Behaviour of staff is not good first time to go for my activa service the lady on cash counter she have no idea how to treat the customers and she sit on cash counter she is represent her company and also the manner i am sure the Mangment of company is not give the proper training to staff how to talk with customers. Soon i am in india i give the proper answer if i meet this lady and also talk with owner of agency because because we came to work by paying money not for free. So please show some respect to your customers

All staff is good and cash counter behaviour is also very good as well as godd nature of all workers they good work of my scooty in proper way

Please increase quantity of service counter so that time can be saved. Normally it will take 3-4 hours waiting for servicing of vehicles

I have request to peoples avoid to buy vehicle this agency. The behaviour of staff is not good because when i go for buy new activa that time the staff welcome me and my family with good smile and behave after all the things done when my brother go for service the behaviour of staff is not good they are not give proper answer and also the lady on cash counter is shouting to much only for asking about money only 328 because my brother pay money is by ATM and the money is deduct but they said transaction failed after when my brother ask she is shouting and also not give answer properly and i don't like this is this first time my brother go to this agency and i am not suggest to any one to go this agency any buy the anything i have request to owner of agency please give the training to your staff how to greet the customers. The girl on cash counter if i am there i give her the proper answer Thanks

Behavior is not good argument with me only asking for some questions please tell your staff how to treat the customers because of our money they get the salary if we stop to come this agency it will close soon
