I will not recommend this resort
Additionally, the staff is rude which was the worst experience for me!

Sound proofing not existing.
Room to Room noice excessive.
Kids playing cricket in corridor of guest rooms? There should be a staff member walking around continously in the guest rooms area to advise unruly guests to be quiet.
Sound proofing of Ballroom insufficient. Breakfast and dinner always served in different area staff just pointing where to go.

Awesome resort with a serene view. Staff is polite and helpful. Room are spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing with lot of variety. If weather permits can have dinner in garden. Must say there is lot of attention to detail put by staff and owner during our stay

Unfortunate to get good wheather in Manali. Sadly there was no AC in rooms (such a big resort). It is wayyyyyy expensive. Dont take liquor from them. I had 60 ml for 1200 rs. (Chivas). Small portion of dishes with very high rates.

Also there Travel desk is too costly and they don't give you any receipt and only take cash. They'll make all claims that we are brand travel desk but overall driver and experience is very basic (poor). Suggest to find traveller before you go.

Service is very slow.
We have booked 3 rooms from 4th june-8th june 2022.the hotel has disappointed me in terms of their service.very slow service, house keeping n room service is always unavailable on call.to order in room meals is a task.i dont understand if the hotel cannot give service why do they take reservations.

Only food is something which needs improvement here.
Our package included all three meals a day during the stay at this place.
But the food was something which was really not up to the mark.

All services are excellent EXCEPT Room Service and food. Under staffed in full season and badly trained kitchen/ restaurant and room service staff. PROPERTY IS VERY GOOD.

Almost everything is good but this is quite long distance from manali, so book this hotel only if you are comfortable with location bcoz nothing is nearby for entertainment.

Their prices are at par with 4stars hotel but the facilities are pathetic.
They wont let a 12 year old and a good billiard player on the table, which is understandable and honoured.
What is not acceptable is the dingy, dirty sham of a play room which has no light, or ventilation and extremely dusty.
And even after pointing out to the owner, himself it doesn't get any attention or cleaning.
Buffet spread is pathetic.

The owner was rude and misbehaved when we tried taking some food to our rooms, instead of coming to us and politely informing about their hotel policy, he humiliated us in front of everyone present there and accused us of running away with the food like some thieves.

Room is awesome but.service is not gud.bedsheet not changed in five days n breakfast repeat menu.n dinner is also repeat.not something new in dinner n breakfast.i give only one star only for location.

Outstanding experience.we had a great stay at High Nation Resort. Staff was very good. Rooms were clean & hygenic. And the owner, Mr. Deepak was very professional and supportive. Highly recommended if you are planning to explore Manali or nearby places.

If you dare to take food to your room for yourself and for your kids, the owner will make sure he humiliates in front of hundred people.

Service and staff is pathetic and don’t at all concern about customers. 71 years Age dared to visit Manali and we stayed i this hotel last night. Path to reach room was too tough for my mother where staff was short and could not even offer wheel chair in the night time. Even Night staff was committed that breakfast will be served in the room. Where in the morning starting with tea become chargeable and all our discussion in night kind of neglected. Morning staff manager Mr. Siddharth, Receptionist Mr Avesh could not meet my expectations with price hotel charging. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone coming with family. Staff is untrained and disrespectful to visitors.

First of all, being a 5 star property, their rooms are not at all maintained. Their facilities are not as per their charges. The hotel is and looks good from the outside. But, their rooms are below 3 star. The worst part about their hotel rooms is their heater. In a 5 star property, how can you not have a centralised heating system? All the rooms where we stayed in our Himachal trip had centralised heater except for Manuallaya. The heater of my room even caught fire and we ran out of the room with my 2 year old daughter. Please upgrade your system if you are willing to call your hotel a 5 star property! Staff was humble and at our service though. So, the 2 stars are for them only.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel, with a lot of style and taste and with charming hosts, husband and wife. The staff is very efficient and polite. The service is impeccable, there is a nice, quaint bar to relax in the evenings. I was there in November and thus after dinner, we sat outside around a lovely bon fire. Highly recommended!

