KTM Mandi

I want to give only one suggestion to all of you, it is very useless.even if you buy the ktm bike their service is very bad KTM never take my brothers, I do not understand that these service centers have been opened, but the people employed in these centers do not know from where they have been taken. KTM Take any other bike except It is a waste of money, nothing else.

Poorest facility of ktm… they don’t deserve to be ktm’s staff.showroom condition is so poor.u have to came twice or thrice even for a small repair.and the staff is way more worst than their service… the lady on the reception.aise dekhti h jese main uski ldki bhga le gya hu… #KTMindia if u r reading this post.kindly take action on this dealership.otherwise they will drown the prosperity and integrity of KTM

Some staff is very helpful but some not they take while time for bike parts if i replace the part

Very bad service. Meri bike ka engine 2nd time khrb hogya (piston kit). Rat ne wiring cut ki.or inhone puri wiring change krdi 15k ki.very very bad experience️

Very bas customer service. Nothing can be found at any time. Always have to go twice for some repairs on different days

Worst experience.khud ko lutvana chahte ho to ktm mandi main chale jaoo bajaj ke part bech kar extra charge lete hai

We visit regarding my friends bike head light, showroom is good, near main road but spear parts not available that time.that's hurt us.may be they increase spear parts in future.wish u good luck Ktm mandi

We stopped here to get my friend's KTM 390 Adventure repaired as the Charging Coil had to be replaced.

The staff was very courteous, helpful and attentive. They checked the bike and replaced the faulty part in optimal time.

The staff was knowledgeable and serviced with a smile.
