Amazing view and best location in Jibhi. Only place near river, you get the vibe. Awesome stay with wonderful host. Home cooked meals apt to our taste, and scenic beauty around to chill. Location is wonderful with a stream flowing nearby and the well maintained wooden cottage surrounded by cider trees makes you feel —“The Himalayas “. Humble staff and very kind. Nice and spacious rooms. Everything was great. Must visit and highly recommended for your next vacation stay.
We have taken 2 deluxe room without including breakfast where the charges are 2200 per night. It is like living in hostel. People are leaving the bottles and ash tray on stairs and balcony. No cleanliness. Don't take rooms on 3rd floor. Take on 1st and second floor only. Shortage of staff. In peak time of tourists, no extra helper. The attitude of owner is not good sometimes. Food is not so great. We were doing breakfast and lunch elsewhere only having dinner here.
Location is great. You have water nearby and swimming area for kids. My kid did swimming. It's near to Jibhi waterfall also.
Unhygienic cottage rooms, full of spiders, foul smells, dusts, and other insects. Don't opt, esp.if you are travelling with infants/kids. We somehow managed 1 night and then immediately checked out next morning. Service issues will be there as they have limited staff. Once we checked in, nobody was there to look after our requests, and nobody was their at the reception almost 90% of the time.
The only good thing is, this property is very near to the river so you can enjoy their and spend good time. For food, there is Cafe Bela (Danny's riverside cafe) adjacent to the cottage, so that took care of all our food requests.
- based on response from owner- First of all, let me clarify this for you all the spiders and various insects had various webs all around the room, including the bed head and sides, it looked like never ever dusting and cleaning was done properly (we were 2 families and had booked 2 rooms and both rooms had the same hygiene issues). Instead of egoistic reply it would have been better if the owner would have acknowledged the issue with cleanliness. We never opened the balcony gate, so that ruled out the possibility of spiders/insects entering through the gates. We stayed for a week in Jibhi, all in remote areas, admist forest areas (all homestays FYI) but faced this kind of unhygienic rooms and service issues only in this property. I literally waited for soap etc in your reception for more than an hours but nobody came, atleast display your contact number there.
P. S. 1 star that too only for river view. I repeat myself only plus point is location near river nothing else. Rest as owner said you have to stay/live with spiders & various insects in your room, so please make your mind so that you can sleep with them on bed peacefully.
The only letdown for us was parking space. Their is not enough parking for everyone even if the place is just 70% occupied. We were not able to take our car out for sightseeing even if we wanted to as their were other cars parked in front of us and the the manager of the place suggested us to walk to the places as they were just under 2 kms and when I pointed out that my parents would not be able to walk that much he suggested me to leave them behind
Rooms are too small against the exorbitant price. The behaviour of owner was so rude. Quality of food is so poor. In nutshell, not a good place to stay.
The room we stayed in was very spacious and the riverside view made it to next level. Friendly staff. Overall experience was superb. Highly recommended
The rooms are good according to what they charge, washrooms are clean. They have a single bhaiya handling everything but he is great at his work. He served us food in our rooms even when it was past their closing time and it was raining outside. The food was fresh and tasty. Also, the location is wonderful! ️
Great place to be. The manager is the sweetest person. Even served us food in the rain. Food comes a little slow but can't complain about it. Edit- I have 0 complaints about the slower service as the quality of food is extremely good. We had also ordered a large quantity of food and the manager came all the way in the rain to deliver us food. Highly appreciate all their efforts. Big thanks to Lato management for making our stay happy and memorable.
We were in a group of 10 members.but we had a nice experience over there. Food is good, but the way they served you the foodd it was cherry on the hotel owner is very gentle as we met with him during our stay. Location is very good Thanks to laatoo the hut chauhan place.
