It was an awesome experience. We stayed twice in Kasauli exotica in 2016 and 2023. Both the times.we had a great hospitality. Specially Mr. Nitin Captain trainee was so humble and true to his duty. He made his best efforts to make our stay more comfortable.

Service was not good phone was not working at night time net also poor hot water was not coming in morning poor Service

It was good for 2night stays well premium rooms view was amazing overall best for2or4 days near Mall road and cleanliness well maintained by staff best

It was a great experience to stay at this place. Our stay was comfortable. Hospitality and the staff to serve us were extremely pleasant. Food was also good.

What an amazing stay, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Went an extra mile to serve you better. The huge balcony in front of the hotel restaurant was an added point. It overlooked the entire valley. It was just surreal

About 1.5 km before bus stand. Situated on the hill side. Good view from valley view rooms with balconies. Poorly maintained with musty, mouldy rooms. Bedding, pillows have odd smells, no deep cleaning been done. Had to switch rooms due to power issue in first room in first 3 hours. Parking available with a steep downhill private road. Isolated area, food options are expensive.

Rooms were so dusty.full of dust.dust was everywhere in bed, washroom, table.they got nothing noteven dental kit.

View from the balconies is very beautiful. There are cats also with which you can play and are very cute

My stay was on 30 July 2022 at kasauli exotica.and it was horrible experience to be there, dinner buffet was tasteless, chef admit he mix water in daal, still manager took no action, he was giggling while I was complaining.zero hospotality.rooms were dirty, tea kettle light was not working.if you want to enjoy the vacation don't book this property

No room service. Dinner buffet is disaster. Room are duty. Washroom is smelly. All our zero star.

Stayed in Delux Room non-valley view, useless room with old furinture and no ambience, food is OK but costly and hotel ambience is also average, highly uncooperative staff.asked for room upgrade but though the hotel was 10% occupied still didn't upgraded the room.

2) There is very limited mobile connectivity and THE WIFI REALLY REALLY SUCKS!
3) The front desk doesn't have basic things like scissors and scotch tape etc handy to help customers with when asked.
4) We got our room about an hour late when we checked in, because they were still cleaning the rooms. On the day of checkout our train was scheduled like 6 hrs after our checkout time so i asked them if they could give us an extra hour or so after the usual checkout time. The guy at the front desk blatantly refused! So we just decided to cut our losses and spend our remaining time at another property
[02/08,15: 18] Mom: i had horrible experience at this resort, i book 3 rooms in deluxe category, instead they gave us 2 deluxe and one another room.i had to struggle for almost two hours to get the third room in deluxe category, Management is very uncooperative, Don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very cramped space.location also not very exotic as shown in photographs.very restricted spaces and cramped rooms.valley facing rooms are also of poor standard.extremely overpriced rooms.

Property is awesome, but with restrictions you can't Rome around in restaurant view area over night, they locks at 10.pm?

One of the best hotels to stay in if you want to stay close to Kasauli town. It is a 20 minute walk from here to town. Good to stay at night. Rooms are good with an awesome view of the valley. Their food and service is also good. The staff is courteous. Other than that there is nothing much. The best thing to do here is enjoy food and drinks on the outside seating area with an awesome valley view.

The stay was okish. The hotel is located some 3 kms from main town of kasauli. Hotel is located at a remote place. Hotel has its own parking. Hotel seems an old property but somewhat maintained.
We booked room for 7k which was somewhat expensive.
View from the hotel/ restaurant/rooms is very good so probably a 5 star for that.
As for the Amenties part geyser, tv, kettle, chair table and beds are decent.
Now the con part, the restaurant food service is very very slow, food menu is ok but most of things are from frozen foods and below average in taste and quality. The morning buffet is below average for such place and not upto expectations.
I ve been to places in kasauli where rooms, locations and food are much better and in lesser price. Obviously can't name them in this review but definitely not this hotel amongst the list.
Another issue is room service very slow, forgetfull and intercoms are engaged many times.
I would suggest this place only in case one is not able to find any hotel in kasauli then only go for this hotel.

