Overall very Bad experience. Booked family trip and since the starting till end they have keep on disappointing.
Hotels provided are below par in Amritsar and Dharmshala. Old hotels without a good facility.
Tempo travellers provided was not in good condition, On last day weather was hot and vehicle AC was pathetic in maintaining pleasant weather inside.
Also the drivers of tempo travellers was making excuses and not cover the main points. Overall lazy approach.

Also, driver have stopped the vehicle just 4 KM before the airport saying he is not paid by company so he will not go further. Where he knows we are running late. Complete mismanagement.

They quote price less but not worth to book tour with these guys.

From very first day we had very bad experience, there were 2 pick ups at different times from airport of Amritsar but for second pick up no one was there to do so. Then we have to do it by ourselves. This company is not for people who looking for luxury, very cheap options of hotels. 12 Seater Traveller was the worst part of our tour, that vehicle was in very bad condition. AC was useless, driver was unaware of routes. We hardly covered 5 spots in 6 days of tour. And on last day, driver and company had some payment issues within themselves so he stopped the vehicle on airport road and forced us to pay the amount. Driver name Amit worst person, the tour booking person Rekha she had no knowledge of anything.
Overall review do not go for this company.

Had booked a tour through lesser himalaya from delhi heading towards manali than dharmashala and then amritsar worst experience ever. The tour company was not at all bothered about how the trip is going. Further, the driver surender kumar was too rude and was continuously smoking in the car even he drink n drove all the way putting the others life in danger. The hotel room at amritsar was totally a disaster.
Lesser himalaya only cares about money not about customer satisfaction.

We 3 girls made a trip to Manali and shimla through this agency.amazing hospitality, amazing hotels we stayed in, specially paradise island in shimla was the best for hospitality.and our car driver Babloo was the best of all as we were only girls travelling and he made us all feel safe and cared like our father.i appreciate the agency, their cost, hotels, driver babloo for the amazing trip. It will always be memorable and will suggest and prefer the agency for future adventurez

One of the worst trip organised by Lesser Himalayas. Let me start from the begining. 1st day - we were people of 6 female travelers once we landed in Delhi airport driver named Surrinder came to pick us was fully drunked and entire trip he drank and drove the vehicle not even bothering others life is also at risk.he was only concerned about money and was driving rashly overtaking all
the other vechicles but somehow we reached manali after 14-15 hrs of travel inspite of knowing we would reach late lesser himalayas had booked the rooms in manali which was of no use. 2nd day - after reaching the manali hotel named Anchal residency 3star which didnt even provided facility like 1 star hotel eg.geyser was not working, hot water was not provided on time which is utmost to survive in - degree. Then we complained about the driver and the room service to lesser himalayas Diksha was least bothered to check whether we are safe and have checked in or not. Driver was not at all fexible and was very rude arrogant… he use to smoke bidi in the car itself which use to make us uneasy infact travelling in the car was uneasy we use to spray perfume once we entered the car…after complaining we got ok ok service at manali. 3days we were in manali then we headed towards Dharmshala about 6-7 hrs of travel from manali covering the local areas near by…. Pine valley hotel in Dharmshala was indeed a good hotel we got proper service including dinner and breafast fortunately we stayed only for 1 night. Finally we headed towards Amritsar with our drunked driver after 5 hrs of risky journey we reached Oyo Townhouse where these guys are not even bothered to check where are we not received a single call from lesser himalayas once the entire payment was done. Room was very small hot water for drinking was not provided after multiple request.room boy was throwing our luggage in front of us.they didnt even inform us about the meal which is already included in the trip package we had to let us go our breakfast and inspite of calling the hotel person and informing that we would reach hotel before 10pm dinner was not provided the hotel manager was like i.didnt receive any update which whom you spoke please aap swiggy ya zomato karlo kitchen bandh ho gaya he abhi we cant do anything.one of the worst experience was in Amritsar no food no water and no proper service was provided… plus driver was continously drinking and smoking we know how we managed to spend 8 days with that stinking person… wont recomend lesser himalayas to anyone please read the reviews before booking any trip.

Great people with good planning. They planned everything very meticulously for us. They have a back office team who is consistently taking updates and keeping track if passengers don't face any issues.
