All time favourite place. Palatable food, best service and most important Srounded by lush green tea garden.

Repeat stay after one month with kids. Excellent place just before Palampur. Good clean room with balcony and mountain view. One can visit Tea estate in the morning. Good front desk staff Neha & Sagar. Tasty Breakfast items (missed sweet dish).

The room service is very poor and the prices is very high the breakfast is very ugly my experience is very bad my family need one extra bed when we call on room service they said that the bed is chargeable in White Ridge hotel Dharamshala their room service is very good and the experience is very good and the prices are very low according to the hotel standard

Nice place to stay in the serene environment of Palampur. Its on the Palampur road just besides the Tea Board of India office.

Villa Camellia, what a destination to stay. I must recommend every traveler who visit Palampur that make a plan to stay at Mastiff Villa Camellia. Well maintained rooms with good selection of interiors, good service and food was excellent. What else I can say that perfect 10 on 10. Thanks to Neha Sharma and his entire team.

During, my first visit my friend took me there for lunch and it was nice experience and met with Mr. Anil also and he shared his number as well that during next visit i can just look for him. After this i visited two times this place and food was simply horrible Mr. Anil didn't pick even a single call both the times. Never had that kind of pathetic food.

Surprisingly when I asked for bill as told them we are getting late it took them almost 30 mins and still didn't receive the bill and pay it manually.

Over rated place with 0 service not at all recommended.

Beautiful resort, adjacent tea gardens. Open space in the form of gardens, breathtaking mountain view. Lovely place to stay.

हाल के चारों तरफ जो नालियां बना रखी हैं यह बुजुर्गों तथा बच्चों को चोट लगने का कारण बन रही हैं। अचानक से इनमें कई यों का पांव पड़ जाता गिर जाते, जिनमें कई बुजुर्ग कई बच्चे जॉब लगवा लेते हैं। यदि पानी के निकास के लिए यह नालियां बनाई भी गई है तो इन्हें ऊपर से ढक देना चाहिए था 0 ताकि किसी को चोट ना लगे नुकसान ना हो। विशेषकर रात के समय के प्रोग्राम में यह दुश्वरी अत्यधिक पेश आती है। यह बहुत बुरी बात है इस स्थान की जिसके कारण मैं इसको एक सटार ही दूंगा पांच बिल्कुल नहीं। इस कारण से रात्रि के प्रोग्रामों के लिए यह विला बिल्कुल भी बुक नहीं करना चाहिए, इसको रिजेक्ट करके और कोई देख लेना।

Area of the hotel & Hotel ambience is superb. Food is authentic and staff are customer friendly. If customer asks they will provide camp fire in the night and it is ultimate.

From the rooms to the property itself, from the delicious and lip smacking food to the very family like staff.this property is a hidden gem.it redefines perfection in hospitality.it's impossible to have a bad experience here.even the location is perfect.

Spacious room. Amazing location just near the palampur bus stand. Family place with good restaurant. Staff was well behaved and very polite.

Staff is totally negligent towards the guest, they would ask you to leave telling you that the order will be delivered to your room, but nothing will be served in your room.
Worst ever experience.

I visited last week. Good thing is it's outside and spacious.
The thing which I don't like in the night they have only one person to take care. I reached late and it took almost 2 hrs to set the things. The person was doing his best but one person can't do all the things so it was slow.
I booked three rooms. 2 premium and one standard. In one of the premium room there was problem in the washroom which I informed them in morning and but again faced in the night. That was terrible.

The three stars only for location and food.

The place is good but a little overpriced. Rooms are clean with good amenities but a bit small. Staff is courteous but slow as normally seen in such regions which away from the hassle of cities. Amenities wise, the hotel can focus on smaller things to make the customer experience worth every penny. Overall a good experience but not great.

Everything about the property is excellent. Staff was very courteous and guest friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, well maintained and serviced.

As I travelled with a large group of 30 people which included infants and kids, I was a bit worried about the facilities and corona protocols being followed at the hotel. To my surprise everything was very efficiently managed and hotel staff attended to all our needs without being asked twice. I am truly touched by the gestures of Hotel manager Mr. Saikat, kitchen incharge Mr. Anil and receptionist Ms. Neha.