If you are visiting Manali, close your eyes and book ManuaAllaya. Be readybto be mesmerized with beauty of the location. The wonderful wooden structure. Service and comfort impeccable. Sleep to the sounds of the gushing river and wake up to the most scenic views of the mountains. I simply love this place and this place loves me back even more.waiting to be back.

I don't believe in writing reviews but due to very poor service I had no other option.the resort is well reputated due to which we trusted authorities blindly but when we reached we had a very poor experience. We were 3 families booked 9 rooms but trust me none of 19 people enjoyed. Trust me don't book this place really disappointed

Great hotel and customer service. Staff was very helpful, friendly and readily accessible to any needs. We were traveling from US with a organized tour and they booked us this hotel. Coming from a place where most of the amenities are typically standard and provided as complimentary such as free WiFi, we were a little surprised when this was not available. However the staff was gracious in meeting our needs and went out of their way to help us out. Just a cautionary note for anyone traveling with their senior citizen parents or grandparents, it can be a challenge getting to rooms with multiple steps and stairs if anyone has arthritis/knee or leg pain, and even their bathrooms have an additional step to get into the bathtub for shower and this is a standard for all of their room types. Nonetheless, they provided great service in helping us with our needs. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Manali and looking for a good hotel experience!

It is a perfect place to stay and enjoy the honey moon. We are absolutely awestruck by the beauty of the Himalayas. The climate around the place and facilities provided in the resort are good. The Resource Manager (Sanjay Kashyap) and Receptionist (Akshay) guide us to checkout the sight seeing spots, adventure activities and make sure that facilities are up to the par. The ambience in restaurant and quality of service, taste of food all are commendable.

Expensive but worth price if u are oooking for a quality hotel which provides all facilities like spa, swimming pool. View is fantastic and quality is their first priority

The resort is really good, good rooms, awesome view and great food. But it is little far from main street

At the manu allays resort and spa my experience was ok. The luxury quality from the suites was good. However, they charge you for everything: 100 rupees per person a day for wifi. This is just an example. All the facilities were decent but then again not the best I have seen. I was at a hotel in Shimla called Radisson Jass whim they compare themselves to. In my opinion they come no where near the Radisson hotels. They are rated a four star hotel but to me they are like a 2.5 - 3 star hotel.

I went to this hotel and i asked whether they serve jhatka or halal.the chef and waiters are so nice that even aftr having jhatka, they specially arranged halal for my family till my checkout. Food was very nice. A bit of electricity issue but bearable.anyway it was nice

Not worth the value, We booked the deluxe suite for 14000 it has small room and a small living area plus the people here are rude i asked for a water bottle in the reception he said wr gave it to your room take it from there when i said u didn't he replied don't lie, i would suggest to stay at the himalayan or johnson resort and spa the rooms there are much better

Also, pls make this hotel like 4 or 5 star, like i mean it shows its 3 star but according to me should be like 4.5 or 5 stars!

Awesome experience! Fantastic views of the snow capped mountains from the balcony view rooms, delicious food and heavenly stay @ ManuAllaya amidst the serene beauty! The hotel genuinely had 24*7 running hot water as we were able to take bath in the hot water @-10 degrees on the Holi afternoon! The in room heating worked perfectly fine and was so apt that we did not once feel that it was -22 degrees outside at 3 am in the night! Fantastic stay - we would like to visit again! Only point of attention was that the lobby washrooms need to be clean which they were not Everytime I paid a visit there.

Only negative is the location like any other part of Kullu-Manali - narrow road lined by abandoned houses (half-done or half-broken) and badly managed traffic. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and have balconies with a view of snow-capped mountains. The coffee shop which is open for b'fast and snacks has an even better view. The chinese restaurant, though, has none. Food and service are good but getting hot water in the bathroom is a problem.
