Servic advisor doesn’t pick the call ending 311, no engine oil they have, this we not accepted from Mahindra, we are waiting last 2 days in Kullu, they said 2 more days for new thar.

Just a note of appreciation for the excellent service I have received at M. Shimla Automobile Jia, all staff members were very polite and they made great efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable at their showroom.

Nevertheless, I would like to appreciate Mr. Kapil and Ajay for all the time and help they offered to see the new vehicles. From the very first day, their support was very friendly and informative.

You can visit the service center with your car and expect a good service. If your are in a hurry please tell them politely to solve your issue as they are working for other customers too.

I have go to service my Scorpio S9 car in shimla automobile pvt. Service station. Advise Praveen and Autu Sharma bhaiye both are nice.
Also most refference mechanical team Yuma Yama thakfull service for our car.
I give 5/5 for mechanical team. Also thankful to all team members. And visit again.

This Mahindra dealership need to be more professional in dealing with customer but overall experience of dealerships in India is the same.
Mahindra need to make the change to be next gen automobile company.

FRAUD PEOPLE +DEALER - I bought a car from SIMLA AUTO MOBILE JIA (KULLU), Following were the points which I noticed @ the time of delivery. My Perform invoice Number is 209 and Bought From SIMLA AUTOMOBILE / NH 21 Bhunter Jia 1: They Took Almost 3 Hours just for changing prices and Quotations (as i received almost 5 Invoices Quotations with different rates in same Dealership 2: Some of the Reasons For changing Invoice are,: -They Charged 5500 For Engine Coating -BUT CAR ENGINE WAS NOT COATED When i said then they remove 5500 and in new invoice they charged 1000 RS For the same, EVEN AFTER ENGINE WAS NOT COATED, when i asked to remove then i received a reply "SIR KABHI BHI KARWA DENA " 3: Vehicle i get was Already showing a running of 361 KM. When I asked him about the techometer/tripmeter reading Why it was driven 361 KM, he told me that we drive the car from Chandigarh factory to our warehouse then to our showroom and so on.i think it is a stupid reasons. They Charged Ex-Showroom Price 13,39,335.00 on JIA Kullu And if i bought This Vehicle from CHANDIGARH Then Ex-Showroom Price Will be 13,34,436.00 Almost 4899 RS Less. This is Dealer Official Website and it Showing EX SHOWROOM PRICE is 13,37,499.00. And i billed for 13,39,335.00, EXTAR 2000 RS? AND AT TIME OF BILLING I REQUEST TO MR "ANIL ATTRI" IN JIA DEALERSHIP TO GIVE CONCESSION FOR ON PURCHASING NEW VEHICLE, BUT THEY SAID WE CAN ONLY GIVE 10000.00 RS. BUT WHEN ANYONE BOUGHT NEW VEHICLE THEY ARE OFFERING 18000 RS Concession With 7500 RS Free ACCESSORY I HAVE ATTACHED PROOF