Stayed here for two days. The place is good. The near by stream makes it wonderful and peaceful place. Food is good too. In all I would recommend this place
We visited Jibhi in Oct, on a family vacation, stayed in a family deluxe room at Lato the hut. Location was beautiful, just by the side of river, surrounded by pine trees. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious, but price is on the higher side. Waterfall is at a walking distance. There are small scenic bridges across the river. There was no swimming pool in winter, only makeshift pool in summers. Food was plain and costly. One major problem is they have long power cuts with no power backup. Only Jio network was working. Direct buses are available from Jibhi to Aut bus stand, which goes towards Kulu. Overall it was a nice stay.
The wooden rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. The food taste was also good. But do not include your Dinner or Breakfast. Not at all worthy. The else experience was good.
We stayed here for 2 days. Pros - Location is good. Rooms are spacious. Beautiful river stream flowing just outside of room.
Cons - Dogs bark on you everytime you go outside and come. Staff is too lazy. We were told to keep utensils outside of room after dinner. After sometime dogs were licking plates. Nobody came to pick utensils until morning. We never ate in the hotel after that. Side road down to hotel is too steep that it is difficult to take your vehicle down to parking.
Its spaces are scattered along the river so one can have not only visual but physical access also to the sound n flow river waters. Best place to stay in Jibhi because one can get a continuous flow of natural vibes coming from the river.
What a beautiful place to stay with your family and get relief from daily stress and city bussy life. Nice food, nice staff, in-room-dining service - the experience was completely awesome. Beautiful rooms with river view - peaceful place. Good WiFi service. Thank you to the entire team for a beautiful stay. Highly recommended
This is the pathetic palace the staff is not good and the bad thing property owner very rude he needs to take training of hospitality how behave with customers
They are charing much high charges for accommodation and entrie Jibhi
Not recommend please save your money and respect as you are paying your valuable money
Kishan Chauhan Ji is welcoming. He is understanding, accommodating, and kind. He will welcome you with compassion. His property is very much like fairy tale with great views and delicious home style tasty meal. The View of Pushpbhadra right outside the cottage is something to look forward too. They have bon fire service and cottage style sitting spaces right next to the water stream. Their dogs Alex and Kelly on the property are very friendly and sweet.
The rooms were clean. There is a dining area inside and outside. Both excellent. The water flowing nearby is very soothing. You can take a walk around, cross a bridge, walk through bushes.with great pictures. The water fall is nearby - walking distance. Breakfast and tea was good.
Amazing view and best location in Jibhi. Only place near river, you get the vibe. Food was amazing, humble staff and very kind. Nice and spacious rooms, wifi connectivity isn't great but manageable. Everything was great. Must visit and highly recommended for your next vacation stay.
Cozy and comfy on the lap of the river. This homestay offers the best view in town with towers of mountain raging in on both sides, river splitting them in-between and away from all the cacophony of a tourist spot.
The food here is average, with no fancy stuff in the menu. But regular dal-chawal / roti-bhindi is cooked with utmost care and delicacy. But for a psychedelic vibe you can have a few cafes (mudhouse cafe, the best among them) within 100 meters around. It has a eatery in itself, helps with quick munchies along with a bonfire place.
Car Parking is also available which is a n absolute necessity for traveling groups. Generous and hospitable owners make your trip worthwhile. A must visit homestay for travellers.
Beautiful Place to stay and enjoy with your dear ones. Clean rooms and quick service. Hospitable Staff. The best part is having Jibhi Waterfall at a walkable distance of 5 minutes.
It was a great experience at Lato.so peaceful.waking up to the sound of waves and scenic beauty of the river and trees all around also The food was great.awesome hospitality.would love to visit again n again

Best place to stay in Jibhi. Food was super yummy. Delicious JAIN Food was served with varieties all time. Room was good, clean and direct view to river.
A young, energetic, chef, soft person HIMANSHU was very helpful.
Nature, peace, After planning of one year, I want to this place. I can say this was my best decision in 2021. Thanks to the owner. Must visit place I can guarantee you guys you will fall in love with this cottage and this location.
