Very nice experience, wonderful ambience. Good for kids as well. Very spacious and green. No reason to complain for anything. Must visit place. Live music was very lively.

Rooms were not so good. Sold small room at 10k, really very bad from hotel side. Food was bad. Overall very bad experience.

Kasauli Hill Resorts is a beautiful property, very well designed and maintained. We had booked the Pine view Premium cottage for our stay, the room was spacious with amazing balcony and good heating. The stay was quite comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the property and surrounding area for our morning walks. We absolutely enjoyed the buffet spread for breakfast by Chef Ashok. Nitin, Shashi, Hardeep, Suraj were quite helpful in suggesting us to try different items for lunch or dinner on days we stayed back at the hotel. Overall we had a most comfortable stay and would definitely return back to this place.

Best Place in whole HP I have visited so far. The place has wonderful cottages, Open Café & Bar to be experienced. The good food adds icing on the cake. All the staff members are so humble & always willing to make it a memorable experience. Special shout out to Shashi, Hardeep, Suraj & Nitin Sharma for their cooperation.

Very nice place. If u wish to enjoy your holiday with nature then this place is for you. Breakfast/ Lunch n Dinner with nature is really amazing. For kids, this is the best place. They will enjoy a lot with various types of games. Restaurant area is really attractive and enjoyable. I recommend please come here n enjoy the real nature.

Overall stay was good but room temperature was not according to the environment and Saturday night there was no bone fire and the party which was expected. It could be better.

Loved this beautiful foresty resort. It's a huge property on the Kasauli hills which offers an experience of a real forest. There are beautiful fountains, tall forest trees, attractive paths and bridges all over the area. Pleasant sound of birds and waterfall amplifies the extraordinary experience. We stayed in a premium cottage that provided a luxury experience of high end interior decor and automation facility. Delicious food and great service was offered by Chef Ashok, Suresh, Suraj and Hardeep. Highly recommend this resort for family as well as couple outings.

Wonderful place to stay with very calm and peaceful surroundings. Staff and service was very good especially nitin who was very supporting and helpful.

Service is spectacular, Mr. Anil is always smiling and promt with requests and Mr Surinder at breakfast makes sure ur comfortable at all costs.
Food is amazing be it Indian, continental or oriental everything great, the brewery has the best RED ALE absolutely fresh.
Rooms have a lot of technology which is new and upcoming, including wireless charging
But I feel the lighting is very dim and needs an upgrade and come mentainace. Otherwise the location is beautiful, away from the crowd of the city. They have a few sports in-house like badminton, table tennis, basketball, archery, a small trampoline for kids to enjoy all day.

Only draw back was that they don't provide an iron in the room and not even on request which is very weird.

Very poor response from Reservation Desk. Inspite confirmation, the room was offered to someone else!

Kasauli Hill Resort. Honestly Outstanding. It's a marvel what they have achieved in that difficult terrain. Quiet. Beautiful views. Rooms are the ultimate in comfort and luxury. Clean and green. I was staying alone for work. As a senior citizen the kind of care hospitality consideration and facilitates at all hours were really appreciated by me and truly amazing. Thank you for making a working trip a lovely memorable holiday.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, lawn and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a revolving TV), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels in kasoli where Microbrewery is there, awesome draught beer n delicious snacks. I have no words to express my amazing experience, highly recommend to visit once in Kasauli hill resort and meet the nature.

It's a nice property to stay & particularly Ashok ji (Executive Chef) & Uday ji (Bartender). Nice Jodi to eat & drink with.very very humble & Cooperative in making drinks & food of your choice.

Well checking the review on youtube n getting fascinated by the beauty of the hotel and writing the same kind of review is great.
The whole property is amazing. It is almost 4-5 km away from Garkhal Market. At night road seems to be lonely but after reaching there you would feel that you have reached the right destination and a warm welcome from the Reception area (Mr. Arun and Ms. Bhumika) will assure you of a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is 200-300 meters downwards from the road. So going there in a golf car is absolutely unique experience for kids.
We booked Queen Suite for 2 days and our stay was quite comfortable. Talking about our room. We got a master bedroom, living room, meeting room, and a sit-out with an amazing view with a jacuzzi. The view from all the room was so amazing. From the balcony enjoying a cup of tea n enjoying the swing give a rich experience. My daughters enjoyed watching cartoons on a big screen sitting on a lazy sofa. Electric curtains and the lights made the ambiance great. Even the washrooms were neat and clean.
For kids, they have a huge playing area where they can enjoy table tennis, shooting, and basketball. For meals also, they have an open area and a cozy inside sitting area. The food was really yummy. A small artificial waterfall adds to the beauty of the property. One thing that I can never miss to mention, live music on Saturday can make a dining experience like never before. I just forgot the singer's name, his melodious voice and romantic songs can make any couple dance.
If you love to take photographs then this is the right place for you.

