A resort with the most amazing view! It's a nice well maintained, premium place to enjoy the chilly aura of Mashobra. It's closer to Naldhera also, a great spot that offers a spectacular view. Their food however, was average.a few of the dishes can be improved in terms of quality and quantity as well. Overall, a good experience

Everything was amazing about this property. Location, food, rooms, services. You call it and it was really good. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was really good. The food options and taste was really good. The rooms have also been placed nicely giving a good view of the mountains and valley. For recreation purpose they have TT, Carrom, snooker which are apt. The property gives pretty much 360 degree view of the surroundings. Tattapaani is also near by for adventure sports and even the HP govt golf course.

Also, it you are non vegetarian, pls ask the resort if they will provide non veg meals as part of the buffet, they tend to skip it.

Otherwise food is good and property is nice.

Nice food and good resort I can't stay there but I miss resort we have lunch every day there when u m at mashobra.

The management is really poor. The guys at reception are not interested in even showing the room to customers. The customer service was taking forever. Washrooms and rooms need serious maintenance and renovation. Exorbitantly over priced. Not recommended for anyone.

Had a pleasant stay at easily the best resort in Shimla. The view from the room is surreal, and the weather is just unbelievable. The staff was very polite and attentive. Would love to visit sometime again.

Although the resort is good. Food is nice decent but hospitality is not that great. Staff behavior not upto the mark. They are nor ready to welcome you whole heartedly.

My stay there was pathetic. Bad room. No customer service. The dirtiest washrooms that I have ever seen. The management was rude did not pick up the call. The food was not at all tasteful. Not recommended for anyone.worst experience ever. Overpriced

Great place to be at. Booked for sister's wedding. This property is famous for destination weddings. Moreover their hospitality is top notch. Looking forward for wedding day to witness all the arrangements.

कोटि रिसॉर्ट उन लोगों के लिए नालदेरा के पास स्थित एक अद्भुत सैरगाह है जो ऊंचे पहाड़ी दृश्यों और देवदार के पेड़ों का आनंद लेना चाहते हैं। यह पहाड़ी की चोटी पर स्थित है और सर्दियों में स्नो हो जाता है। होटल में अच्छी तरह से विशाल और साफ कमरे के साथ बहुत अच्छी मात्रा में अमीनीज़ हैं, कमरे के सामने लॉन बहुत अद्भुत है। कमरे से सूर्योदय और सूर्यास्त देखना अद्भुत अनुभव था। स्टाफ बहुत सहयोगी है और सेवाएं अच्छी हैं। भोजन की गुणवत्ता और प्रीपरेशन बहुत अच्छी थी। मैं निश्चित रूप से इस रिसॉर्ट को उन लोगों के लिए सुझाऊँगा जो शिमला आने के लिए सोच रहे हैं। यह शिमला शहर से लगभग 16 किमी दूर है, लेकिन जो लोग शांति और प्राकृतिक सुंदरता का आनंद लेना चाहते हैं, उन्हें निश्चित रूप से इस जगह की यात्रा करनी चाहिए।

Wow, what a place to enjoy holidays with family and friends. Awesome property, awesome weather, very calm and full of peace. Food is also fantastic. Good facilities provided such as Bonfire, indoor games and Golf. Had a great fun.

Great place to go for quite holiday. In lap of nature. 28yrs old property. Yet it has finish as it is done just few days back.

Great Resort but could be better. It is located at one of the most quietest places, where you can even hear sound of breeze blowing. The rooms are about average for the prize. Food was amazing. Place also has a variety of table games such as Table Tennies, Pool etc. Weather was quite great! Place is best for those who want to unwind themselves from all the fuss of city life.

Beautiful place surrounded by Nature's heavenly glimpses. Really enjoyable trip with SKRM Meditation Retreat programne 12-14 July, 2019.

It's a nice resort. Given the surroundings, the atmosphereis very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are also great although the food's not that brilliant. But the rest of the things in the resort definitely makes up for it.

Very good resort. Location is natural and scenic. Slightly expensive but over all a nice place to spend a few days in the lap of nature.

I would have rated 5 stars if the food was even up to the mark. The food according to me was stale especially at dinner time. The had the same menu every day at all times. However, the service u offered was good. Everything was available to all of us easily without any delay.

I would never prefer to visit this place again. Staff is very arrogant and takes its customers for granted.

Nice resort.avoid shimla.this will be the good option but prices are high comparatively to their room sizes. Food is also good.

A very beautiful and picturesque place to visit. The resort itself is quite big and have variety of room options including the luxury rooms with jacuzzi. Just 15 KMs ahead of Shimla, you have the advantage of visiting Nalderha and Kufri in a single day. A must visit place. Food was also good.

Beautiful resort with plush rooms and clean bathrooms. Very friendly and cooperative staff who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The staff was very accomodating during the entire wedding function catering to our needs even at 1: 00am! They also have great food and a lot of variety! Overall, staying here was a great experience and shouldn't be missed!

Situated in the lap of nature an ideal place to stay and enjoy the hills this resort is very famous among the bikers and rally enthusiasts.sjoba rally also prefers this resort for a enjoyable stay for rally teams.

Nice resort for big gatherings. The rooms were big and comfortable and there are some sports facilities also available. There also are Spa services available.
However the place is not surrounded by any scenic views as we were expecting. There was a trail that started nearby to this place on which one can cycle or walk.

A beautiful and peaceful resort at Baldeya. If you want to relax within the mountains - this can be a good spot.
The resort food is amazing - should try. But the loud music at the resort was a hindrance to our sleep.

Koti is a five star resort close to Shimla, set on the ridge top with some great views of the Himalayan horizon and the surrounding hills.

It is self contained and secure with private parking and the rooms are spacious and well appointed with balconies and good en-suites. The rooms are mostly set around a garden area which face the mountain views, and this is used for outdoor functions. (Our group had a big buffet and disco there.)

There are games and lounge rooms in the main building and the restaurant serves buffet and a la carte menus and breakfast where you can order omelette, breads and dosa from the kitchen on demand. (They coped pretty well with our large group of international visitors ordering everything with 'no chilli'!)

It is generally quiet and is about a 50 minute taxi ride into Shimla. (Like everywhere else around here you need to be monkey-aware and not leave doors open or bags with with food lying around.)

There are conference and large meeting rooms (which we used) and the staff were helpful and attentive. Koti has everything you could ask for really and they gave us an enjoyable stay.

Awesome Resort to stay overall, one hour away from Shimla city, in the bank of hills, spectacular views, fantastic rooms, foods and friendly peoples: overall it's a awesome holiday home.

Heaven on earth.it's great to see sunrise in morning and sunset in evening from hill top of Koti resort.great for family outings.remember to take warm clothes and also to book electric air heater when u stay as temperatures go below 0 at night.really enjoyed my stay here great food, bonfire, play area.and off course the view.

Staying here will give you the feel of Switzerland itself.
You just have to switch off your internet connection for having the fun.
Resort is one of best in Shimla region.

Situated on a hill top in very large area. Perfect location for throwing a party or spending some days. Few miles from shimla on the way of Naldehra. I enjoyed a bonefire party here with awesome food and services.

Very nice place away from city traffic. Well maintained garden. Rooms are clean. Food is awesome. Book this resort if u travelling in own car. Otherwise reaching Shimla will be a little hectic

In shimla this is our one of the favorite destination.
The Koti resort is out from main city and situated on giant mountain which maked it very beautiful and structure of hotel makes it out of the box.
The places like kufri and Shimla mall road is not much far from here.
Rooms are best, food is also delicious and friendly staff makes perfect travel destination for people.
