Hotel Manali Heights located in the prime location of manali city.walkable distance from mall road and also hadimba temple manu temple. Scenic view from the room balcony.child friendly amenities Food with variety of choices to choose from continental Indian Chinese Well maintained spacious and clean rooms with all facilities Friendly and polite staff always available at service.
Hotel is very good rooms are very neat and clean and bathroom is also very hygienic. Staff is very courteous and Food is awesome. Value for money hotel.
At this cost of booking a room is totally waste of money I’ll never suggest any one to book the higher cost rooms bcz their rooms are simple as like as normal hotels
Rooms are well maintained, food was delicious, staff and management was kind and helpful. Overall stay was great Suggestion: Hotel needs to provide facility of refreshment for tourists cab drivers.
Very good rooms, very humble and responsible staff. Location is good as you enjoy the walk among beautiful hills and pine trees down upto mall road. Approximately 2 km from mall road. Breakfast was really good.
I'm very hygiene kind of person and I love the hotel because room was super neat and cleaned. Staff was great food quality was also great, great place hotel was awesome
Best hotel stay in Manali for me in budget friendly way. Categorized as 3 star but surely you will feel like 4 star hotel.
Pros: 1. Best location. Away from Mall road with 2.5 km uphill drive along side small river. 2. Beautiful look from outside, simple, traditional look makes it even lovely to watch. 3. Very courteous and helpful staffs. Quick services. 4. Amazing and tasty food. Surely you will not be disappointed with the portion amount too. 5. Garden and outdoor areas are pretty neat and tidy with plenty of flowers and apple trees to enjoy. Room and passages too are well kept.
The hotel is at an amazing place, old Manali which has great views with Beas river nearby and so many famous cafe's to dine out. The staff is helpful, polite and cordial. The food is amazing. Overall, I'll recommend you to stay at this beautiful property.
After a tiring 14 days on tough roads in spiti valley and chandra taal, the hotel is a welcome luxury. Cosy rooms and nice staff. Good food too.
PLEASE BEWARE THOUGH HOTEL CLAIMS VALLEY VIEW FROM THE BALCONIES, NO SUCH VIEW IS THERE. ALL U CAN SEE IS BEDROOMS OF ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH HAS CROPPED UP
Its located up a steep road from the downtown area so plan to eat in the hotel or order in food, there is no other restaurant or eatery close-by. Our room had an obstructed view of the mountains due to new construction on other properties. The room service food was good but the buffet was below average, people were responsive but did not go out of their way to serve you.
If you want to book any hotel for stay in Manali book hotel in naggar road don't waste your time such as Manali heights worst hotels worst hotels in old Manali try to book near mall road or nagar road
Terrible property and terrible service. We tried contacting them and when we got to the room, it was dirty. The staff wasn't helpful and won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Manali has better properties, give this one a miss
A very beautiful hotel, surrounded by pine trees. It's near Mall Road & Hidimba Devi temple. Rooms are very cozy & view from balcony is mesmerizing. Food is awesome, service also good. In short a very good hotel to stay & enjoy manali.
The rooms are very spacious and convenient for families. The food is delicious and satisfying. The location is superb, all the good cafes and Manu temple, Hadimba temple are at walking distance from hotel. The hotel is located at very nice and peaceful place. Very cozy vibes
The hotel was very good and nicely maintained, The service of the staff was excellent and the food buffet was very good, what ever we wanted was provided Jain food also. The owner Mr. Abhinav was very humble and helpful.the location and the view from the rooms was excellent.would recommend all my family n friends. Thank you.
Hotel is located in loghuts area so it's walking distance from old manali by crossing the bridge and the mall road. However, it's a steep climb so do consider that. Hotel has all basic facilities and parking facility within premises. Buffet breakfast and dinner was also decent.
Food: 5/5. The buffet was amazing all times. Staff: 5/5 Hospitality: 4/5 Location: 3/5. Takes quite a lot of time to reach to the main road as the roads are very narrow.
Iced mountains from this resort is amazing. The maintain a good garden. A bit disappointment with room service. Until you ask they will not provide complimentaries.
