Little Heart Resort

The location is good, I didn't like the outside, but the market is very far from here, if you need something then the hotel doesn't provide it to you, on the contrary they say that you will have to go yourself, the rooms are good to look at but in the photos, when I was there When we reached outside, the view was different, there was so much garbage along the balcony of the room and there were spider gels in the room, the bathroom was very dirty, even the flash was not working, the light in the room was bad, only one light was working, TV. It was not working, even blankets were not provided. The hotel staff did not even have a heater in the room. The water bottle was very dirty. I had to go out to the market at midnight to get my food. They said that we did not have it and the rate was also very high. They are selling tea for ₹ 50, water facility is not good at all, my entire trip got spoiled with them, I want to tell the owner to get his hotel maintained properly, only then go online, don't fool the people, we spend money. If you are coming then it is not that we want you to play Ludo here.

The only good thing about this resort is it's Location. Amazing location with amazing views. Apart from that, this place does not have much things to offer.

We visited few weeks ago and the rooms were not ready.
Washroom conditions were not upto the mark. Flush were not working. No provision of hot water and not even a single hook inside washroom to hang the clothes.
I mean, these are the basic facilities right?

Food was also not good. Blant food with no taste whatsoever. Even Tea was not good and they charged whopping 40 bucks for a Cup of Tea.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. I'm sure there will be much better options available in this price point.

Pathetic Rooms and Service. No hygiene in rooms. You have to plead for everything. The only good thing about the resort is the view of the place.

Horrible experience with resort. I would say, homestay will be far better than this. For a deluxe room for ₹2800/day, room was having poor standards (washroom, cleanliness, broken roof). No ventilation for a deluxe room, very small in size no television, poor wifi range. Not maintaining standards as per cost.
Straight words to manager: Don't call a normal room a deluxe one unless it passes atleast basic living standards.

The cottages were not hygienic and the bathroom was also a disappointment, the lights were not working, there was no hot water. The bedsheets, blankets and towels were very dirty. But the location is great it is a good family place to be at.

The view of the place is pretty amazing. The food was pretty good and the staff was very helping as well. If you like being at peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, you'll love the place.

Value for money experience. Nice place to stay and enjoy with family or friends. They have all the required amenities and lots of activities there. A must visit place.

Overall a good experience. The staff was cooperative. I would like to appreciate the cooperation of Sahil specially, he has been so active and so decent. A very very hardworking boy.

Owner's are very rude.
They will charge you extra and then will call to police for this

Very bad experience here as they asked for extra money and even closed their gates and blocked us inside and were asking for money.

We have to call police for our safety and then we were released.

No doubt their rooms are always empty and people don't live in here.

We booked a room for 2500/- and at time of check-out they suddenly asked for 4500/- without any reason.
Don't go here.

The most amazing thing about this stay is, service & dealing was really good. They are adjusting & cooperating. Apart from it, cottages are also really nice. Overall it’s was a nice experience.

Excellent Resort to stay and the view from Resort is mind blowing, excellent location delicious homely food, overall an amazing property at an unbelievable price.

It's amazing and cool place I hottest weather. When we are facing 50 Deg temp. Good cooperative staff and good for camping.

We booked a business trip. J K Girdhar is a cheater and liar. Never trust on them. And in our opinion, never visit them.

They took the booking for Little heart resort and made us stay in Chand guest house. They are a cheater. Charged us un-necessary for thing not even consumed.

LIITLE HEART RESORT IS WELL LOCATED PLACED AT CHAIL, SHIMLA I WAS VISIT WITH MY FAMILY AT LAST MONTH THERE STAFFS ARE VERY HUMBLE AND NICE PERSON.

Have been there with family kids experienced Best services, got all required facilities, delicious food, nice sight, rooms are awesome, my kids were not willing to get back home.overall enjoyed lot.

Poor service, un prepared room. But there not much options in chail. Location is good to visit natural water fall

The resort is small but offers beautiful scenic views. The rooms are decent but don't expect a 4 or 5 star services. The staff are warm and welcoming but it's not too cosy a place. They also have certain adventure activities to entertain the guests.

This place is awesome incredible neture beauty i stay here 2 night with my friends the food was yummy pahadi chicken was very delicious service also fast and very friendly staff

Cons: It's a bit distant from Chain, so take medicines, if you need.

Only one thing, whenever you are booking this resort have everything documented. And if you are talking to one representative, make sure you talk to him only, else they will play the game of passing the parcel.
