It's was good experience for my family. Driver shb nature was quite decent and well manner.
About hotels Khosboo resort and moon light are good with hygiene and sanitation.but food quality was not that good.best of luck

We are a group of 23 members booked land package from Chandigarh to Amritsar (2 nights - booked accommodation our own as we could find better option) to Manali (3 nights) to Shimla (2 nights) to Chandigarh

General
+ Budget
+ partial payments with Transparency on cost
* Not very flexible to change itinerary post initial agreement. Our flights were cancelled and had to reschedule. We had to book accommodation in Manali for 2 additional adults joined after few days.
- Poor transportation arrangement. Booked one 17-seater tempo + one cab for 17 adults, 3 children and one infant initially. Same cab was adjusted when two adults added later with additional cost. Also mentioned there will be an additional seat on the back seat which was not there. This resulted in carrying 4-year-old kid on lap throughout the journey. Cab was also not sufficient for 4 adults travelled.
- Not booked rooms with free cancellation terms. We had to stay one night in Mandi due to slides in Mandi Road extension way. But we had to stay in Anchal Regency due to 80% cancellation policy and paid 70% of the charges for 2 nights for 19 hours short stay.
- Redirected us to Drivers and Hotel guys for any queries or issues except for the intervention for 30% discount in Anchal Regency hotel
- Requested to cover sightseeing on first day after arriving in Chandigarh as we anticipated less time on last day. Initially suggested to talk to driver and later conveyed it will be covered on last day. But we ended up spending only 1 hour for sightseeing in Chandigarh as we could start only at 7: 45 am from Shimla and catch our flight in the evening at 4: 15 PM.
- Not responsive, not reachable sometimes, not approachable, not contacted for any intermittent feedback on the stays, transport etc.

Accommodation
+ Enjoyed short stay in *Anchal Regency* in Shimla
- poor service in *The Hotel Manali Lodge*

Transportation
+ Experienced and skillful Tempo driver
+ Amritsar to Manali cab driver has decent behavior.
- Drivers always followed their plan and did not discuss anything apart from informing when to start and how long intercity journey will be
- Always had to insist on taking us to places commitment in the itinerary
- Manali cab driver has Worst attitude
- These drivers always interested in taking us to the places where they get commission. We hardly had 7 hours in Shimla and driver taken us to Kufri which we all felt waste of time. He want us to take back to Hotel after Kufri and had to insist him to take us to Shimla Mall road.
- 4 Back seats in Tempo do not have push back and 4 seats do not have proper footrest space due to the placement of tempo tyres
- Water drops falling on corner back seats if AC is run for more than 2 hours

Amazing experience. Great hospitality round the corner. Excellent arrangement with punctuality. Food was really awesome during my entire 3 days trip.

Good rooms, delicious food, staff was also cooperative. All facilities were fantastic including rooms.

I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. My messages were responded by mam very well and hotel was very neat and clean because our tour of MANALI was very good.

Hotel provided was good and food was delicious. Everything was very well arranged but improvements can be made in some areas. Overall package and the services provided were up to the mark.

The executive (nupur) of this tour agency was very nice, polite and impressive. Service rendered by the agency was epic.we really enjoyed the trip and had a great experience.

The overall experience was good. The leisure himachal people were very kind and supportive. Nupur Mam especially has got good professionalism. She guided us throughout our trip. The hotel we stayed in was also worth the money and also the food served was good.local sightseeing was well covered but not all the points were covered.while returning to Delhi tge volvo service was very poor. The volvo people were rude and did not show any cooperation towards the passengers. Else everything was fine and our trip ended with lots of memories. Cheers!

Worst.poor travel guidance facility, no travel map of locations of sights provided to driver and traveller and driver was not instructed to help and guide the traveller. Officials are arrogant and don't respond timely in case of problem and aggressive on payment related issues, on arrival not a single welcome call we received and we saw official on last night of trip to get the remaining payment, during trip they never contacted and took report regarding our comfort. If you travel vacations with your family take care. The cab driver was not supportive all the time he was trying to save kilometres and driving slow to kill the time. He never guided any thing about important sights, we wasted our time in planning on our own gathering information from other sources. I was in stress to complete the trip with my family. Driver was trying to drop bit far from spots to save his parking charges and kill the time. We covered our spots very difficult and fast. All the time we tried our best to maintain cordial terms with driver and company so that we complete trip peacefully. Breakfast and dinner was of average quality, no choices were provided. The hotel provided to us was located in very congested area and hotel was also average, there were no fan in the rooms. I had a bad experience of package tour with this company. There is no concept of hospitality at all, they just connected traveller with taxi services and hotel.rest depends on the luck.please don't ignore my reviews

We had a very nice Manali Trip during June 1st Week, Ms. Divya was so understanding who understood our queries and resolved it really well. Mr. Viju our car driver was so well behaved and a nice and experienced person. They gave us 3-4 choices of hotels to choose and all process were transparent.

Tour counselor 'Radha Sharma' is very helpful throughout the tour.
They provided Hotel Downtown Suites in Amritsar. Its very nice choice. Very big rooms n very clean hotel. Specifically Food was superb. We love it.
For sightseeing they gave Tempo Traveler. Which is comfortable. Driver was very cooperative. Support from the agency is appreciable.
I definitely go again with Leasure Himachal.