My stay with manali heights was just commendable.the staff n service is vvv good.the owner of the hotel mr abhinav sood is a lovely person n the best host ive ever come across.thank u soooo much abhinav for the best stay.god bless
I had a very good experience staying at Manali Heights. Only problem is there location is on a steep incline but you can get autos easily. If you are planning to spend most of your time in old manali then this is a very good option. There breakfast was good and food was tasty. There restraunt rates are also very nominal compared to other places.
Worst hotel i had. Food quality is too bad.my family get sick after eating food and price of food is too much.they charge 1 bottle of Aquafina water 45 rupees. Horrible!
Hotel is on very good location, dere rooms are very spacious, all are balcony rooms so u can see gud view from the room. Food z awesome, dere staff is so gud and helpful n most important dere room service is excellent. Must visit dis hotel again.
The rooms are quite good. You can see the moutains from the balconies. Though a new hotel 'green Orchards' has come infront, still the view is great. Breakfast was also good and had variety each day. Hotel is located at 3 kms from Mall road. No late check-outs allowed. Overall a good experience on my Manali trip.
The stay, location, scenic view from room, access to different location, room facility, hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing. I loved the stay and extended it for 1 more night.
Just called the manali heights to check few things about the hotel like heater availability and all, The person who took the phone was very rude and very unfriendly.i have decided not to book this hotel. First impression always important. I called couple more hotels and all of them were very friendly and supporting.
Stayed 5 days at Manali Heights. Really loved it. Great room, very prompt and courteous service, delicious and good spread of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to the City center and MANALI Village. Couldn't ask for more.
Room was neat and clean. Each staff member is Co operative and helpful. Every breakfast item was tasty. Service was excellent. Must recommended to stay at this hotel when you are in Manali.
Stayed here for 9 nights as part of workation. Couldn't fault a thing. We had taken the studio rooms. Staff is extremely courteous. Rooms clean and big. They cleaned the room every day. No hot water or internet issues. Beautiful garden to sit and pass time if needed. Location is very good. 15 mins walk to Mall road and all other cafes in Old Manali. Views from room was a 4/5. The only thing was that adjacent hotel blocks partially, the otherwise panaromic view. The food in both breakfast spread and from menu was amazing.
Only con - no lift.which might be a problem for elderly people.
Such beautiful hotel.most recommended place to stay.clean room and beautiful balcony.good food.room service was also very good.hotel staff are very cooperative.always ready to help.all over good experience at manali height.
Everything about this resort was good. Food was good, staff was good and helpful. Some items weren't available in the food menu but that's because when we arrived, it was snowing and it was difficult to get supplies. There's just one issue with the resort, whenever we opened the tap, it took at least 4 to 5 min for the hot water to start flowing. I won't say that this is some kind of flaw because the temperatures are really low and its pretty obvious for the water to get hot. But waiting 5 minutes everytime is little irritating, so I hope the resort does something to solve this. But apart from this, my stay was pleasant and I absolutely loved the resort and the view I got from my room. We booked valley view room and when it started snowing, I just sat in my room and enjoyed the snowfall.
Good hotel with decent view from the rooms. Service and amenities are good. Food is also fine. Studio and family rooms at the top floor offer nice views of the mountains. Recommended for quick stay.
Love it. Staff is so humble and rooms are so clean and view is just wow.a perfect budget friendly place to stay in Manali that truly justice the beauty of Manali and leisure
I am really happy with the services of the hotel and view from room is mind-blowing. It's one of the best I have stayed in. Breakfast is too good.even the dinner is one of the best. Lovely staff. Very polite and respectful.
I am really happy with the services of the hotel and view from room is mind-blowing. It's one of the best I have stayed in. Range Breakfast is too good. And even the buffet dinner is one of the best. Lovely staff. Very polite and respectful. Must recommended hotel.
The room was very excellent.the service was also very nice.and the most important thing the food was very delicious n tasty.thankyou for all that service u have provided to us was really very Nice.nice place to visit.see u soon
Hotel service is very nice. Staff was very good in hospitality. View from hotel was nice. One suggestion if your couple people don't take 1st and ground floor ask for 2nd and 3rd or 4th floor room.
