Water heater doesn't work and not fixed for two days stay and didn't change the room as heater was not working and they providing water in bucket which is not acceptable.
Room heater is useless and no use of having it, they replace and all the room heater are same doesn't produce heat, all our rooms having same issue.
Blankets are not cleaned and dirty, balcony is just for sake and of no use, you can't even visit them as no maintenance there.
Very old property and no proper maintenance, please avoid this stay.
Totally stay is not worthy, please avoid to save money and comfort.

1) No doubt, the rooms are good but the way Mr. Krishan kumar Gupta, owner of le grand hotel, talks to customers is really bad.
2) yesterday (16 dec 2022), owner mr. Gupta had talked the different price to us but at the time of payment, he ignores us and increased the price of room by saying that we means customer is not priority for them.
3) so what is the value of the customer if mr. Gupta do like this?
4) Request to all the customers please don't talk to owner mr. Gupta on call as he has his different language like misbehaving with the customers.
Great location, river facing on road hotel. Comparatively old property but have decent rooms, all required amenities and have centrally cooling and heating, mini fridge in rooms. Ambience is good. Frontline office staffs are very cooperative. Wheel chair access to hotel and lift available, however one major drawback is it doesn't have inhouse restaurant.
Don't wanted to give a star less but now a days hotel is not running pub and restaurant services. Otherwise everything is perfect for family ️ and staying with loved it?
It's a great experience at le grand manli river facing hote.staff behaviour is very good.hotel interior was very good.hotel owner me guptaji was very kind and humble.i stayed there for 4 days wid my family.i have not even single complaint with them.room has a beautiful view I can see white mountain and beautiful river from my room.the hot water continue whole day in bathroom.very good experience.
A hotel that didn't let us down. We were only group of 8 people for the discotheque, but the hotel owner managed to arrange a disco night for us. It was so nice of him.
Best service.stayed for 5 nights at Le Grand Hotel. Please book their Luxury rooms for best view from the balcony, room interior was very very good. Neat and clean washrooms.