P. S. - Had stayed for only one night and then booked another hotel in kasauli

PROS
1) Food was quite nice.
2) View from restaurant outdoor seating area is very nice.

Food has proper timings till 10 pm and later we cannot order anything, strict rules. Also the food is not tasty as we thought according to the place and expected way more than we got.

Only because of rester-aunt terrace view and breakfast menu
Dinner was waste of money be it Buffet or A-La-Carte
Parking is not apt for more than 6 cars still they parked 10 cars and way to parking and exit is congested
Price of rooms is highly over priced
Service is good until guest are lower in no.s as an when occupancy goes high they get confused

Stay was excellent due to:
1. Location and view
2. Food (breakfast and Dinner)
3. Behavior and attitude of staff
4. Cleanliness

It was our first time in Kasauli. The location of Kasauli Exotica is beautiful, rooms were nice and clean with a balcony giving a nice view of hills & valleys. Their staff is very polite and friendly, food was great. Experience the Himachali hospitality. There is a daily needs store, a few restaurants at a walkable distance. Mall road is about 1.5 km away. All thumbs up!

Very nice location near to mall road. Rooms are good. Very brautiful view from room balcony & terrace. They have inhouse bakery, in case you need a cake for some occasion.

This is my 2nd trip with my wife and putt. It was amazing trip.we stayed in Kasauli exotica hotel.it was excellent view from top, location was wonderful. Staffs also very friendly and helpful. Mr kuldeep sir very nice person. Overall everything was best. I am recommended to every couples or families stay here. Thnx to all staffs.stay room no 205.

Nice location, tasty food (bit expensive), clean rooms, supportive staff, amazing open area so sit, eat and relax with swing. One can enjoy cool breeze while drinking hot coffee in open area. 1.5 kms from all points.

Conveniently located at a walking distance from mall road (steep roads). The food was good however the kitchen service is very slow. The entire staff is very helpful and warm.

Cons: 1. We had booked 2 rooms via direct call and on reaching the hotel they gave us one room without balcony which was not communicated earlier.
2. Menu card was missing from one room and side tables were kept too far from the bed.
3. Wifi sucks.
4. Most important issue due to which I am giving 2 stars - In the evening my room started stinking with sewage kind of smell coming from washroom. We reported the issue to them and housekeeping staff came at 11PM after repeated follow-ups with an air freshner and sprayed it (which was not the resolution). We called them again at around 11: 15 PM and they said housekeeping staff is not available right now. We somehow slept as we were tired but at around 4 AM that pungent smell started coming again and our complete vacation went on a toss with this pathetic room experience.
5. They gave false commitment of providing dinner buffet at the time of checkin with some additional cost but later on they said that dinner buffet is not available.
Pros: 1. Location of the hotel is just 1.2kms away from Mall Road
2. Roof Toop View from Hotel is amazing.
3. Food quality and taste is awesome. Quantity and quality ratio is also good. Buffet is available for breakfast only.

Main yaha Family ke sath Ruka hua tha last saturday Room bahut costly hai with breakfast 6000 Rs. Room size bhi bahut small hai, Food bhi acha nahi hai yaha ka, Staff Good hai and service good hai but I think Room price bahut high hai hotel bhi average hai location Good hai, View good hai, But Food not good bathroom me only sempu mile ga baaki khuch nHi dete yeh log I think is se better kahi or 6000 invest ho better hai mujhe feel hua yaha jaake aisa baaki ap log bhi jaake dekh lo ek baar.

Had an awesome experience at this hotel. Wonderful rooms, wonderful location.good food. Whatever we had in food was awesome. Staff is very helpful in everything. Very close to main attraction points of Kasauli. Definitely will visit again.