The only area which I feel needs an improvement is buffet menu. More variety should be added to menu.

A must stay for anyone visiting Palampur.

A nice and quaint place to relax amidst tea garden and tall pine trees in Palampur with all the facilities, away from the crowd of the city, a very good hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights after booking for only one. The stay was that good! The location is fantastic right next to a tea garden on a quiet stretch. It is beautifully furnished and the decor is very tasteful. The room we stayed in had a huge balcony overlooking the lawns and the tea garden. The room itself was absolutely clean and had all the amenities. Special mention for their beautiful restaurant which serves delicious food at very reasonable prices.

Loved the balcony view. Located by a tea plantation. Cleanliness is very good. And ample parking space which is the topmost requirement in hilly area. 5 stars because of balcony view and parking space.

A very good place to eat and dine in with friends. It has become older now, including structure, crockery etc. The rooms are also okay. Not very huge, but again, not small either. More maintainance required in the hall, though. Looks old school.

This place is an absolute charm. Luxurious rooms and excellent service. Views from the hotel are breath-taking. We also attended a friend's wedding here. Most sorted venue. Restaurant is awesome, I just expected a little bit faster service, but food was worth waiting. Portion was always sufficient.

This place is situated at the road side. Easily discoverable. The parking space is abundant. The ville hold a banquet Hall next to it so a good place to hold reception or marriage function. The rooms r very clean and spacious. A good place to be at for a comfortable stay at palampur. The hotel also provide taxi services to roam around palampur. Very well quipped staff very quick in there services. Thy cater to need very well. Additional bedding is also available. Wifi speed is also good. Lift is available to reach the upper floor. Dinning Hall provide for varities of food stuff. The room hold a heater for pre heating the room so overall a cozy room for a pleasant sleep.

Enough space to organise big events like marriage. Can accommodate 1000 people easily

They Have Ample Amenities With Good Bath Fittings & Toiletries.
But The Bio-Gas Plant In The Vicinity Causes A Foul Smell All Around The Hotel.
It's Surrounded By Tea Gardens All Along.

Food here is just amazing with good prize and the atmosphere is also very good. You will definitely like the interior.

Loved the food and the ambience. Did not pay the bill so can't comment on the prices but I am hoping it is reasonable enough to guarantee future visits.

Its a banquet hall with huge open space all around. Good for marriages and other gathering where you expect huge number of people.

The background, the setting amidst the Dhauladhars, is unmatchable and a great relief from the city life

I stayed with my family at this hotel for 1 night. We had chosen the basic rooms. We were alloted room number 105. This room does not have latch on the bathroom door, and hence it can not be shut from outside. We reported this and after a few rounds of discussion, manager Mr. Pawan acknowledged the problem, apologized and upgraded our stay to a suite room. This room was very good without any issues.
Also, we had dinner at their restaurant and full marks to the chef from us. Food was delicious.
Overall, good experience. Recommend.

A good fortune was found in Villa camellia located in the Aanchal of Dauladhar Mountain. To say about it, all kinds of arrangment are awesome well mannered staff.thank you very much AASHISH BUTAIL ji for gud hospitality.

Where do I even start! The best hospitality I’ve seen so far.every item on the menu is better than the other.from breakfast to dinner.lovely location and amazing view from rooms (we had the deluxe rooms with balcony). From the moment we were welcomed by Kiran (wish I could give another star just for her), it was a feel at home experience till we bid them good bye. Staying here made our stay in Palampur so much worth while. Must visit!:)

Space here is a bit more, everything can be arranged under single roof with lawns and parking. Catering serices are great & last thing I feel there is valet in the parking area. Where to guide and how? So the vehicles doesn't stuck.

We went to the Villa Camellia Hotel, Bageechi restaurant which has had a soft launch. They serve fine dining, lunch and dinner. There is a bar and an extensive menu including all day items, mughlai, continental and oriental dishes. There is an ample parking, and the place is nested among Tea Gardens. The food was excellent. Strongly recommended!
