Everything about this property is commendable! Comfortable, clean rooms, great service, good good, and an amazing location. Its a must visit for relaxation! It leaves one wanting more!

The location of hotel is really awesome.
And if you have got valley view room surely it will make your day.
Food quality and quantity was really good.
It is around 6km from kufri.
I have just morning and evening buffet.
Morning buffet: eggs, cornflakes, sandwiches, idli, upma, poha and lots more.
Evening buffet: chicken, roti, paneer, milk, deserts, mix veg,
They have also bonfire options.
Staff was really nice.

Location is very nice. Rooms are spacious and neat. Corridors need some attention. Service is good. Food is also good. View is awesome.

Excellent hotel, with humble staff, nice ambience, cleanliness was fully taken care.
Their all meals were very delicious, We requested them for bornfire and they arranged same for us. This place is calm surrounded by pine trees and gives a beautiful city view. Eventually it was a pleasant stay. Thanks Hotel Kufri Pacific.

Nice place to stay, if you are planning to tour shimla chail kufri. Away from chaos of city, and you will love it in winter

Being on hilly areas the location is little inside but views are nice. Food taste is average. N service should be improved more. Essential things in room are being given only if asked. You can visit near places like kufri zoo n market n park, horse riding is too there. Late night journey in this place is not recommended.

Happy to stay in kufri pacific resort.we stayed there for three nights with 8 people from 24th june 22 to 27th june 22.staff was cooperative and helpful service was excellent. Food was good.we had our complimentary breakfast with the package.but dinner was also good with lota of variety.specially manger mr dinesh and mr sunil was very helpful.liked it

Kufri Pacific resort located at very good location. Food quality is good nice taste. Service was very good we check out early in the morning at 6: 00 am and they arrange and packed breakfast for us without any hesitation. Nice service

It was a nice stay, I love this location and room hill view. We took a balcony room It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed it. The hotel staff was very kind and their services are very very good.
It's worth it to spend money and time with family.

Though everything else was fine here the hotel manager was very rude to our driver and had an altercation with him. The food was sub par too

Absolute poor service at Front desk.
Their reception staff makes it difficult for you whether to help you to remove cars, (it took half hour after we informed them). Not
courteous during checkin either.
Sadly had to be rude on the front desk team and watchman to get moving and help us.

Doubt if they care as they are crowded all the time and don't care for their guests

Very good location, Rooms, Staff, Food, Hospitality, everything was great. They helped me by making my special food bcz i am allergic to some kind of things. Its bit costly, (5700₹ with food) maybe bcz we booked last minute.

Nice place to stay if you are in kufri Himachal it's near to kufri zoo 14 km distance from Shimla you can go by personal vehicle.

Its a very place, off city, rooms have good valley view and indoor board games with snooker and table tennis

I stayed here for 2 days with my family. The service is commendable and specially the view from Executive room is top notch. Food is also very delicious.

Hotel is approx 20 km far from Shimla Railway station. Here is neither any near by site scene to view nor any tourist place near the hotel. On the way to hotel you will see Greenhill a place. Hotel staff is very very cooperative

One of the best experience with this hotels. Hotel staff was osm and food was also very tasty. Resturant service was great. Hotel manager and all staff members was so polite, good and helpful.

Amazing place and staff. Hats off to their hospitality. The food and treatment was superb. Hassle free payments. Rooms were clean. They change the breakfast and dinner buffet menu everyday. Hillside view rooms are a must try. If visiting to Shimla please consider this place for a stay.

Food is a bit problematic for me.as am a south Indian.otherwise the hotel completely is awesome

The hotel room was very good and view from the room was beautiful. However the hotel is in a remote location. You will find it difficult to communicate to shimla if don't have a private vehicle. Food quality was good. We had a package of decoration and cake as it was our anniversary but the decorations were very minimal nothing extra ordinary as per the price. Overall good if you have your own vehicle.

The hotel is far from the city centre. It's near the adventure point in Kufri. Try reaching early as the roads are bit tricky at night.
The rooms and the view we had from the luxury garden room was breath taking. Such a lovely and calm atmosphere. You would want to stay in the room and not get out.
Next the food buffet spread is ok. Breakfast spread is good I must say. Dinner can be improved as in the menu. Overall we had a good experience.
One thing I would like to give a feedback would be if we are having the breakfast as a takeaway they should provide for 2 ppl as paid not for a single person.

Oriental cuisine was hideous.

Rooms were not as per resort level and also surcharges on everything are at par. Even common area for drivers were poor.

Its more above than shimla, so view of whole shimla can be viewed from the balcony of my room. Plus many viewing points come in between wen we go from shimla to this resort so thats also a plus point.

1. Food was the worst, no service after 10: 30pm, they say manage your own

2. Surcharges are way way too high, felt like staying in 5 star when we had to pay bills

3. Room service was the worst, when conversed with owner, he was very rude.

4. No common area of drivers and poor quality food, no washrooms for them

The reshort is located at a breathtakingly beautiful place.the view from our room was absolutely spectacular and our alpine room in itself was so magnificent.the hotel staff were really courteous, attentive and verry helfful.

It was ok ok. Entrance road is very bad. No lights, no proper road. Dinner buffet was not so good. Ambience of dinning hall is very boring.
