Rooms were large. Spacious. You can enjoy a tea in the garden. Approach road is too narrow. Food was good.

Substandard hotel and services. They have I think most lavish space in Dharmshala, but no use.

Food, stay and services were excellent. But they need to manage the lawn area. The whole experience was awesome with kasbmir house

Ancestral style hotel with two staff, but very peaceful with lots of noise by the lovely birds

Staff is very well mannered and food is yummy. Without doubt, one of the best hotels in Dharamshala. HPTDC is a pioneer in hospitality.

Rooms are well updated to modern life.
Very neat and clean. Free from pesticides. Very spacious. Bathroom facilities could fulfill all our needs - Hot water etc.
Foods are same like home made, fresh, tasty and healthy.
Staffs are very helpful, we were treated like their family persons.
