Hopelessly please all the customers don't take any kind of services or even don't go to this branch they don't know how to work properly even a normal shop can repair the vehicle better than them. They just taking the money and make customers making them fool i just repaired my bike from them and they just make the garbage of mah bike please avoid don't go to them Better go to local shop.they don't know the meaning of AGENCY they only know how to do #jugad and make the public fool

Can say confidently it's the worst workshop I have ever seen in himachal with so unskilled workers. I wish I could give them zero star rating and I am pretty sure good ratings are given by dr known people or may be by dr own staff.

Worst Experience Ever
Under 10k kilometres Radiator fan khraab, Heat sensor, Back light sensor khraab, Rear tyre break fail, 3times theek krwane k baadh bhi fail ho jaaati hai, rear break oil leak, back shocker leak ho gya normal riding te. Bilkul bekaar experience

The behavior of the showroom staff is very good and the supervisor Mr. Ashwani Kumar talks very well.

Very bad ktm station they don't have to addicated to tolk with other people even they do not have spare part to repair but they take extra charges

The ktm staff is very bad leaving ktm mechanic work. They couldn't orderd the spares parts timely. And All thing is that very very wrost staff of ktm.

Ktm service center Is not good they do not bring the part of bike of ktm rc 390 mirror or bike service is also not good. Please completed of ktm service center.

My father and myself visited KTM showroom,
Showroom was near home, we went by walk
Seeing my father dress workers laugh, we questioned ktm workers including girls and boys

They teased my father, they refused to give vehicle details.
Sham on KTM showroom… they lofrs Facker they don’t know the value of father,

Or service station main jitne bhi mechanic hain vo. Ache se attend nhi krte hain. Customer ko. Na hi bikes ko check krte hai 0/10 Star
