I travelled to waichin valley again in june 5th, had a great experience there, the view was great and food was awesome. As compared to other cafes food was quite cheap there.i will suggest everyone to meet Mr. Sonu at waichin valley

Sonu Bhai.the best person to meet when you reach Malana or waichin.he's the sole reason behind the existence of Malana.his staybis the coziest and the best in the valley

Anyone who loves treking should really try this one out.
Treking through the maggic valley is mesmerizing and would certainly give you the adrenaline rush.
Their stay is soo peaceful and food is yum!

Easy to moderate trek. In 2-3 hours you are in Malana.after that you can trek till waichin also.which can also take 3 hours. Easy in summer.difficult during winters

It was the most amazing and fun filled experience, would definitely love to do something like this again, luckily it snowed on the day of my return which made the valley look like a vibe you can never describe in words.

Magic Valley it's really a magic place I will say a heaven on earth. It's a 7km walk from Malana to reach this place, totally a trekking adventure with your friends and might be you get to see ice on the tracks of trekking. Time to visit is December first week where you will find snow fall and their is lots of camps to enjoy the night in cool cool ice. You never know when this place get snow fall. This trekking gives you a life time experience of fun and ice lover will never forget.
This area also have a dam which also give u chance to have a view of water.
One side flowing ice River and other side ice road trekking. So great time to spent with your friends

The best trek only if u stay at a fine lodge or a structured house. Don't u think of camping when it's raining.snow. Ha Ha.ur balls be frozen to even think. The best place Moksha cafe. Good Indian food to keep Ur guts healthy and ensure u ain't constipated.perfect sweet spot.with privacy.a well trusted guy Hooda. The trek is great. Provided somebody is there to guide u. Just make sure once u cross the Dam. Be vigilant after 30 mins of trek. Don't cross the glacier.or the pics annexed herewith.this valley is known to take few souls every year.take my words seriously. Don't proceed without knowing the way. Or else ur signals of SOS would seem like beautiful shooting stars to some dude in his trip. Therefore carry a powerful torch with atleast 5000 lumens

In One Word “AMAZING”, awsome trek for trek lovers, people are do cooperative and friendly here. Nice weather here almost every time of the year and you will love the atmosphere here in MALANA. Here people have there own rules and regulations. Highly recommend for all.

It is really magical. Most people just go to Malana but Waichin in magic valley is thereal thing. Just imagine sitting with your frnds near bonfire getting high at 9062 ft above the sea level and looking up in the sky filled with thousand stars. It's an experience cant be described in words.

Malana is the ancient village in the Himalayas. The villagers living here having their own values, rule and laws. This valley is cut out from whole the world. This is behind the mountains not easily visible. The Valley which is full of purity and cleanliness.

Best place to connect with nature and calmness of mind and camping. Bone fire must visist place

We reached Malana at around 1 pm. Due to landslide we have had to stop 5 km before Malana. We interacted with a local there and he advised us to go to Waichin instead. From the dam, the trek is around 4 KM's and the for the first 3kms the road is OK but for the last km, you need to climb the mountain. The trek is a bit dangerous, so it necessary to be careful where you step.
But all this is worthwhile because as soon as you reach there, you'll see one of the most amazing places. The meadow is filled with cannabis farms and a handful of houses. You can either camp there or homestay as you want. There's no electricity so you'll have to find other ways to pass your time.
Some advices:
Carry light bag to avoid discomfort and risks later.
Do not stop even if you want to.
There are shortcuts to the place, bit are far more dangerous and confusing. We used a shortcut because we had a local guiding us.
Food is scarce and therefore expensive. Although most of the camps and stays include dinner, breakfast and lunch with the rent, anything more you order might be heavy on your pocket.
Do not waste food. It's a tough life for the locals there, and they work very hard to bring you all the stuff, therefore, do not waste what is in your plate.
