Jai Maa Tunga Bhagwati Temple

Beautiful temple on the mountain top.around 30 kms from panarsa to banuthi.and then a hike of around an hour to reach this temple.

Such peaceful and beautiful place. About 5km trekking from prashar to maa tunga trmple.

Excellent trek to the temple from Bhanuti village, and the scenery all around will blow you away!

This temple lie on hill just opposite to the Prashar Lake. It is 4 hours trek from prashar lake. Another way to get this place is from jwalapur and panasar which are closer from bhuntar. One can come from April to Oct first week except June and July bcos of rain. Pls hire a guide if one is coming from prashar lake. Here m uploading some of the pix.

It's very beautiful holy place in altitude of 2,980 meter hight from see level. Beauty of nature from here is very charming and scenic. In the north east side we can see deu tibba, Indrasan and parvati peak, and chandra khani pass. And in South East side beautiful Shikari Mata peak of mandi. In the eastern side beautiful dhauladhar range.thats why i gave 5 star.
