One of the nice warm cafes in Sidhpur locality, Norbulingka locality. The availability of Japanese and Korean dishes is an attraction. Pizza is really good. Rich flavour, good quantity and variety of choices. Prizes are affordable too.

I visited this cafe with my cousin today, and we ordered 2 iced milk coffee. What they served is normal milk coffee.not iced and not even cold. So I asked the guy on the reception that i ordered Iced milk coffee. And there is no ice and not even cold it was (the milk). What he did he served ice cubes in a bowl with a spoon on my table
Me and my cousin was so surprised to see this. Then again I requested that guy with the same statement that i ordered ICED MILK COFFEE.i didn't requested you to serve me ice cubes on my table.then lastly they served me the same coffee which was a bit cold.but not iced.

The food was horrible. The pizza was uncooked. Salmon sushi was way below average and the ice teas were nothing but sugar. Also we left all our food and paid the bill but none of the staff was decent enough to ask once about the food. Pathetic experience.

Good ambience,! Very hospitable Owner & staff. Food was finger lickin'. A must visit restaurant for Italian, Japanese & Korean Cuisine.

Been along time since I was there, a great place to dine, woodfired oven with excellent Pizzas.

One of our favorite restaurants in Dharmshala & Norblinka area. The staff are incredible warm & friendly — truly joy filled people! The food & drinks are amazing! We love their wood oven pizza and pasta selection best. The aesthetic & vibe is warm & cozy. Whenever our family wants to relax, eat good food and enjoy good company, we choose Joyful! You should too!

Excellent food. Good service. They were shutting their kitchen when we called & were flush with orders at that time. Yet because we had kids took up our order for 10 people.
Since their delivery person was unavailable we agreed to pick up our order from the cafe ourselves.

By far the best pizza place I have been to in Himachal. In fact one of the best ever. A must visit if you are Dharamshala area. Best to park near Norbulingka and then walk to the restaurant. The hosts are really nice and friendly. Place has a quiet and serene vibe. Pizzas are delicious. Love coming here every time I visit Dharamshala.

A beautiful little cafe located at walking distance from Norbulingka, Joyful stands true to its name. We ordered a pizza, sushi, and tebaski chicken wings and all of it was wonderful! Generous portions and great taste. The lovely hosts with big smiles also sealed the deal for us:) A definite must-visit cafe if you’re in the region.

This is the best restaurant in Himachal Pradesh! No one else smokes meat like this place. It tastes just like American Barbecue! Also great selection of Japanese dishes. Try the ramen! Personal and friendly staff. Go to Joyful!

We had Sushi rolls (served with wasabi, ginger slices and soy sauce), Roman Italiano thin crust Pizza (with perfectly cooked eggplant), Chicken wings and iced Americano. The portions were amazing and the everything on the table was delightful! The place was also very clean with warm vibes, with its wooden furniture, and earth colored walls and an all window facade. Thank you to our hosts and the waiter for the great service and good food.

Excellent thin crust pizzas. We tried non veg while our friends tried veg. We were both happy. Pricing is very genuine too.

Very Nice service. Very fast service too. Great food! I prefer the Mocha cafe, Mexican Hot Pizza and French Fries. For dessert Banana cake.

Went there after reading so many good reviews and had high expectations. And the expectations weren't shattered. Pizza was absolutely amazing and so was the coffee. The owner was gem of a person, so humble. He himself offered to get a half and half pizza made since me n my wife both were struggling to settle on a single flavor pizza. Just don't order in a hurry since the order will take 20-30 mins.

Nice cafe. One of the best coffee and pizza place. Service was slow. They forgot to give couple of items. Otherwise must visit place for best Italian experience.

One of our friend recommended us to visit this cafe and try their wooden pizzas and we loved their peri peri and mexican pizza (one pizza split into these two toppings). Also, they serve really good cakes. Must visit place.

I am from Delhi and trust me this is one of my top 3 Italian restaurants. It's amazing. A must try. Go for the banoffee pie. You wont regret this.

My brother told about this place and he did mention that the cakes here were very good and reminded him of home. When we finally got a chance to try some we were quite late as we've been restaurant hopping in Norbulingka (Highly recommend doing this) so they were about to close. We had to ask them to pack the banoffe pie (It was the best), a chocolate cake (not too sweet, light and scrumptious) and another cake that was quite good (Can't remember the name). While we were discussing in our mother tongue where we will eat these or if they will make it beyond the parking lot the owner asked us if we were from Shillong. It was quite nice to meet him and now my brother knows someone who shares the same hometown. FYI 2 out of the 3 made it beyond the parking lot but I don't think that we will have enough control to do so the next time.

The place is quite and away from the hustle bustle of noisy Mcleodganj. The food is great. Love the mushroom lasagna, the veg lover pizza, the chocolate cake and super strong cappuccino. Folks are warm and friendly. Food takes time to come, so come here when you have time. Definitely recommend

I am absolutely in love with there pizza. They people over there have become my friends. It is my most go to place, pizza is finger licking. My personal favourite is veggie lovers. The also serve amazing lasagna. Avneesh (one of the staff member) is extremely nice. The ambience too is great. Highly recommended place for pizza and talks. Must visit if you are in dharamshala.

I really love this place. The pizzas here are really tasty and the ambience is wonderful. My favorite thing to have here is the Japanese Green Tea (matcha). It's so different from the other green tea that you find in India. You must give it a try!

This time instead of fresh pizza and pasta sauces, they were using commercially available sauces.the final pizza and pasta were abominable and disgusting. And for the price and their earlier standard, it was too bad.avoidable
