Mars cottage Manali

One of the worst Hotel in Manali. Broken furniture. Dirty linens. Bad service. Dust everywhere. Everywhere dust. Nothing is good about this property. Photos and videos shown are more than years old. Current situation is pathetic.

Very bad hotel.very poor and unprofessional staffs.shabby rooms. The person serving food was also the toilet cleaner. After bringing this to the notice of the hotel manager the staff was asked to not come before our eyes while he continued serving to others. The dining tables in the restaurant were with broken glass-top which is very dangerous for kids especially. My 5 yo kid was lucky to only get his jacket damaged without which it could have been fatal. Really disappointed to stay in this hotel which was booked by the worst travel and tour agency "Gyan Rachna".
Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. A beautiful little house, so very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming, extremely comfortable with stunning views.

The cottages has been carefully designed.
Kids enjoyed the suite room wid stairs for bed on top.

Had a great time with family members at Shavrani cottage, nice staff and great service equipped with living space along with bonfire, music and free Wi-Fi. I recommend this cottage.thanks.

The hotel deserves 5 star, the view from the rooms is simply jaw dropping. The staff is very helpful & polite specially the manager Surender who is a wonderful person. In short this is the best place to stay at Manali.

Best hotel in manali. You must try this once. According to me it is the best hotel in manali. The room service was awesome and the food was very delicious. You can see a very beautiful view of mountains and Vyas river is very close to this hotel you can go easily to Vyas river for rafting. Their is a very beautiful place for clicking photos. At last I want to say this is the best hotel for you and I have spended 6 days in this hotel this is my experience.
