Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Kangra Vehicleades, Kangra, Mandi Road)

They'll give only the buying experience good, after that you will just roam like you are in a govt office waiting in lines, no good behaviour, they will send you to get photocopies from outside, will not check documents properly and work on assumptions. As you to wait and come next day, and complaints will go on. Overall very poor service provided. I will recommend please go for a little expensive yet good conpany with nice service experience. It matters a lot. Anyone has any doubt just visit their workshop.

Never suggest anyone to go here for service, Kept parts of my car and when I noticed them and ask them they told that they forgot to put them back, they are spoiling the name of Maruti Suzuki, this review is only for service department! Other department are good and helpful but service department is full of crook guys they will broke you car parts and after that they will deny on your face that they didn’t even touch those so Be aware when you stuck with this service centre or just go for other service centre!

Good staff but they always overcharged you and also you have to carefully while going for service as they will never show you seal bottle of engin oil, so probability of engine oil scam is very much possible.

Worst Experience in my life. There Manager along with full team is very corrupt. They have charged 14k for normal service for my new car Alto 800 car (only 18Months old car).
Many times I thought of putting the FIR on these people as well as Service Center also.
Second worst experience also from there Insurance team. I called and went many times. Always I listen No from there Side.
These people Spoiling the Name of Maruti also.
Just because of their worst experience, if I will buy New Car from Maruti. I will never buy from there showroom even if they give good discount.
I recommend don't go their for specially Car Service related and others also.

Worst experience ever, even after spending 40000rs these people are asking me extra 1200 rs for not doing their work properly, totally disappointed.

Maruti have such a big name but is so poor that do not have even demo vehicle for Wagon R Automatic
