Didn't have a good experience with the management and reception. They were careless and unfriendly. But the housekeeping staff and waiters were very good.

The road to this place is bit narrow and I recommend to drive cautiously, but when you reach this place everything about it is good the service is fab, food is yum. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are good. I would say it’s the Best place if you are planning to come in group or with family.

Well maintained properly with all luxury facilities.also indoor nd outdoor activities for entertainment, kids play area is also great, staff is very helpful, food is very delicious (We just loved this place)

Recently visited this Lodge with the friends. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean.though the overall view from the place is not great. Service by House keeping staff is excellent.
Only problem we faced is with the restaurant staff and chef. They are not at all courteous and accomodating.even well before their closing time.

We spend one night there on January 5,2023. We had five families, and everything was wonderful. Excellent in every way—food, rooms, service, etc. The staff is extremely pleasant and courteous. We applaud the chef in restaurants as he serves us cuisine that tastes just like it does at home.

The place has a normal location. There isn’t any scenic view from the rooms or property. Although the overall concept is not bad. We took 3bhk +2 bhk. The villas are average. Simple rooms. There was a big lobby in our 3bhk where we 5 couples could sit indoors comfortably. The breakfast buffet was good. The live music and outside seating with some bonfire was good as well.

This resort is 11Km away from Mall Road in Kasauli and approach road has 1 km of dirt road stretch. The parking is also very limited, so you have give your car keys at the reception, so that they can move your vehicle around to adjust other cars. I had an early checkout and it took them 25 minutes to clear the cars which were parked behind my car.
Food is something which I feed they certainly need to improve on, for lunch i had paneer makhni and spring roll and taste was not that great and I had an upset stomach later in the day.
In evening we choose to have bonfire and it costed us Rs 900 for that and they even arrange liquor for you, but you have to additional 400 Rs as taxi charges. They can also arrange hookah for 900 Rs for you.
The ambience is nice but they should fix the broken sports equipment (bent basketball hoop, broken trampoline) in kids play area.

Very bad experience from enter to the exit totally stay was only waste of our precious time.road from the km board to the hotel is completely risky only one vehicle at a time can pass everything is under construction in one word dangerous.staff and manager very rude and bother less.we booked two rooms which they provide us one at the starting and other totally at the end facing opposite side very horrible.luckily one room was spared so they shifted rooms are very much like dharamshala feel.food very ok.they are highly priced we paid 900rs for little ball sized gulab Jamuns, 500 rs for 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, ice was also been charged, waterbottles 3 times extra from mrp, each n everything was highly priced it's like these ppl are just sitting here to grab money.no recommendation to anyone. I give single star

It was our Anniversary. And well decorated room. Excellent view from the resort.very place makes a place to sit and relax enjoy music hills hot beverages.food is very tasty whatever we ordered everything was good.service was quick. You can spend time easily.good play area pool table tennis carrom.there are plenty of space to sit. Well maintained hygiene.we had a premium cottage beautiful Jungle theme cottage. Better than any kasauli side resorts i visited.
What more i can say best stay

Very bad service. Rude manager. Pls ensure each and every service they provide you at the time of booking otherwise they start charging even for complimentry services.
Indor and outdoor games are just for increasing the booking amount. Every games item is damaged and missing.

It was a nightmare and a bad choice. Poor maintenance of rooms, red ants were all over my bed in the night. The management had no option. I had to check out at 1: 30 AM and the fraud management was not even bothered. Never ever go there. *All the positive reviews are fake*

The location is absolutely amazing, but food quality is not good, and rooms are not very well cleaned.but a good experience

Very good clean property. Restaurant staff & chefs are very courteous & well trained. Nice tasty food - good room service with great ambience but reception & staff at parking is lacking in behaviour & are untrained only Mr. Robin was good who is on duty only after 2 pm

Great experience. The food was a little expensive but delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best place is the view point with the open bar, though the bar is not open yet.

I had a wonderful experience at Jungle Lodge resort. I am giving 5* to them as there staff is too courteous and polite in nature. Even after midnight they give warm milk for my baby. Also there food is so tasty that even for food only I had visited them so many times because it is almost full all the time because rooms are so spacious and clean that anyone wants to visit this property again and again. And I heard last month that they are going to built swimming pool in the property, I can't wait for that as they have already entertainment items like snooker. Hope to see the swimming pool soon as the property is so beautiful with a scenic view covered with pine trees and also they do the musical night which is so awesome. I had got peace of mind there in the property which is very far from rush and noise of the city.

My second visit here. What a beautiful resort. Set in amazing location, view point is at a perfect spot. Staff amazing, food is delicious, room service is super quick, spotless bathroom and upholstery. Quite n nice place. Clean. Saturday night was live music and it was sooo good. Perfect saturday night. The entire resort sang and danced together for an hour like crazy. It was so much fun. To add on it is pet friendly. My pet loved it here. I could leave him without leash. I guess he had the best time of his life. No one stopped. Even the guests didn't want him on leash. They enjoyed his beautiful presence too.

Some serious concern with their service. The staff was extremely rude and insulting. Will not cater to any of your request. And moreover if you ask 2-3 times and complaint about them the will ask you to checkout in the middle of the night.

Some time before there service used to be good but now I will not recommend to visit there at all.

Firstly, you get this great mesmerizing view, surrounded by the hills.
Excellent hospitality, since it's the most important thing, i had my whole family there and everyone's needs were taken care off.
The rooms had this beautiful ambience in it, gives you a really very mountains kinda feels.
Totally worth the money!

We arranged our family get together and had a great time in the property.

Party place and bar at hill top was fabulous with all the lightings in the night.
2 kms Road leading to resort is kacha but easily motorable. It goes through Jungle and gives very good vibes. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Recommend this resort to everyone

This place amazed us. We celebrated our anniversary. Everything was just perfect. Food was very delicious. This property is in the middle of Jungle and is so peaceful. View from mountain top is a treat to the eyes. Rooms were clean and spacious. Though you have to travel a little through non metaled road for 10 min to reach this property but its worth the effort.
