The service is very good, food is delicious and bar area is pretty nice. Most super deluxe room have lawn area view and not hills. Too much pushy to checkout at 11.30 am strictly otherwise keep on ringing after every 15 mins to vacate the room.

Property is beautiful but rooms are okay okay types.not worth their amount. I found breakfast options limited. Maybe just because we travelled at the time of heavy rain.

It’s a very nice property with good food and open area to sit. There is ample parking in front of the resort but the approach road is steep is call the resort before reaching and they will guide you.

The hotel may give you the best scenic beauty experience. You get to see the most beautiful view from your balcony. Their suite is a must try experience. The balcony of the room opens up with a mountain view. It's breathtaking experience.

Very nice property at a beautiful location with mountain and valley view rooms. Rooms are very spacious and maintained well. Everything in the resort was up to the mark. Mall road is a 10-15 mins walk away from here.

It was wonderful stay at Kasauli Castle. Rooms were decent with good size, great ambience, delicious food. There were games and rides for children entertainment. My daughter enjoyed alot.

Decent property. Clean rooms but cannot be called as resort as most of the activities were not accessible/working. If the games could be repaired, atmosphere could be more lively, this property could become great.

I went there for team lunch. The food was pathetic. They put too much salt in all items even though we had told them to reduce the salt they're adding after tasting 2 items that were initially served.

Hosted and created one of my life's best memories with the help of the Kasauli Castle team with my life partner. Just amazing, such an energized place to stay and celebrate in.

Location is Good. Employees are helpful. Some rooms are under construction, as view from above would have been more nicer than from the first floor deluxe rooms.

Take available cab from Kalka stn.to this hotel, which can cost around 1500 including Toll tax (one can bargain and can be reduced, though it depends on weather condition if it's raining it can cost you more)

2. Routes?
Two routes are available, depends on driver through which he feels comfortable and chose to drive. Though you can suggest.

3. Location?
Location is good and 1 day is enough to visit Mall Road, Gorkha Fort, Sunset Point, Sunrise Point. You can avail cab service from hotel.

4. WiFi
They have high speed wifi connection

5. Improvement opportunities for Hotel.i. Remove mutton from menu if it's permanently not available in that area.ii. Most of the menus are not available, it needs to be updated accordingly.iii. If two human beings have booked one room they should also be able to order TWO CHICKEN DISHES from the menus.iv. Food quality (taste) and service need to be improved.

Location is good, service is good, food is delicious. Room are clean but as compare to hotels you will little disappointed. A great family/friends hotel. Children can also enjoy. Great place.

Totally Wastage of Money.hotel will charge you extra for your own Wine bottle. Very boring place, The way for hotel is very narrow nd steep, friends don’t” ever go to this property, My personal experience was very Very bad

Very poor room service. Not having proper staff. The way to Hotel is what they should mention as it's very steep. Rooms were clean. Nice beautiful ambience but still prices are way too high of the menu they are providing. At the time of Check out.no staff was there to lift the luggage. We picked all our luggage and went downstairs without any help. It was disappointing. Not a pleasent experience.

Front desk staff behavior are rudly. We booked through MMT and they denied to give any gst invoice.

Kasauli Castle Resort was an excellent choice for our stay in Kasauli. The food was great with Indian and Chinese options for dinner and Indian/Continental options for breakfast. The staff are very courteous and tend to your needs very quickly and with a smile! It is located quite close to Mall Road by vehicle. Highly recommended resort for a rejuvenating break in Kasauli!

It's a beautiful Property with perfect atmosphere. The best part is it's not only a concrete hotel. The owner taken good care of the greenary as well. Must recommended place for Couple, family or even friends and small get together.

The only thing is their payment options need to manage better. Got issue with Card Payment as well as UPI payment too.

It was a perfect place to be on a weekend and we found it on a weekend. The place itself is lit and the hospitality was above expectations. The whole place has a good vibe including the staff who are exceptionally polite. Really enjoyed the stay.

It's a small property which is maintained beautifully with clean rooms and excellent service. Food is awesome that make it even more relaxing there. The only point for improvement is to have a bigger born fire setup and clean backdrops.so that we don't see the under construction stuff behind a bful landscape created there. Kudos to the room service staff for their best effort for making us feel comfortable.

Never book 'Kasauli Castle Resort'. The staff as well as the owner most disgusting people. We were three families and booked over there for 2 nights but had to check out the very next morning. Rooms were stinking, bedsheets and mattress were torn, Centipedes (Kankhazura) were all over in the room and on bed too, AC were not working, window glass was broken and when we complained and try to meet the manager and owner next morning they just fight with us, they and their staffs started beating us, and pointing to my 7 yr old kid said, 'Kasauli se jana hai ya yehi rehna hai'. We were shocked seeing their behavior and just that moment we checked out paying them the balance food bills as they already took the full payment in advance for 2 nights. That was a disaster experience for us to kasauli.

Beautiful property! It was a great experience, I was there for a couple of days with my friends and we had memorable time.
The staff is very kind and would help you even if you hit them up at mid-night.

It is an awesome place with greenery all around. It makes you feel like you are in Jungle. Staff is too good. Enjoyed a lot.

