Services was good in 2017 But today Worthless sales team worthless service baki product to ap jante hi hai Kaiss Go with another brand

I was facing an issue in my car's clutch plate. But for some work I have to leave early and didn't get the chance to repair it. In a few calls the staff delivered the clutch plate in my nearby locations Maruti Suzuki Service centre where I changed my clutch plate and the work was done under 4 hours. Am so thankful to the manager and all staff members of both showrooms.

Untrained staff, don't even know where to put the inlet and outlet fuel pipe. Above that not accepting their misake when caught and trying to fool the customer. The person took 40-50 mins just to figure out why the car is not starting or I shoud say that he took this time to find his mistake with the help of other two staff members (I just went for a regular service). When confronted by me he started threating me saying that he is a local person of that place. Give your car at 11 AM and they will git if back to you at 7.30 PM. Poor management. ITS BETTER TO HAVE YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED OUTSIDE THIS SERVICE CENTER.

See we don't have much to speak about a service centre but yes if you have maruti Suzuki car then prefer coming here

I visited goel motors solan after 5PM on 19.01.23 aknd asked Mr Pankaj Sharma that I want the delivery of Maruti Alto lxio (o) today only. He smiling said okay and ordered tea coffee water. Without any hassael he handed over the key to me at 9Pm and I was so happy with is management skill, capability and cordial but effective command over staff. Such type of honest and devotional workers are rare

Well the one in Solan have pathetic service, i brought my car for service and believe me from staff to mechanic all are noob, never ever had such experience before, the way they do job is unethical. Such a looser.

I am writing this
letter of complaint regarding car service. I haven been using this car from last five months, however I
am not pleased with your services and the authorised personnel of car service centre.
Although, I would like to highlight that the car’s bumper from left corner has been damaged in the
workshop (attached screenshot) during one of the service and running repairs. No body has taken the
responsibility of informing me that the bumper was damaged from our side in the workshop. I had the
words with the workshop manager regarding such negligence. There are some other issues happened
in the past 5 months which are mentioned as below:
1. The central locking got stucked many times and the latch of front driver side has been changed
twice.
2. There was some noise from left rear side and for this both the rear shockers have been
changed.
3. The seat belt of drive side have been changed.
4. Another issue which was reported earlier back in two months that there was some noise from
left rear side. The authorised representatives have said that the noise is of left rear spring coil
and they have said that spring coil is adjusted. However, the same issue happened again after
two months and it was analysed that in the earlier visit the representatives have fixed the
spring coil by wrapping the black cello tape on it. The spring coil have been changed after so
many visits to the service centre. (Attached screenshot).
5. The display of music system is getting blurred. The music system also been changed; however,
the issue still persists. The video of the music system has been shared with the authorised
representative.
I am writing this now as all the issues now have crossed my patience limit. The replies of authorised
representatives are also very pathetic. In past five months, I have so many visits to the service centre
and the issues were not resolve due to unskilled labours. As I have mentioned above that the car’s
bumper was damaged in the workshop should be repaired immediately as this incident was not
informed to me on the same day. All these issues have financial implications and safety concern and
the time is also wasted. It seems that I have purchased second hand car. It is requested to look into
the matters and do the needful to ensure safety measures.

Vehicle quality of maruti is good, but the service providers are really bad, they are making fraud on the name of MCP while purchasing new vehicle.during time of purchase they said everything is covered for 4 service or 5 but when you go for service they include so many paid services.so don't go with MCP they are making fraud.and this is really disappointed.i purchased 2 vehicles but now will never prefer maruti just because of there bad policies.

I booked a slot for 11 am 2 days prior to my servicing date.they started servicing my car at 5 pm on the day of visit what kind of planing is that

The service is good. But they have space very close to the main road so it caught traffic jam and all. Overall good and affordable services

Exelant rating for Baddi staff exelant deal with me.
But something miss in car backgear light only one side. Dono side hona chahiye. No cut on front bumper for fogg light. Aintena is very long.this changes jaruri hai for car look. Overall car very good& nice.

Make sure to verify all parts of your car when you take delivery of your car. They will make disappear some of your parts and you won't even know.

Most worst experience I ever seen pathetic service with overminded and sharp minded. You know better Goyal motors what to do.

Same item but price is higher here. Customer handling is not upto the mark. They are behaving like Desi Achaar Shop. Nowadays, people know everything better than them. Go to Chandigarh, Panchkula side for more interesting deals.

I book an appointment once for servicing and the time they gave is around 10 am in the morning. I received my car at around 6 pm that too without washing for which they said it would take another 2 hours. As I inquired they serviced 60 cars that day and the cars which came without appointment were serviced early than me. It was such a worst experience where you do everything right and you gets service at last.
No queue system is in place whoever stays on there head will get its work done first doesn't matter if you come through proper channel or not and moreover if they cannot service that much amount of vehicles on a single day why they give appointments

Goyal motors deonghat is one of the best Maruti dealership I have visited. The outlet in Solan is at a convenient place. The staff are very helpful and knowledge of each Maruti model. Test drive given was very good.

The Staff was generous. Ms Raveena Thakur is excellent at her job knows how to explain her customer on the purchase of any Car asked from her. Loved the staff. The Washrooms specially Female washroom needs to be monitored. Otherwise everything is good.

The place is very congested. Almost no parking space. Processing time is very high. Service is average.

Degraded in quality of service work, no proper washing, vacuum. No time management. No rule, deciplain. Very bad experience in Goyal motar service.

Body shop work pathetic, degraded in quality of service work, no proper washing, I have spend more than 1.5lakhs on my swift vxi at goyal motors at around 45000kms, when ever I visit goyal motors for any purpose customer satisfaction is zero, in one incident my cars tail light was open and bulbs were theft and on my current visit my engine was tampered, and I have to visit goyal motors again for a different problem which was caused by their own workers like it was in the theft case before it's affect customer trust over Maruti.

Nice but no ventilation system for smoke and very less space with low lightning. Staff is cooperative.
