Nice place. Hotel staff also very friendly. Good rooms. I stayed there for 3 days. Good food quality.

One of the poorest management and illiterate staff and owner can change deny his words later, If things done in advance on paper they tear the sheet and change things later, liers can make you embarassed in front of your relatives and friends. Greedy about money no value for humanity!

Very poor facility. People without basic etiquettes. Not at all happy with the service provided. They were not able to fulfil the basic requirements like fans etc

Management is not good, unexpected things happened, they don't even arrange facilities which is needed in the family trip!

Perfect spot for weddings and weekend getaways. This resort is situated away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Majestic Himalayan views can be enjoyed from the resort premises. The staff is very friendly and the owners are also very helpful. I attended a wedding here and the experience was surreal. After attending the wedding i decided that i need to visit again and spend good amount of my vacations here. Thankyou to the whole kartikaye family for providing such wonderful experience. We will visit again.

Very well kept property. Location and view from the room is great. Restaurant serves great food, linen are spotless, rooms are featurefull, mini bar is tastefully compiled, toilet is user friendly, man power are polite and helpful. They take feedback in every step for improvement. Recommend everyone to book a stay.
