We had a 4 days trip which included two more days of journey from delhi to destination and back. We loved the trip and the most important thing is the driver had insanely good driving skills. When you go to the mountains, it's very important that you get a driver that you can trust and there wasn't a moment when we were motion sick or scared. It was a very smooth experience.

In the hotel we had a few issues with the rooms but soniya fixed it. She had been personally checking up on us and she'd pick our calls whenever we'd have an issue and take care of it.

Since breakfast and dinner was included in the package and the package itself was pretty cheap for a 4days stay, I thought the food wouldn't be that good. But the food was awesome. We reached shimla at 11 pm and it was pretty late but the hotel staffs had already packed the food for us and made sure it was still hot.

I'd be planning trips for my family from indian saga tours private limited and will be suggesting my friends to do so if they're planning trips.

This was the most amazing trip. Thank you indian saga for making this vacation so memorable.

It is good touring company. Very quick and efficient for arranging trip. Had taken Amritsar package traveled from Panchkula to Amritsar via travel agency car including car with driver, from origin to destination including hotel, sight seeing. All arrangements were made quick by agency over phone and had safe trip traveling. Car and hotel provided was below mark. Car was in bad condition and hotel provided did not have basic amenities, cleanliness, food services, with no lift in hotel. Had bad experience due to bad hotel provided. Agency need to physically check guest places before providing to guests.

Pathetic company, agents and experience. Dont dont just dont book anytging from this company. They just want money. We were promised for luxuries rooms but got a 2 star hotel. And moreover the cab feiver forced ua to pay more money whereas we already paid him for one day.
Then they didnt pick the call and didnt return money.had a loss of 5000.then driver and cab owner started calling us again and again and forcced us to pay more money. Totally fraud.

We have planned our trip with reference to Ankita and it was a wonderful trip which we have enjoyed a lot.

Starting from day one Ankita and Cab driver (Shubham) was very professional and friendly.

Ankita has responded to every query and taken care time to time. She use to take followup every 4 hrs to confirm whether we are getting good food in hotels and about the stay as well.

Shubham is a kind of person with very warm heart, always felt that he was part of our group, guided us properly and also taken care as a friend. I wish every tourist get guide and driver like Shubham, who is very excellent driver with much knowledge about Himachal.

First time we have visited to Himachal Pradesh in winter season. What a awesome view of snow covered entire valley in Shimla and Manali. Our decision was good to see the snow in winter where every person enjoying snow by throwing snow on each other. So, awesome and we would also thanks to Indian saga tour agency to prepared this wonderful moments for us.

I had booked a trip with 5 of my friends to Himachal (2 nights in Shimla and 3 in Manali). My trip advisor or the POC was: Monica Chauhan. The price they charged for the trip was reasonable. The cab was always on time. The hotel that was booked for us in Shimla was just amazing. Food was served twice (breakfast and dinner) which was great too. The only thing that could have been improved was the hotel that we got in Manali other than that the trip was awesome. If there was any problem during the trip we used to contact the POC: Monica mam and the response was quick. Would love to visit again.

Worst experienced ever, they spoiled my all tour.dont trust them when they will need money they will behaiv politely after that they will act they dont know about this, they tied up with another third party for services which is charged extra amount don't trust on them and guyz please don't pay amount in advance, they will fool you.

They have no planning with the hotels and transport. No proper coordination within them self's. I'm not goning to recommend anyone. Only Himesh from Indian Saga was patient and trying to manage it for me. Thanks Himesh, but i had a bad experience with the transport team.

One of the unorganised organisation in India. Less responsible. How much taking money but not provide the standard service. They don't know how to talk with customer. In the booking time their commitment not matched in tour.
