Kasauli Continental Resort - Luxury And Best Hotel In Kasauli

Location of this property is very peaceful. You step outside property and there is forest like feel. It's situated almost midway between dharampur and kasauli. There are many good eating points near this resort. Rooms were neat and clean. Their food was also good i tried their veg biryani and it tasted great. Staff is also helping. They have a big party lawn also. Overall a good stay option.

Very good location with a great view and also has a good restaurant inside the hotel with good food. Service is top notch. I had a great experience.

Resort is located on the highway to Kasauli just 5 kms from it. Rooms are large with all basic amenities and nice valley view from balcony. Hospitality and food is great. Go for it for a weekend holiday.

If you’re looking for a budgeted resort at outer skirts of Kasauli then it would be a bestest option with phenomenal valley views with toy trains rushing, beautiful view of Himalayan expressway. Food and room service was wonderful with lowest prices.
Maintenance can be improved. 103 Room will be best for stay. Front office Bhram singh, Anil sharma. Housekeeping staff was helpful and cooperative

It's very beautiful place for nature loving people for refreshments and enjoying some special quality times with nature but here is a lord Hanuman temple its call Manki point, Sanjeevani Hanuman Temple at hight of 500 ft.

Your phone not allowed to go on this temple.
Only you and feeling are with you so go and enjoy.

Would like to give them 0 star for their pathetic services. They're cheaters. Will tell you something else before booking and will provide you anything after booking. Just destroyed our holiday.

It is a good hotel with nice views in the balcony of some rooms. The housekeeping is responsive. The only complaint would be that the blankets and sheets didn't look clean. The sheets had holes.
The restaurant here also is good.

Dirty room's, toilet were not cleaned, toiletries not found, dirty bed sheet and not changed, tea cattle dirty, receptionist man behaviour very rude and uncooperative.

Place and location is good. Rooms are spacious. Standards of 4 star hotel is not met here in terms of service and toiletries.

Great Rooms, courteous staff, very nice property surrounded with great valley view. Cosy place to stay when you are on a vacation to kasauli. Balcony and terrace gives a beautiful view away from hustle and bustle of city.could see the toy train from our balcony. Brilliant service.

Great view from hotel, nice staff, neat and big room. Plenty of parking space and good food with better price tag as compare to similar star catagory hotel.

However, Ac is equipped with only high catagory of rooms, where as we stayed at non ac room of this property which just work fine even on jun month. So i can say its a pleasant staying here with good hospitality experience.

I wish there were negative stars rating for this Property. Recently booked room through OYO and hotel staff denied the entry saying that the room rates are higher then OYO provided so we cannot provide you room. I don't know was he hired from local shop for that post as the management skill needed for that job was completely missing in that staff.
DO NOT PREBOOK HERE AND CALL TO MAKE SURE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED AS THEY ARE IDIOTS WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS.
Also there are other FAR FAR FAR better options then this hotel. So check all the reviews and pros/cons before stepping into this property.

Very good location some 5 km before kasuli. Free from traffic, The rooms are neat and clean, service is good, staff is cooperative. The quality of food is also good.
