I recently Stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. I Checked in at night around 10.30 PM due to flight delay and the warm welcome at check-in procedures so late during night time was very quick as well. Food was kept ready for me so that i would have proper sleep after my hectic travel. The rooms were Neat and clean. The view from the room balcony was fabulous. The hotel's amenities were also in good condition. Only issue i felt was it is missing signage board on road so that you would reach hotel properly. But Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.
Staff ***** Star Stay ***** Star Food ***** Star View ***** Star
Very worst hotel.rooms and service Were not good at all after paying such a large amount. The staff was not obeying orders. The led line and door lock were not working. The extra bed for the children not having a bed only fome sheet on floor.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff's impeccable service stood out especially sandeep ji helped a lot, making my experience truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. The rooms were tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.
Had an excellent, friendly and serene experience during my stay. The place is at a beautiful location and nearby of many tourist places, be it Bhagsu waterfall, Dalai lama temple, ropeway etc. The owner (Dada) is super friendly and very helpful. Had a nice conversation with him on his journey of Kolkata-Delhi-Dharamshala.
Food was also finger locking good. Every room here has a story to tell.
Loved my stay and thoroughly enjoyed. Would stay here only whenever I visit Dharamshala/Mcloadganj.

Beautiful property ;well maintained ;great views from all over property 'big size swimming pool in hillstation ;nice rooms; love food reasonable price of food overall enjoyed our stay.
Location is excellent, Food quality and service are very poor. If dinner is included in package, they provides only one sabji, roti, dal and rice. The sabji was completely uncooked. Just mix raw material and served. There is no any options. There is no responnse from restaurant incharge and behavior is not good.
Five star for "Food is good and delicious", but only disappointed with quantity and Menu Prices, Prices are very high and quantity is very less as compare with prices. There is lack of lift accessibility, hence difficult to upstairs for senior citizens. So overall 2 is enough.
Amazing place! Lovely views and the ambience just compliments the beautiful hill forest around…will always be a cherished memory and I look forward to go there again n again! Wishing them all the success ahead!
The view from the cottage was magnificent. Splendid Vista of valley and Dhauladhar range of mountains. We couldn't have enough of view. The pool wad so nice. Staff was very courteous and most helpful. Food was absolutely awesome and all the requests were taken care of. It was a very serene and peaceful place in the lap of nature. I would want to go again and again
We stayed here during our Himachal tour. The place has a great ambiance and lovely vibes. Very peaceful. Rooms are just big enough for a family of four. The Menu is reasonably priced. The location is fantastic and staff is very courteous.
Pathetic service. Got a same banner printed 3 times. Very poor quality. For a single day work, took him a week after changing banner print again and again. Went to many events without banners because of this. The guy is humble only good part of this shop.

Magnificent would be an understatement. You have to experience it for yourself to appreciate the wonder and splendor of this place. The facilities are top class with a stunning location and incomparable hospitality. Superb gem from Karma.
This is a real honeytrap scam. Please read full to understand modus operandi…. All Karma Resorts in India are accepting bookings thru third party site Prestige Resorts, Goa. Their agents will offer rooms at very cheap rates so that you will be attracted and if you are ok with dates they will give HDFC Bank payment link of Rs 2100 for 3 days 4 nights. They will create situation that rooms are filling fast si please pay immediately. Just after payment you will also get a confirmation email from them mentioning that amount paid is non refundable, non transferrable. After a few days they will inform telephonically to compulsory attend on site presentation of Karma Group si that when u actually reach their they can surround you with 2-3 persons to generate psychological pressure to avail membership of Karma group @3-4 Lacs. Therefore carrying credit/ debit card through which you have made payments is also mandatory during check in at their resorts. On reception additional charges Rs 4000 is also levied towards security deposit otherwise room will not be given. This security amount will not be refunded as it is mentioned in terms and conditions on web site. It is mentioned that paid security charges will be adjusted towards beverages and food. It means effective charges will now be Rs 6100 for 3D/4N. Moreover the check-in time is 4 PM and checkout at 10AM and fir early check-in or late checkout room charges are no less than 8000 per day. THink twice before accepting such offers. If you have already suffered send me email so that case can be filed with EoW Police
I visited this property to utilise voucher provided by Karma Goa resort. However had worst experience of pathetic service and room quality. Worst part was hot water supply for which you have to wait for half an hour. It was mandatory to attend presentation and initially I was interested to buy membership but later on changed my mind due to rude behaviour of executive. Before presentation they will treat you well but once u decline to become membership then behave like unwelcome guests. Also executive tried to misguide us for our next day plan of Wagah border. Just for his presentation slot, he wanted us to stay for one more day and claimed that Wagah border parade happen on Sunday only. Food was good and reasonable however u have to wait for minimum half an hour. And lady in restaurant was like angry and unhappy when u enter in restaurant coz she has to work now. Overall it ruined my vacation.