The location is very good but be very careful while booking this in snow season. Reason - it's approximately 3 km uphill and in snow, a basic sedan level car can't reach there. The locals will charge you 2000 RS for taking you to the hotel, practically only 3 kms and you will have no option but to pay. You won't be able to walk either because of snow.
The services are awesome. But they did not have any transportation to take you up even when they know that a normal tourist will face this problem reaching them. Hence 3 stars. I repeat, the hotel and staff is awesome.
Stayed for two nights from December 23rd- December 25
What I liked: 1. Studio Room: It made you feel as if you were living in a chalet. What my wife and I really loved was the sitting area by the window. It was one of those things you will hardly find in a hotel room. The room was equipped with all amenities you would need starting from an electric kettle (a must have in extreme cold weather for hot water), a hair dresser, bathroom slippers, electronic safe. Remember we were in Manali and were not expecting such stuff. I will recommend everyone to only take studio room if you decide to stay in this hotel. 2. Service: Reception, bell boy, restaurant staff were always prompt in service. To give you an example, restaurant waiter was coming and pouring water into half empty glasses of people dining.
What I disliked:
1. Some of the pictures of the view from studio room available on their website and MMT, GOIBIBO are not available from all the rooms. In our case, around say 35-40 % was blocked by another hotel in the front. For some of the rooms, it could be even worse. Check with hotel and book the room available with best view. 2. WiFi was not working for a night. Not a big issue though. 3. No lift. You will have to climb up the stairs to your room. Again not a big issue for us!
Rooms - gorgeous, spacious and cozy didn’t feel the outside chill inside at all even in -6 temperature
Food - pleasant and enough variety to choose from
Staff - extremely cooperative and friendly Special thanks to Chef Sanjeev Thakur. We were there for the 31st dec gala night as residents with our 5 year old son who got a little under the weather that night unfortunately. The dinner was to be served later in the night due to party and celebrations but on a gentle request to the Chef he was extremely helpful to serve us inside the room for all three of us. Thank you very much chef Sanjeev. We really appreciate your gesture.
Three cheers for Manali heights! Thanks and god bless
Stayed in Manali Heights for 2 days starting from Christmas day last year (2018). Room ambience, bathroom and other amenities were very good. Hotel provides buffet breakfast and dinner. They also provide lunch on demand. They had organized special events (live-music and competition for couples) for the guests on Christmas day. Buffet was elaborate and had great and tasty varieties of veg and non-veg items. The hotel is situated on the higher region of Manali and we can get beautiful views of the mountains from the room balcony. I highly recommend this place for stay in Manali, especially for families.
I really enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and safe in a romantic place. The staff was professional and helpfull. I really would give a 5star but the food in the hotel was really bad
Stay was quite good they were able to accommodate various requests of ours, staffs were quite friendly, food is average nothing great, but as an Hotel it's quite nice, keep up the great work
Good hotel in the lap of manali hills. The garden in the backside is very nice and also the view. Its located in log hut area so have to walk some distance uphills to reach here. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wholesome with all kinds of varities. In total a good place to stay in manali.
Good To stay Hotel with all 2 star facilities in a 4 star hotel.
Ambiance wise the hotel is good. Location is also approachable if you have private Car or Cab. Still far away from Mall road, if someone wants to go by walk.
Pros.: Location wise its a good place to stay as you can see some good views from their third floor windows, especially during the time of snow fall. Food taste is good.
Cons: Hotel Don't have Lift. Not at all good for Specially able or Old aged people. Staff is okay. Not to Flexible and not to rigid. Usually you expect a better staff approach in 3 or 4 star hotel. Food is A-la-Carte and that too with minimum options available. Don't have good Room heating facilities, Just a small Heater in minus 5 degree temperature that is not sufficient.
It was great experience with Manali Heights. Very good & descent hotel. Hotel Staff was very supportive I really want to address to Mr Jawala Kumar & his other two caligues They were handling restaurant they r very pleasing with us my family really enjoyed hotel food as food was delicious.
