Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.service was also not good and don't have the manners to talk

Staff is not trained. Provided refills and toiletries after being asked not on their own at the time of check-in

Decent hotel, You get car parking within the building. The view from terrace is good and the hospitality along with food is quite good as well.
One thing to note though is you cannot enter with the car between 5: 00 to 8: 00 in the evening so plan accordingly. Their are a few nearby parkings that you can use during that time.

Very disappointed to choose the restaurant for coffee. Reading the reviews, looks like owner doesn't seem to worry about the quality and customer service. The only good think was the waiter was very sweet.

Housekeeping was not up to mark. Blankets provided in the rooms looked dirty and not fit to use.

Kitchen in front of reception. Smelling pungent accross the day.
Charges are way high then amenities

I have ordered soya champ from Mayur they delivered paneer to my house and called Mayur hotel and mr Sanjeev respond to my call and told me that it’s not their mistake talk to delivery guy that he delivered wrong and mr Sanjeev was too rude. Very disappointed.

I have booked a super deluxe room @ 3500/- on 02/06/22. Very Suffocating room.

Mr sanjeev is a very unprofessional person.first thing they sent me a wrong order and want me look for zomato guy to deal with my order. Secondly he wants me to visit the hotel to pick up my order that was ordered through zomato.
Atleast he should realise that its his mistake packing up a wring order rather then giving me stupid options.

It is literally a poor experience. Only location is good but service is poor. Rooms are not clean at all even dustbins are not clean at the time of check-in. Make you choice wisely.

It's good enough to stay, Hotel staff is professional & have enough courtesy to serve the orders!

Hotel is in middle of the town and that's the biggest plus point for me as a traveller.

Hotel on mall road, one can say it's the main market of the town.

Railway station is at walking distance.
Bus stand is again walking distance similarly are the highway's.

1 star less because there's not much view from the balcony or the terrace as endorsed by the hotel.

Went there in my trip to Solan. The quality of stay is not what it used to be. I will say hotel industry in Solan needs revival

This hotel is not good. Parking area was very muddy and limited. The hotel interior was good but not any hill view or any Mall Road visible from any room. I was with my family 3 members, we requested them to give extra bed, they provided broken bed and charge full amount. In night it was difficult to sleep because room was fully chilled and we request them to provide heater and they started demanding money. It means in summers they will ask money for AC also. Tea kits, bath soap, towels and other necessary item were not provided, we ask them to give but they ignored. The room no was 206 (super deluxe room) dated 5 to 6 feb 2021. So I request you everyone, do not book your room while see the others review. Thanks

The pros are that the food and the housekeeping staff is good, but even if you book a super deluxe room, you have to pay extra for the heater. Please carry your toiletries, they don't provide shampoos and toothpaste. There is no elevator. You have to climb a lot of high stairs. No view from the room, it's in the market place. You have to pay extra for drinking water in the rooms. Overall it's a decent place.

For ambience and cleanliness 10 on 10.other plus points are location i.e. In solan mall road.good view from terrace and also food and services are nice.

It is located on mall road at solan. So the biggest advice is, if you are visiting it on a personal vehicle, you need to take careof the timings. The mall road closes path for vehicles at 5pm till 8pm. So either reach hotel before 5pm or reach after 8pm so that you can park your vehicle.the entrance to the hotel is very narrow so don't go with a big vehicle. Overall it is a good hotel

Nice hotel for everyone, family, friends or couples. Hotel staff is cooperative and u can enjoy bar facility also. Overall 5 star

Hotel on right mall road. Parking in side for car, bike. Staff found polite and helpful. They have bar and a restarunt but menu price are at high side. I taken veg thali for dinner which is good. Rooms are ckean. Bed linen is also clean. In bathroom sitting on floor while taking bath. Towel and small soap is provided, 24 hrs hit water. Room price varies as per demand.

The hotel is nice, however the reception staff is extremely arrogant. They were quite rude & didn't allow me to order online. They had a limited menu & quite high prices. The receptionist asked 500 rs extra for early check in & didn't even represented that in the bill which is a corrupt practice. Basic necessities like toiletries, coffee & milk powder are not included even in a deluxe room after paying around 2500 for a night. Also, the satellite tv connection has limited channels available.

Decent hotel, amazing location. Amenities are pretty much upto the mark. Quality wise food is good. Menu is limited though. Relevant pricing of food. Rooms are bit on higher side as per the pricing. Something that felt very awkward was, I was entitled for complimentary breakfast, they told me we to choose from the breakfast menu whatever you wish, but other than Chhola Bhatura and Poori Sabzi, this is strange, firstly because actually breakfast isn't complimentary, we need to pay a lumpsum amount while booking for it, secondly all other items are within Rs. 100 range, only these two are beyond 100, so in my opinion, not making this a condition will make your customers feel better.

Another issue is, I was in Deluxe room, everything was fine, but no shower in the bathroom, you have to use bucket. Doens't make much sense to me.

The hotel is right in the middle of mall road. Car parking is available. But if you are coming in tempo Traveller, then you need to park that outside market. Hotel is fairly good in budget category. Service at in House restaurant was very slow. Better to roam around in the market and have it from there.

The amenities are not up to the mark. As excessive funds are charged for service. Which is not up to the mark. Not worth spending this much money. Very disappointed with the on-demand decoration as well as it's not value for money.

This is the only hotel where you can stay in Solan. It's in mall road with limited parking space. Their super deluxe room is good. Breakfast was tasty but coffee was not good. I ordered pakora 2 times and that was also not Good. No view from the room. This view is from terrace.

Excellent location at mall road, in front of picturesque mountains and valley, very friendly and helpful staff, food was very good with a selection of Indian and continental cuisine at a very cheap price, rooms are spacious and very well maintained

This hotel has facilities of 3 star hotel with very limited parking and is situated in very congested area. It has parking for only 5 to 6 vehicles. The only rooms which are gud for staying are super delux. Dont book any other rooms.

Hotel was clean but staff attitude was not up to mark. I asked for heater in room since it was very cold and nothing except blankets was there he wanted 400 extra for that. This place is highly overrated. Rooms were not very spacious.

Not a good place to stay as per the per night rate. Every small item like towels, water, tea needs to be explicitly asked again every day. They don't know the basic hospitality. The location of the hotel is convenient though.

Crooks. Charged extra money for 8 years child though below the age of 12 it is not charged anywhere. Food so much expensive. Coffee 60 rs. Tea 35 rs. Prantha 60 rs. Etc. Not recommended.
