Beautiful teachers and amazing training.
With this school, I did my 200 hours training, restorative prénatal and postnatal training, yoga for kids training, different retreats and now I am doing the 300 hours.
Every teaching is a just so accurate, precise.
At the end of each training you really feel comfortable with what you have learned and you feel ready to share with others.

Anatomy classes are very clear and easy to understand.
Tantra philosophy is just so enlightening for our personal development.
The practice of asana, pranayama and methodology is rich, generous, empowering.

Lina and Amith are two amazing human beings and teachers, that have a deep understanding of yoga and they share with humbleness, passion and compassion.

The most authentic and professional! True Masters of yoga, philosophy, meditation, deep into practice and full of wisdom. For me it was important that they studied yoga directly from B K Iyengar and are continuing lineage of Masters. On the top of that the school and all their courses are internationally acknowledged and certified by Yoga Alliance.
It’s not only about yoga or certificates, their knowledge is so deep and comprehensive, that even the yoga courses offered by KSSOY also include Ayurveda, Phsycology, Physiology and much more. I took amazing Kids Yoga and Yoga for Feminine Health courses with Leena Ma and it was life changing for me
Regular Saturday master classes with Amit Ji is something I’m waiting for during the whole week.

I am so grateful for my yoga teacher training with Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga. It came at the right time as I was facing some challenges myself. Studying with KSSOY was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I received both my YTTC 200hrs & YTTC 300hrs and I still continue to practice with them. Unique, authentic and amazing school, having the lineage of Trika or traditional tantra by family lineage plus their yoga teacher trainings courses are well informed by science. Highlight are the women’s and female yoga programs, kids yogattc courses lead by specialists as doulas and Ayurveda practioners. The 300 hrs program is in integrative health course encompassing an holistic study of human being and with certified Iyengar yoga teachers (only ones in the authorized website of BKS Iyengar in Dharamshala) yet upgraded and trauma informed they are kind and highly professional, honest, humble and very respectful.highly highly recommended
