We had a great experience with Indian travel corporation and would recommend them. They were proactive and supportive throughout the journey and reachable all across. None of the tours or arrangements faced any delays or issues. Everything was arranged in advance and communicated to us. When we asked for flexibility, they offered us the relevant options and made arrangements.

I booked a trip for my family to Shimla Kullu Manali by Indian Travel Corporation. Service provided by Ms Savita were great. The process was smooth the hotels are very nice and driver Mr. Vicky is very polite and excellent.

We just came back from a wonderful 6 days trip to Shimla Manali. Our driver Mr.vicky, was extremely kind, friendly. He was always on time, told interesting stories and facts about culture, nature along the way, helped to choose (or even find) the best food.
We felt very safe. The car was clean and comfortable and we couldn't wish for a better service. I strongly recommend booking the service with him.

It was an excellent trip to manali via manikaran. We enjoyed alot and the group was very cooperative.

It was our first trip to Manali with ITC. We covered Manali, Kasol and Amritsar. All credit goes to Vishal sir and Sunil sir (driver). Vishal sir was accessible on phone at any time, whenever we faced any issue. All rooms were good with nice view, supporting staff and healthy food. We enjoyed all the places a lot.

I recently travelled to Shimla and manali honeymoon package trip. It was really a well organised by Vishal. The rooms were well maintained, the food provided was also so authentic and fresh. Overall trip was very nice and i will again opt same travel again when i plan for north trip.

This was our first group tour with Indian Travel Corporation. Overall it was pleasant Experience. Special Thanks to Mr. Vishal.for all last minute changes we did and he cooperated so well and made it possible for having such a smooth experience in our journey from Amritsar to Manali.
Our tour guide was also polite, he made it sure we had a safe journey with all possible sites to be covered in given times.

The 1 star I have reduced because the Sports activity references which tour guide gave us have overcharged us for many activities. We even tried contradicting him but he so convinced us at par stating its recent updated cost.

My review for Shimla-Manali-Amritsar trip:

It was okay. The arrangements were great, rooms were good and hotel staff was helpful at all times. Special thanks to Vishal for arrangements.
Manali, Shimla and Amritsar are serene places to be at and one should definitely visit.
There were some points where we could've enjoyed more:

1. The driver didn't show interest in showing new places in the entire trip and was not interested to talk. We could've changed the driver at Shimla but we hadn't known the driver much so couldn't judge him during our journey from Chandigarh airport to Shimla drop.
2. The driver was not aware about local famous places, eateries and would drop us at places decided in the itinerary only.
3. He wouldn't click our pictures like other drivers were doing.
4. Some room extras like heaters at Manali were not mentioned before on call, which was a surprise.

Over-all it was good, but some small points would've made our trip more enjoyable and memorable.

We had a great experience with ITC. Thank you so much Vishal for arranging things and executing it properly. We had taken Himachal package and had a nice time throughout 9 days. Driver Bablu was very professional and on time to the places. Vishal was taking all the updates often and arranged things accordingly and took care of us well. Overall I would rate 5/5 for the entire trip.

We would like to thank you and Indian Travel Corporation for arranging our Manali Trip which was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. We have very many photos and unforgettable memories of our journey. All the transport arrangements, drivers, were excellent. The hotels and accommodation were also very good.

It was a great experience for us. You have a batter service good hotels and nice workers and also good nature.

This was our first tour with ITC. We covered almost entire Rajasthan. It was well planned by Mr. Vishal. Hotels were luxurious and beyond our expectations. Full marks on that front to ITC. We got a support from ITC during entire tour. There was not a one instance when we faced any inconvenience, it was very well planned and executed tour.