Lovely property. The terrace has a really nice view and their rooms with the small balcony is definitely a cozy nook you'd want to have your vacation in. The cleanliness could be an issue, but the staff is prompt.

Quaint hotel with a stunning view. The staff are nice and friendly. Food is decent. And rooms are well equipped. And the best thing is Kasauli market is around 2km by trail. The trail itself is quite nice.

Awesome view. If you wanna see snow go now. But car driving is very dificult. So take tyre chain along with you.

Our stay was really nice and comfortable. Staff is really nice. Restaurant view of hills is something to rate 5 out of 5. We stayed in both rooms front wall view and forrest view. Forrest view rooms are more value for money but overall a nice exeperience. Breakfast which is complementry is ok ok. Would recommend others to visit this place.

The place offers Beautiful view of the mountains. Professional and cooperative staff. Reasonable prices. Delicious food. Wonderful service.

Excellent hospitality overall, rooms very clean and food was very tasty. And the best part is view from the rooms. Stay in valley view rooms only. Kuldeep Sharma from the front desk was very helpful. Driver gets free food throughout the stay. There is a small play area outdoors for kids. And mall road is walking distance through the stairs and wood trails from the hotel.

Nice place to stay. Valley view is the USP of the hotel. It is decent hotel.
They lack in service.whether it is front desk or the room service.

We had a very pleasant stay and experience in Kasauli Exotica. It is a perfect place for families with small kids. The kitchen staff is very helpful in preparing food for babies/kids. Service is also excellent in the hotel. Location of the hotel is also good.

The location of valley view rooms that is 1st nd 2nd floor are just wow.must visit place also the distance to market is quiet less

That's such an amazing hotel, but only it's high end rooms are having amazing views but that's a bit expensive. You'll get many good hotels at the same price. But if money isn't a matter of concern, you can go for premium plus tariff and you'll get amazing views with balcony.
Rest everything is fine, apart from the entry level when we enter this hotel. It's a bit risky!

Rooms were smelly, very old property, lots of smell in rooms, bathroom were very small & smelly. Not a good experience to stay there, waste of money.

Staff: Staff was courteous and well behaved.
Location: Location of this hotel is good and just out side Kasauli Cantt.
Price: Price for non season time was high as per my understanding as you can have better location and place in similar price.
Food: Food was good and as per asked
Ambience: Not up to mark but it was OK
Room: Room we got at second floor (Valley side) which we thought for extra Rs 500/- was worthy.
Lenin: Was not very clean and hoti mark

The view from the hotel is very serene, The rona were clean and staff was very professional. You get very good options for food and the hotel is very neat to mall road. Good hotel to stay in the heart of kasauli. They have spacious rooms and parking is also available.

Great view, most helpful staff. Good food. Dining area overlooks a valley that is enclosed by snow covered peaks in the distance.
It was our night stop between Gurgaon and Narkanda.

It's a bit pricey as compared to the overall property and ambience.
The hotel is on the main highway. The property is very small.

Pros:
1.the valley view from the room

2. House keeping and room service staff was very courteous

3. Rooms were spacious and tidy with proper room heaters

Cons:

1. The 3 managers (vishal, kuldeep and ravi) at the reception were rude and adamant. Also when we dialled them from the room, the were non co-operative regarding geyser heating

2. The property is so small that there is not much space to stroll around

3. We took dinner here, which was average but very pricey

This place has rooms with attached balcony to enjoy the lovely kasauli hills. Its very near to the mall road market. Rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful and nice.

It's a nice Hotel on the maain road to Kasauli. We have so many people visiting my Restaurant Hangout, staying here and enjoying evenings @hangoutinkasauli.

The hotel rooms are really awesome. They rooms are clean and we'll maintained. The hotel is at beautiful location and the view from rooms is also good. Really liked the food and the hotel staff was very polite and patient. The experience was great, will surely visit again.