The best resort. I have ever been to. Gorgeous ambience nd gets more breathtaking when u walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of us. Every staff member, from the valet to check -in. The manager Mr. Anil Guleria is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.would definitely send my friends there.

Well we made it up on a weekday to avoid chaotic weekend and utilize the best service. We reached with hungry stomach on a hot afternoon. We booked a Premium room and it was wonderful. Rooms were clean and hygiene, kudos to the house keeping. FANCY, they have installed smart switches for feasibility, but everything switches on if there's a power failure and unfortunately it happened in the night.
Cons:
I will minus 1 star on the food. Chicken was not fresh, probably less demand on weekday. Expected a good breakfast but it was really sad, I mean really sad. Don't try the south Indian food at all. Everything was cold except for omelette and bread toast. 2nd star lost on the comforters, pillows etc. It was very rough and old. Hope they take back these things and improve.

It's mesmerizing. Far away from the city life. Well developed property. Still work is going on. They are going to add some Italian restaurant and new reception lobby. Food quality was very good. They have planned some activities like table tennis, dart, archery etc. Their restaurant have both indoor and outdoor seating. Food is reasonably priced. They don't have parking in the premises, one has to park the vehicle on road where they have guard to take care. From there cart will take you to resorts some 150 meter downhill. While going there better mind the way slight miss and you are on different path. Cons, We have informed before our arrival that we will be reaching there in 20 mts. However we miss the way, as there are few signage showing the way, and tried to contact them but they choose not to reply, we have some anxious moments as the property is on secluded place. We have informed the management about it and they have promised to look into it and improve. Happy Holidaying in Kasauli

Good points -
1. Room Service is good.
2. A la carte menu is good, please note buffet breakfast lacks options.
3. Location is peaceful.

Things we don’t like:
To start this was our 3rd stay at Kasuali hill Resorts. For first 2 times we stayed in Premium Cottage and it was very nice, unfortunately this time we could only get so called “SUPER DELUX Valley View COTTAGE”.
On arrivals we were checked into room no 112 on arrival.
1. On entrance of room, dirty utensils from previous guests not cleared.
2. Room floor too dirty.
3. Mattress useless as its too uncomfortable.
4. Balcony door closure system not working, so door can’t be closed.
We pointed out all the points to reception, and after 10 mins other than us 5/7 staff attending the issues.
Why can’t a room be checked before allocating to guest.
We insisted to change the room and thankfully shifted to room on 114.
Now other than uncomfortable mattress and continuously water leaking from bathroom roof rest all is just OK. Mind it there is no “VALLEY VIEW” as mentioned in room description.
Resort definitely has lot of room for improvement and after our experience for first 2 times our expectations were same if not high. But it failed to our expectations.

Resort is Oki types.it has few activities but then those are not enough to spend your day.rooms are not that good.our bathroom handshower was not working properly. I didn't like the food.service is Oki.overall not a good experience for me.

We had an amazing time at this resort. Staff is highly courteous and polite. We loved the food. It’s delicious. Me and my entire family is extremely satisfied with the food of this resort. My daughter specially enjoyed a lot. Hospitality was up to the mark. View from room was awesome. I would highly recommend this resort.

Nice place for a stay for couple of days, good food and service. Good for relax holiday, not much of an activity. One can have fun if in a group else good for a couple to relax, away from hectic live of city. Not apt for peak summer season unless days are cloudy at times or occasional rains. Hope October, Feb and March could be best for this place to visit. However as rooms have AC so if one desires to stay indoors at day time and relax, they can visit during May too as mornings and evenings are some what pleasent. Food and room service are good.

It's a luxury property so a bit expensive.
But the vibe of this place is really good.
We just went for lunch but overall the experience was worth it and we enjoyed a lot.
