were beyond expectations.
However, the icing on the cake was our driver, Mr Rakesh Thakur. It was Rakeshji who made the trip one of the most memorable. His punctuality is of international standard. He is a professional, one of the best in his trade, a good human being, has a phenomenal knowledge about the places. I will always cherish my interaction with him.
I will strongly recommend Incredible Spiti to any traveler who wishes to undertake a vacation trip to Spiti and Lahaul.

Travelling from Shimla to Leh through the Kinnaur and Spiti Valley was one of our truly incredible, fascinating and breathtaking trips we have done in our many years of travel. Vishesh organised super accommodation for us and our meticulously planned itinerary was organised at very short notice and all our queries were answered promptly. We, group of 4 senior citizens visited following various places in Himachal Pradesh.
Narkanda, Hatu Valley, Sarhan, Sangla Valley, Chitkul, Kalpa, Nako Lake, Tabo, Pin valley, Mudh village, Kaza, Khibber village, Key Monastery, highest motor able village Komic, world's heighest post office at Hikkim, very beautiful Chandratal lake, Tirthan Valley, hiked 5 kms through beautiful nature to see Serolsar lake, hiked to visit Chaini fort.
We covered all these places in just 13 days. I on behalf of our group thank Incredible Spiti Team for Planning this tour for us, arranging best hotels at all places, arranging good vehicle with very experienced driver Mr Deepak.
We were lucky to see Ibex (Mountain Goat species), Vultures eating dead cow.
Every thing was as per planned. There was not a single issue from airport pick up, vehicle, hotel, food, sightseeing and airport drop. All this happened due to meticulous planning by the Incredible Spiti Team.

After years of contemplation and months of planning, we (4 friends) finally travelled to the Spiti valley in the month of August 2022. We spoke to multiple travel agents/ tour operators for the upcoming tour and finally decided to take help from the Incredible Spiti team to help us plan and execute the trip. Reasons for choosing Incredible Spiti over other operators - they were able to provide great price for a personalized tour (in a vehicle for our group where as many other operators specialized in group tours which we did not want), also they were one of the few people who are actually based in Kaza and hence had the most eyes and ears on the ground.

The communication leading up to the trip, the trip execution, the accommodation and food, as well as a few ad hoc requests were all adhered to to the best of their abilities and keeping in mind the resource availability in the region. Full marks to the team on all the fronts.

This was my first time to Himachal Pradesh and kudos to Incredible Spiti for crafting a wonderful experience for us. We literally told them the dates and what we wanted and rest was up to them.

We contacted Vishesh just a few days before deciding to visit spiti (end of May 2022) and we finalized the dates just 4 days before the trip. Inspite of the last minute finalization of our itinerary and our requests of staying in a variety of places like homestay, homely resorts, camping at chandrataal, Vishesh took a lot of trouble to curate a perfect plan for us in a 8 day trip starting from Chandigarh and ending at Manali. He found an exceptionally good driver Mr. Sharma from Chandigarh for us. Due to rush at Tabo, our stay was arranged at Dhankar and that turned out to be a boon in disguise. We could trek to Dhankar Lake early in the morning. The last minute arrangements at Parasol camp at Chandrataal was another exceptional experience, thanks to Vishesh. The lovely stay at Kaza in Sakhya abode felt like being at home in Spiti valley. The lovely cozy place and meeting Vishesh there was a great experience. All in all Visheshs vast experience in the Spiti Valley made our trip very memorable. I would give 10+/10 to the team of incredible spiti. Do not think twice and look no further before booking with them.

Spiti and Ladakh had been on my bucket list for a very long time. I believe I first came upon *Incredible Spiti* while searching the internet, sometime in April 2016. I immediately called up and spoke to Vishesh Shourie, to help plan a Ladakh/Spiti trip within the time and/or other constraints. I have been in touch with Vishesh since then, trying to set up the trip with different sets of friends at different times/dates, over the years but for some reason or other, the plans did not fructify till this July of 2022! The previous two discussions cancelled out due to COVID situations, which has been devastating for the tourism industry; yet Vishesh had always been forthcoming, polite and patient, responding to all my queries (on calls and mails).
Hence, I am glad i could finally fulfill my Spiti dream this July, along with my friends. By now, i already had faith and trust that Vishesh and his team would give us their best and had finalised the trip in 2days flat!

We were 4 couples, all from different fields, and each of us thoroughly enjoyed the trip, thanks to the total 9days' package, starting Chandigarh-Shimla-Narkanda-Sangla-Kalpa-Tabo-Kaza-Chandrataal-Manali and back.

The stays/hotels were all comfortable and picturesque. For future travellers, i would like to mention that one must specifically request for luxury rooms, if required. They are rare, but we observed, there are some options available now, especially in Kaza, with some new developments. Staying at Mr. Devendra's Oak Tree homestay, with his family, at Narkanda amidst apple orchards was a sweet surprise and a nice beginning of the trip!

The food was tasteful everywhere, though there is not much variety on offer due to lack of availability of most veggies and difficulties in acquisition of provisions! Hence, it was a relief and a delight for our taste-buds, to explore a couple of great cafes in Kaza and later at Manali!

I must mention that on a trip to Ladakh, Spiti, (and most other Himalayan experiences i have had like NE, Bhutan), it is the drive, the on-road travelling experience which is more thrilling than the night-halt destination, as such. The mountainous curves and roads were smooth and awe-inspiring (as maintained by the BRO) in places, while they were treacherous and really tough to manoeuvre at other places (damaged further by landslides and recent cloud bursts, just 2days back). Here, I MUST mention our tempo-traveller driver, Mr Mingmar Lama, who is a very skillful, helpful, witty, kind and polite person. As mentioned by Vishesh, it is the driver thats more important on such trips than the car! All of us realised this and fully appreciated the stress-free confidence radiated by Lama even under tough conditions!

All in all, we returned yesterday from our dreamy and adventurous Spiti holiday, fully satisfied and invigorated to get back to our daily routines again! A truly memorable trip of Incredible Spiti!

Thank you for this wonderful tour! It was so redress and therapeutic. There was no inconveniences in between. It was conducted with so much of ease. This is my best journey till date!

We were a group of four senior citizens from Mumbai who ventured on a tour to Meghalaya. We opted for a six night trip inclusive of transport, meals and stay. Hotels/Homestays booked by Mr Vishesh were clean and spacious. Package offered was in our budget - with breakfast and dinner; except at Mawlynnlong. Here the dinner was payable separately - although food option limited. Driver and vehicle were good. Driver was polite, punctual and taking care of us. We also had the tour customized as per our restricted mobility due to age. From the time of booking trip till it concluded Mr Vishesh was available and guided us. I am looking forward for another trip to North East under his able and experienced guidance. Thanks Mr Vishesh.

Thank you Rutika, for letting us have this experience. This experience has been out of the world for us. The driver though a novice, guru Prayag was wonderful, was good on those non- roads and was there for us wherever we wanted to go and whenever!