Nice view, locate at a good distance from other sites, good is good, the premium room had sufficient amenities for the stay, parking was available though was small.

Great location and view from their deck is really good, Professional and hospitable staff. Not too expensive either.

Premium valley Facing rooms were small, 11 X 11 feet at max. In no way extra bed can be fitted.
Food is expensive but quality and quantity is good. Rooms are old but maintained and clean. Heating was good. Washroom was tiny.
Its close to Kasauli main town, and view from Room is worth. I recommend it

This hotel is located at beautiful hills of Kasauli Himachal Pradesh. It is located one kilometer before Mall Road of Kasauli. They have ample space for parking. Rooms are spacious and have a breath taking view of hills from the balcony. Bed was comfortable and washrooms are clean. Hot water available round the clock. Food is delicious. Bone fire outside restaurant was good experience. Highly recommended.

Located on the main Garkhal-Kasauli Road, some 2 kms short of main Kasauli Town, just after Kasauli Resort.
It's an above average Hotel. It's Matchbox Construction Design isn't particularly impressive.

Place is good with awesome valley view and rooftop restaurant. Food menu is overrated, they should revise it and provide a la carte options rather than combo. No bar is there and they allow you to take alcoholic beverages from outside. I booked it for 2 days and it was an awesome stay.

Pathetic food quality. Not recommended from food quality perspective. Whenever we ordered, we regret it and did not eat just because of filthy taste n quality and we had paid for food also. All the time we opted for outside food n ready snacks.

Great views of the valley from the hotel. Good rooms. Try for the valley facing rooms. A bit expensive in comparison to the deluxe ones but worth the view.
The food is not good. Breakfast and lunch was strictly okay-ish. However, staff is helpful. And good service.

I was here with family in May 2019. Kasauli is beautiful place. Being a hill station also, it's not crowded like Shimla and Manali. This particular hotel is very well located on a hillside and has a restaurant that serves good food and a Spa. Rooms are big, but can be better maintained, overall I enjoyed my stay here. The view from the balconies is amazing and you'll not feel like leaving the place once you sit and enjoy the view.

Lovely Hotel located on the main road to Kasauli about 1.5 Kms from the Mall road. It has an easily accessible parking space with a valet. Check-in was a breeze though checkout took some time as card machine had network connectivity issues.

Rooms are spacious with AC cum Heater, LCD, minibar with snacks only and a super soft bed. It had a lovely valley facing balcony where one can spend some quality time just relaxing.

Bathroom was clean with 24 hours hot water. Staff too was well mannered and was prompt in responding to our requests. It also has a spa but it was closed during our visit.

It serves buffet breakfast that had a nice spread ranging from sausages, chole bhature, paratha, juices and the usual breakfast options. Food was good and one can have it in the lovely outdoor area that it's restaurant had. At times it also serves a dinner buffet if there are enough diners.

As Kasauli overall has nothing much to do so it's important to take a nice hotel where you can just relax and enjoy the pollution free green environment. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Big thanks to Kuldeep. We got a free upgrade to Premium plus room which was a valley facing with amazing view. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were excellent. It gave me a feeling of honeymoon suite. Breakfast was healthy. Best place to visit in Kasauli is Monkey point and Church.
Will recommend all my frnz to visit.

It was my first experience to visit in this hotel but it was wonderful. Room was very neat and clean. Staff was cooperative. Food was bit expensive but the quality was very good. Hotel manager was helpful and soft spoken. Overall it was very good experience and definitely next time also i would prefer to stay in hotel Exotica.

It was a nice location. But sanitation is not very good. Rooms are comparatively small. Lots of stairs. Not recommended for the old and very young children.

Worst experience.
I booked room today. And they haven’t knot any tandoor item and not even buffet in lunch but they mentioned lot of things in menu. They are saying that we don’t have much occupancy so we can’t give you tandoor food and buffet. And saying we have only tawa chapati.
GM answered my that you can complain from where you booked our room.