The view of dhauladhar range from the resort is magnificent. Living in surroundings of lush green trees is cherry on the cake. The staff is very cooperative and humble. The food prepared by chef kamal is delicious. We will never forget the yummilicious taste of kangra pakoras made by chef. Again mentioning special thanks to Kamal ji for making special baby food for our child, without which it would have been difficult to stay. Sincere gratitude for Anubha our relationship manager for decorations and cake which made our special day memorable. Looking forward to stay with karma group in future as well.
Best place for staycation. Very supportive and helpful staff with beautiful smiles on their faces. Food is very yummy and fresh. Specially Chef Kamal and his whole kitchen team serving fingerlicking food to their guests. We can say super se upper, surely we will visit again
Nice resort, located at a very different location from other resorts. You get full view of Dharamshala town from here. Paragliding point near by. Staff prompt and responsive plus housekeeping is excellent.
Relaxed family holiday at karma exotica. Stay was comfortable. Food very good. Courteous and cooperative staff, though needs some upgradation in terms of infrastructure. Overall nice and recommended
Its an amazing place away from crowd in the Hills. Dharamshala according to me is one of the most accessible hill stations of India. Direct flights from Delhi and Chandigarh. This resort is around 2 kms uphill so is cooler than the Plains or Market area (Just like McLeod)
Great place on the way to chohla. Nice view to the Dhuladhar valley. Nice food and good service. Mr. Bablu is too professional and a great person. Go and check out the beauty of the place.
The most hopeless thing I observed & which forced me not to enter the resort was reckless destruction of eco fragile & highly sensitive seismic hill of Baba Indru Naag. I feel that the owner & management of this resort is unaware of the devastation caused by the 1905 earthquake. Such kind of activities may be on the name of boosting tourism shall be curbed with iron hand. God Bless my Bhagsu. ️
Place is very nice but not approachable. The way of reaching to hotel is not good.very dark road n sharp turns.there should be light at least.i hope they will think about that.
Clean large rooms on higher floors About 4km from Dharamsala. Food good but service is slow even for breakfast. No lift so be prepared for climb up to your room
Good Resort. Must visit once. Best location and view from Resort. Centralized heating arrangement should be there in room as that AC heater is not sufficient in cold weather
Its the best hotel and resort in dharamshala the best place to spend there.the view is awesome and there is section for playing games PS2 pool snooker ice hockey table tennis and many more and also gym
Nice hotel, well appointed, slightly off the main road, great for lounging off, has a good activity room for children, need to climb few stairs to reach the upper section of the hotel, but the view from the top is great, can see whole of dharamshala including the cricket stadium
Karma.odessey resort at indru nag dharamshala. Good property, a bit secluded but surrounded by natural beauty. Offer breathtaking scene during snowfall. Though snowfall is rare and not a frequent one at this place. Point of caution is that it is not all suitable for elderly people. Rooms are at varied heights and takes effort to reach the room. Good is ok. Not very good. Empires sound novice and inexperienced. But it is worth staying here due to its location benefit.
The stay and the hospitality was really good and warm. Especially the staff was really good and the amenities provided were up to the mark. Keeping all this aside the Mr Aditya Chaturvedi from the real estate department was quite rude while the rest of the promotional team staff was excellent.
Absolutely good resort with absolutely good people right from reception to Housekeeping. The resort has stunning view, particularly from the blocks which are at the top layer. Food options are limited but food is delicious, Staff is very very cooperative always with a pleasant smile. SPA is one another joint you need to visit, It is small but worth going. The only issue which you may face is HOT WATER and at a time you may need to depend on buckets. If this can be taken care as at a time this problem may ruin out your mood.
Karma exotica Dharmshala is an amazing property. Mesmerizing views from the resort as the back drop of the resort are ice caped mountains. If traveling with elderly people please ask for rooms near the reception area as there is no lift to get to the top floor of the resort. Food is good but limited options. The people are very friendly and approachable. The resort staff are always ready to help you and make your stay a memorable one.
