Bad experience I have visited two time but both time they have not spare part if sunglasses.

It is one of the best optical stores in Palampur with immense number of Eyeglasses, sunglasses & contact lens options to choose from. The store offers free eye check up to its customers which is performed by certified Optometrist. And if you have membership with then you can get excited offers as well.

The store is open across the week except on Monday (I don't know why, as I visited the store and when I asked people around they said the whole market is closed on Monday).

Rest the services and staff are excellent

Excellent clientele service. When I contacted them, they hadn't even waited for the prior purchase to be returned before giving me a new pair of spectacles. I had ordered my glasses, and they had provided me something based on their own point of view. This is my best experience to date, and I sincerely appreciate their customer service, including their prompt response