Ambience is nice. Place is situated at a very good location. Sunset point is just 2 to 5 mins walk away. Heavy greenery in the surrounding. However, i didnt quiet enjoy the food. Other than the food, everything is superb about this place.

Worst experience, booked directly with hotel by paying advance into thier account. And to our surprise the room were totally diffrent and dirty as shown before booking.

We were given sammn inter connected rooms in the name of family suite.when objected they denied by excuses.we had to book another resort on the spot and shifted there.

No refund was given by Kasauli castle Resort even when they are on fault.

I had spent couple of days here and had wonderful time. Mr Hemant is really kind and hotel has very humble staff. Food is really great and a must try.

We visit this hotel last week, first of hard to find the location in Kasauli where this hotel is. They charged Rs 600 for decoration and at the time of booking the person said floral and baloons decoration. But once we reached it's just 15 baloons only. So we have to pay 40RS per baloon.

Talking about Food its average too much salt in simple dish. We don't anyone should visit this hotel.

I really love this place. Great ambience and food is also very tasty. Kids love to play there and really like bonfire and candle light dinner.

Great place to stay. Prefer no valley view room as view of Resort from balcony is awesome. They have huge screen which plays songs n videos. They have beautify entire resort with plants n lighting.

An excellent experience during our stay here. The rooms, decor (we visited during Christmas days), room service, indoor games, food, the open garden, all are good to great. The staff is also helpful and polite. Also, I managed to witness a mesmerising view of the rising sun from near the hotel's main entry.
All of these points make this hotel/resort a great option worth considering while travelling to Kasauli or further

We stayed here for just 1 night, around new year. The resort was beautifully decorated and also had bonfire set up in the evening along with music. The rooms are spacious and the room service was prompt.

We were five families who booked for two nights new year package and it was our best new year ever. We really liked everything of the castle resort be it rooms, food, ambience, new year party arrangements, staff, the special three idiots sitting in the lawn.list goes on. It is slightly difficult to be seen from the main road and is a little distance uphill from the main road. The lawn has a projector and a screen where they play video songs, mostly bollywood. There is a bar counter as well. You can occupy tables in groups and enjoy a peaceful evening in the hills. In case it's raining, you will have to sit inside. Good place!

Great place with amenties for kids (trampoline, TT table, swings n slide) good rooms with balcony view and nice party place at night. Location more than make up for small Mall road. Good resort that u may not want to go out. Sunset point, Mall road and mankey point are must visit

Very bad experience.hotel manager ask for food bill at 1AM.pathetic.in other hotel it is done on checkout.staff is not cooperative.and they have there own rules.not recommended.if one wants to try.plz.ask them copy of there rules.haha.

Very popular resort in Kasauli. Greenery is given lot of prominence inside the resort. There is garden with pine trees in the garden surrounded by bar, restaurant, coffee shop, projector screen area, children playground, sitting area etc. Food is very good. Rooms are large with attached balconies and comfortable. Reception and service staff very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was walk beneth somewhat like a cherry tree. Stairs lined both the sides with plants that you seldom find in planes are quite eye catching.

Innovative gardeners have surprises at every nook and corners of this place.they even might share some tricks with you.

One of the most astonishing thing that welcomed us was a soothing mantra which is usually contineously played.
I could not figure out what language it was but it was calming, soothing and you realise that silence and calm lies in its incomprehensibility. It is played till dusk and then party music takes over.

The lawn is perfect for partying at night and surprising ly for early morning tea and newspaper.

There is small area for kids and three idiot bottom shaped seats that naughtily peek at you from corner.

It's just like guesthouse. Food quality n taste is very bad. The price on higher side n they serve u stale food. Housekeeping staff is good. They lack live event in evng. No view from rooms are clear.

I liked this place very much.very good staff, great snacks and food, nice ambience. They had limited food and drinks options though. But the prices were real low. Which was a plus. All in all a very nice place to hangout in Kasauli.

Hotel stay was very good. Staffs were the best as their services was out of expectations. Food quality and veraity can be improve more.live music arrangements in the garden was awsome. We were in room 201 and we had more the 5 time electric power trip in hole night and next day we changed our room from 201 to 203 and again there also we had problem with bathroom water and because of water pressure issue we got late for the check out however our overall other experience was good. And soon sure we will visit castel resort one. Thank you.

The property is good as usual this must be my 4th or 5th visit here. All The staff is extremely polite courteous and helpful. Mr Trilochan from reception Mr Tikam in restaurant and all other staff members who's name I dont remember. I have always liked staying at this place. Although I have given some pointers to Mr Trilochan i hope he will take care of them till our visit. Tight rope walking and trampoline for kids. Billiards and table tennis for every age group are some features available here. I also hope they get the xbox and another game repaired.

If we visit mountains for peace and serenity, we did not even have to step out of our room to find it. Awesome view from both windows. Like it was not enough, The evenings here were magical. Music, drinks, ambiance, starlit sky. Perfect hosts:)! Looking forward to visiting you guys again.

Price very high as compared to the property ambience. Buffet spread is limited. View is obstructed by trees. Exterior and room interior could have been done up better. Toiletries are ordinary. The team is very nice and cooperative up to a limit.

Location of the resort is excellent and their hospitality is amazing.
Breakfast buffet was pretty average but dinner was very good. They provide both veg and non-veg options.
