Jb.showroom me jate h to.khta.hai. Staff.ki. Aandr.kro.bat. Sir.se.or.sir.se.bat krte hai to sir.khte hai.bhar milta h Sman. Andr.kisne beja.or. Spear.part.ni.hai bad.me esa bola. Jb spear part hai hi nhi to showroom me kyu bulaya.

Better to go with other brands like Yamaha or suzuki.owns pulsar n160.it has the worst parts quality.not a reliable brand no more.

Malhotra ji owner is so humble, even showroom was closed but on our request, specially opened the showroom on our request and delivered the new vehicle on spot. Thanks you for the cooperation.

Bought premium bike with cashless insurance (as they said) for 5 years premium. But the insurance came out to be non cashless and we suffered a lot. Even in the Chandigarh tricity area and around, no body was there to repair the bike through cashless process. The dealer and sub-dealer may only be looking for profits and not caring for v the customer welfare. May be. But we faced a lot of harrasment. We are paying huge amount from our pocket for the bike repair, all in advance, before receiving the claim amount.

Upon enquiring from their (dealership's) insurance agent, he said that the policy is not cashless.

Worst servicing experience no one helps you out every one tries to fool you no one knows how to talk properly with the customer spare parts are not always available they always ask for advance poor customer support worst sales experience as well as service is also so cheap service manager always tries to fool you they only prior tourists all the time waste of time as well as money

Very down to earth person Mr. Malhotra, to whom I personally met. He rectify my KTM 200 by his obedient staff who are about to leave from the duty. Special thanks for the workman. Within 15 eliminate the defect with no cost.

As owner of Dominar from Jaipur I personally recommend Dominar owners to visit for service or any other issue. Problem resolving and understanding is good. Also they took priority for tourist riders

The owner is very Polite and Helpful, He attended us through we reached there after closing hours and solved our problem. The main thing is we are not even riding Bajaj bikes but KTM bikes. Thank you very much Sir.

Service technician are good they have good knowledge of work and the communication is also good, But the only thing that is disgusting that the attending stag attitude is on the peak. If you want to complaint the complaint head and the owner behaves rudely and try to make you fool every time.

Literally the best service center i have visited. They genuinely feel your problems and fix it, take utmost care of your bike and satisfy you with their work. The manager is polite, so are the workers here. I'm planning now to service my dominar 400 here next time. 5/5 must visit

Bekar service. Pehle silencer se nikal rha black dhuan hi thik nai kiya. Ab dobara bike wahan lgayi to 2 din ho gye bina inform kiye ki bike ka kr kya rhen hain. Kuch bndo ka behavior bhi thik nai hai

I can't thank enough to Malhotra Motors (Owner and his Son Kirpal) for the treatment they gave me while i was on my Ladakh expedition. As soon as i arrived to their Dealership workshop, my case was been put on priority as i was on Ladakh ride on my Dominar 400 and couldnt afford to lose the travel hours. My bike had engine malfunction light ON while i was on higher altitude, though there was no such symptoms of breakdown or any signs but still that malfunction light can put your peace of mind away. My bike was scanned quickly, treated, washed as soon as they could and relieved me so i could continue my ride without delay. We were explained the billing part very well before i was asked to pay so i am aware of what's been done and heads-up was given on one pending work which was not possible that that short visit.
I even was very much impressed with their ideas and innovative offer they had for riders doing Ladakh expedition by offering them basic spare kits that is required for every rider doing long tours. Big shout to them for such care for riders. Also, thanks to Mr. Deepak who is as an ASM for Manali Ladakh route, he also support us to fix all this issues for my bike. Keep doing such wonderful work and keep growing Bajaj as family.

Took a hault there as a co rider needed rear view mirror for Avenger.
Service was pretty quick and the job was done in 5 mins.

Bajaj 2wheeler agency and service center. The reason for 3 star rating is poor ambience for waiting area. Snack or tuk shop avail within premisis dont have proper snacks one have to walk out long on Nh21 to have some snacks.
