We came to celebrate our mother’s 80th Birthday! The arrangements made by the staff (Satish-Jatin- Deepak and Ritul - Manoj especially) were outstanding.
The food was par excellence and the service was excellent!
The staff was very courteous and extremely efficient.

Staff was polite and Service from Staff was good. However Manager was not customer friendly. On every request his first answer is "NO"

Me and my family stayed for 3 nights at the resort. We had a great experience. Perfect idea of a holiday - away from the crowd, peaceful and icing on the cake was the view. The staff is amazing - very polite and courteous. The food is great (especially their breakfast). Do look for the valley view room. It is worth every penny.

We recently visited this property under Aamod and must say it was a pleasant stay there - Good hospitality, Good food, good ambience. Services were good and took good care of any requests shared. We were lucky to enjoy awesome weather with good rainfall which made the stay all the way more enjoyable. Well maintained property.

The management at aamod is pathetic. Even after sharing the genuine reason for not turning up to their property they are not ready for cancellation.
Very very unsupportive management. Never going to book this property in future.

If you are looking for a pet friendly resort in Chail or near Shimla for that matter, look no further - Maple by Aamod is the best place. Staff is friendly towards pet. Pets can roam freely in the property and they feel relaxed.

Of course something for us, as pet owners to keep in mind. While your pet is off the leash please make sure other guests don’t feel uncomfortable and equally important leave the resort/place clean. If others like us have to enjoy such a great pet friendly place, we all have this little responsibility on us!

Rooms are good, Clean and spacious. Hotel Staff is proactive and Courteous. Approach road is very narrow for about 20 kms from Solan Sadhupul. Not a Pram friendly hotel as steep stairs are there. Even though lift is there size of lift is small (max 4 ppl can stand). Parking is for about 10 cars inside the premises. Hotel is at Good height so you get to Breathe fresh air and your retreat hotel is matched. Bathrooms are spacious clean and have all time running cold and hot water supply. Rooms are equipped with heater, TV kettle, intercom and hair dryer. Rooms have modern interior and good brightness.
FOOD is good both portion size and taste. However found it a bit costly as well. Overall a good getaway specially during pollution time in NCR.

Resort Need Lot of Working, Not Wörth for Money, Executive room they Charge, 6500/-, But washroom Not upto the Mark of Executive i.e. Smaller in size, Dusting in Room Not Done Properly, will suggest Other near by Resorts and Cottage are better option. Shower Not Working Properly.

Nested among the deep forest of chail, this boutique hotel is a must stop for travellers looking for a peaceful stay. Lush green garden in the multi level property with board games and swings n slides for kids. Be it a luxurious stay in their generous sized rooms or a sumptuous mouth watering meal in their restaurant, this place has something for everyone.

Probably the Best Resort in Chail, with Excellent View and Scenaries, Food was also Excellent, but it was a 7Kms away from Chail Market, which makes remotely seprated from City.

Excellent for people who comes to Relax and Enjoy the Hospitality.

Luckily watched the Live Snowfall in Chail which makes the stay more pleasent:)

Maple Resort is best place to stay at chail. 9 kms from the Chail. New year party organized by Resort was very good we enjoyed lot with friends & family. Food taste need to be improved other all thing are very good.

Beautiful place to bask in mother nature. Lovely surroundings. Inside resorts there are lot of games like table tennis, badminton, pool table, carrom, play area for kids. Nice rooms with all basic amenities. Premium room have bath tub too.

Staff doesn't know how to talk. They were all rude. Specially the manager and people working at the restaurant. Resort is amazing and 3 star is only for the resort. However they need to improve their behaviour.

I was here on an off site with my office people. We were about 30 people, and we couldn't have asked anything more in terms of accommodation and experience. Located comfortably 8 hours away from Delhi, this place is almost on a mountain top, which ensures every room every balcony has a view you can drink tea/sip beer to.
The food was good, and so was the staff. They played music and burnt a bournfire on demand, and made sure that our stay would be a memorable one.

Good place for solo, family or friends tour.staff if very humble and helpful.bicycles on rental basis can be attractive for mountain biking.a guide for mountain trekking can help lot for guests

Great experience. We checked in at night and they didn’t even provide bathroom slippers let alone food for the guests. Another trouble I faced was there was issues with the door lock. It was so hard to open the door after using the key card. We had to try over and over again until the door opened. Sometimes it took as long as 5 minutes to unlock the door. It’s because the lock was not working properly.

It rained when we were there and the view from the room got even better. The room we stayed in was BEAUTIFUL. It was big enough and had amenities like exhaust fan, geyser, quilts, bath tub, television, quilts, wardrobe and more. The television panel was beautiful. There were artificial plants in the panel and they were lit up by lights. Night lamp was great too. I loved the room.

The food was ok and a bit on the expensive side. Not too good not too bad. Most of the time we ate outside because of the food being expensive.

Book this place without a second thought.

Very nice rooms, great place to rest and rewind yourself, the serene beauty of Chail can be seen and enjoyed from the room balconies. The food is also good.

This was my first booking with Maple Resort, and by far the most horrible stay I had in my life. There were so many big flies and mosquitos in this room and there was no one to listen to my complaint, someone from house keeping came with a hit spray and I asked him to call his manager or else requested to change my room but he didn't replied back. I had 2 small kids with me in my room and they were so afraid of those flies that they can't even sleep and were simply crying. This was definitely not what I have paid for. Moreover there was no proper lock to the washroom so the washroom door is always open. What the hell is this? BEWARE! (Room no 405 / 406)

View of Himalayas from our room (I feel it is from all rooms as they have been strategically constructed) has been excellent. The overall ambience and courtesy of every staff along with delectable food in the Pine Bistro made our stay during last week extremely memorable. If you want to commune with silence of Nature in Chail, Maple Resorts is the place.

Rooms were wonderful and spacious. Food was also good. Sometimes the room smells of nearby sewer a little bit because of the direction of wind but overall experience was very relaxing and fun specially for family.

If you are looking for a weekend getaway then think no more, because this resort is answer to all your needs. Maple Resort offers modern spacious rooms sitting in the laps of himalayas. Their USP is that each room provides a spectacular view of the mountains! So you can derive all the pleasures of a holiday even while staying inside the room! Moreover, there are games like table tennis, Pool Table and Game-House for children and adults. The hotel staff is polite and service is good. Go for it if you are in pursuit of a relaxing holiday.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Probably the best resort in chail. Awesome staffs, great rooms with modern aminities and awesome view from the rooms.
The helpdesk guy created a map for me for the sight scenes based on which I never had to ask anyone for the places. This was a great experience.
The willingness to help from all the staffs was incredible.
Stay here to relax for few days.