Being a solo female traveller, I felt blessed being at Anandam for 3 weeks. I felt well protected and supported in a safe place cared for by Mr Siladitya and his chef/manager KK. My Buddha room is spacious, clean and filled with sunlight. The bathroom is simple but so clean, not a faintest bad odor can be detected. Hot water is available all day long. Each morning, still under the blanket, I gazed up at the Dhauladhar, its 18,000 feet summit basked in the golden light, feeling so at home. I was never tired of the million dollar view of the mountains outside my window. A warm meal (home cooking by Mr KK) can be delivered to your room or set on the balcony where you can enjoy your food amidst the happy sounds of children playing in front of the building. For a reasonable price of 900 rupees, a taxi was sent to pick me up at the airport. During my stay, my Host always called and reserved the taxi for me. Such support is needed for any lady who takes the road on her own. By the way, don’t be annoyed by the noise of roosters chanting, birds chirping, cows mooing, dogs barking when the village wakes up at 5 AM. Just some very normal sounds of life in Heeru village. Last but not least, all that happy and safe times by the foot of the Himalayas for $12 a night, I’m still amazed at such price. I finally get to experience the warm hospitality of this Indian homestay. Thank you Mr Siladitya for Anandam.
My Stay @ Anandam Homestay has indeed been great! Kudos to the superhost Mr. Siladitya for making it worthwhile. Located perfectly between Dharamshala and Mcleodganj, both of these places are accessible by foot from the property
This is an awesome place to have a stay surrounded with the best locations in Dharamshala. The beautiful valley and the mountains are a spec for the place. Has a swimming pool to enjoy all together. Now the "worst" thing about the place is it has got the "worst" hospitality. No waiter around its restaurant and poor staff management.
Royal Karma Exotica Resort is located in Dharamshala, there is sign board just 2 KMS away from the resort. Free wireless password provided for connection of 2 devices Great Ambience and cozy room Ordered food in the room. Food was served very hot and was excellent in taste. There is swimming pool, restaurant area, play area, Very neat rooms and Great view from the room Price $$ Service: Supportive staff, Prompt Service with smile How I reached to Karma Exotica Resort: After having breakfast at Brothers Dhaba We started from Amritsar around 11.30 AM and great scenic view by road reached Dharamshala cricket stadium at 5: 00 pm, saw the stadium and clicked few pics, you can spend 45 min at this location and then reached Dal lake, water is very low in Dal lake good to click few picks and headed towards sunset point reached there by 6: 30 om and had good view, from there the resort is 9 KMS. Reached resort at 8 pm.
I stayed at Anandam, or let me call it Dada’s home in McLeod Ganj for a week in June 2019.
The home is in Heeru village which is around 15-minute drive from the HRTC Volvo bus stand (McLeod Ganj), and roughly 15-minute walk from the Namgyal Monastery.
It was my first solo trip, and while reserving my stay at Dada’s I was hoping it to be nothing more than a place to crash since I chose to share my room with then travelers and now friends. Little did I know that it was going to end up being one of the most special places I’d spend majority of my time during my stay in McLeod Ganj.
The home is reasonably away from the main-square or other touristy locations, and chaos, which makes it a perfect place for the ones who just wants unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the mountains, witness village life on the one side, and a bird-eye view of Dharamshala and its famous cricket stadium from the common dining area.
Rooms are big, location and views are breathtaking (all rooms have private balcony <3), privacy at its best, the home food by KK and Dada himself is finger licking good, services are prompt, and overall it is undoubtedly value for time and money.
Indeed, Dada is revolutionizing the way hospitality functions, and his passion is visible in his resourcefulness, gestures and nature. I was amazed with his goodwill and reputation when I was travelling from D’sala to McLeod, and I the cab driver instantly exclaimed “Oh! Dada’s place! ” the moment I uttered Heeru village.
A tip, please understand that it is not a “hotel” but the “home stay”, hence more you live there thinking of it as your home the more you’ll enjoy. It is not a luxury resort, but a cozy home to stay, and make friends with fellow homies from across the world.
Can’t wait to experience staying at Dada’s Barot valley house in winters.
One of the best location of RGBC karma group very friendly staff and delightful to spend the time with the group The rooms are over seeing mountain range and the house keeping is good to keep your room fresh and clean Every day Food from the restaurant is delicious and the quantity is sufficient for 2 person Overall the best location and perfect holiday space
Best place to stay with family in dharamshala, facilities there are jim, kids play zone, swimming pool, cultural activities at evening, restaurant and bar, and the best is working staff.
